All For Love

All For Love

I am not afraid of being heartbroken
I am afraid of being deserted
That I walk with my head held low
That I walk so independently
Imagining, that one day this prince will come to sweep me off my feet
Instead, I walk the streets alone
Instead, I'm dusting my own
In this such cold mist'd world, of an abandoned male chromosome
Searching for a myth so deep
Searching for a feeling in which shall come naturally
In all to find one's peace.... Love
Do we understand the difference between action and word?
Do we realize the power to prevent us from moving forward?
I don't know if I'm able to let my guard down to accept
My only burden is these chains surrounding me, may take my last breath
Desperate I was, ashamed I am, a fool I must be
Desperate for love, when love has conquered me
