Cheyenne Hudkins Poem
Life As We know It
Life as we know it, well its hard I will tell you that, running into trouble everywhere you go, correct me if I'm wrong.
Can I be blamed if I'm angry, is it our fault if the world is the way it is
is it the Pollution. Is it the Technology. Can you blame me if I'm angry. Paying bills every month,
Fore-Closer that's been my family
Abandoned teenager that's been me, Correct me if I'm wrong but Can you blame me if I'm angry, hello my name is regret
hello my name is defeat, these are the voices, these are the lies, Hello my name is child of the one true king,
I've been saved I've been changed, You can't drag me down again
what dose this sound like? I will tell you
Bulling.
Homeless.
Bills.
Selfish.
Drugs/Alcohol.
Poverty.
As fifteen,
That's life as I know it.
What about you?

Cheyenne Hudkins Poem
Imagination
Imagination
By: Cheyenne R. Hudkins
Let your mind run wild,
Pretend as if you are in the jungle or sea
escaping from some of which you don't wish too see
it could be a courageous lion, or a scary shark
Let your mind run wild
pretend as if you are this hero in the city
saving the world from the Joker as if you were Batman or Robin
Let your mind run wild
as if your on the biggest roller coaster there is
Let your mind run wild
as if your Indiana Jones on your biggest adventure yet
Let your mind run wild
pretend like you are a Mermaid or Man swimming in the sea searching for seashells
Let your mind run wild
as if you are a flower soaking in the sun
Let your imagination run wild
and be a kid while you can
Let your mind run wild
And be you
