James Robert Strunk Poem
The dawn of my life came late in the day
She turned darkness to light for me I can say
Her light burns brighter than the shining sun
Befor we even met I knew she was the one
you see she is the woman I have dreamed of
you have probably dreamed of her to
I thank God that I met her
all my dreams have come true
her name Is Dawn Carole and she makes my heart sing
Her love surrounds me just like saturns great ring
now I am her moon and she is my sun like a solar eclipse
We'll be joined into one

James Robert Strunk Poem
Imagine an acorn that falls from the tree
As i fell from my parents
When I hit the ground I fell in love
My roots grew deep in you and you made me strong
You cut those roots of and now I am dead
Yet I still stand like a rotten old tree
It's a shame acorns can't fly
Never having hit the ground I might have lived on
My son Tyler is my acorn he made falling from the tree
Well worth hitting the ground
Help him grow strong as you did me
But teach him to fly For the ground is nothing but dirt!!!

James Robert Strunk Poem
My life is like that of an Escher
Shades of life change with the pressure
His lines all straight of lead and chalk
But he dare not walk where I have walked
My lord my God what should I do
My life has not been straight and true
If I could draw my life in pencil
It would be free hand I would use no stencil
I just wish life came with an eraser
