Lie To Me

Lie to me
Look me in my face and tell me the things my ears need to hear in order to convince my mind that my body's not being taken advantage of.
Lie to me with the words in your eyes that tell me I can trust you.
Trust you not to stay but always to come back.
Lie to me with the carress of your body that makes me believe that this is something,
it never was and never will be.
Never will your actions match your intent.
Your intent to break down my barriers , climb inside the wall of my ambition, and dismember the conventions of my essence.
Do you know the truth anymore?
I think you might be as lost as me, on black satin sheets wondering "what am I Doing here?"
What are you doing here
In my bed, in my house,
Do you lie to her too?
Do you come here to find yourself or escape your mind?
Suffocating lies meant to pacify and subdue the conscious mind telling you your worth more
Your Worth more than thick thighs and low expectations
Pick your head up Queen
Hear the Truth

Liberated

I can't hold back
This moment will only come once in this lifetime
Do you want to be free?
Break the binding of this world and the shackles of this society
Caged like an animal , awaiting the next kick to your ribs that lets you know your still alive.
Muscles tensed
crouched down into the corner of your mind
Black bird will you ever be free?
Can you fly through the currents of the sky and the tempest of the storm?
How strong is your will to reach the next destination?
Questions asked and answers rarely given.
Will you seek these answers?
Will you leap off the cliff of your inhibitions, and dive into the unknown?
Fall or Fly
