Let My People Go

I was once told that I sin, because the color of my skin.

To the world we live on, not in.

Complexes our diverted souls from within.

Hear the words of God, for they are never ending.

From the righteousness of Baby Jesus,

To his descending.

To these words once spoken, “Let my people go!”

Racism is finally ending!

Commending and spreading,

For the future color kids attending.

If it wasn’t for yesterday, there would be no today.

A gifted soul lifted to heaven,

Stopping halfway.

Looking down at his family, the change, The USA.

Who believed in equality?

We celebrate his name today.

He was a great leader, a warrior of wise words.

Change the moment he had a dream,

A dream that was heard.

Across the nation.

An inspiration.

Now we stand as one.

God’s creation.

Megaton Bravo

Low life and much scrutiny is all I hear about our nation’s name.

Followed by racial comments and jokes about the bomb that brought us pain.

Swept away the island’s heart that still remains the same.

Radiation that sprinkled down and we thought it was rain?

Instead, it was the bomb’s fluid that snuck into our ancestor’s veins.

But don’t get it twisted, this is nowhere near a hatred poem.

This is a dedication for the people on boats who first rowed them.

Day by day they would slowly paddle away.

Carry on the dagger in our stories that still is passed on until this day.

I call them the greatest, the greatest of the greats.

But the greats couldn’t be the greatest unless they started nowhere near great.

Radiation to get use to pray out loud for heaven’s sake!

Radiation used abuse to pray out loud to Heaven’s sake.

Hands down to think about the talk about with no doubt.

It exposed thousands in the surrounding area to radioactive fallout.

So bravo to the “Megaton Bravo”.

Also, the combo and the pain that followed made RMI the greatest surviving motto.

This Generation

This generation shouldn't be this way.
Kids getting shot and tears stolen from the eye.
A riot, only happening half a mile away.
This generation should show no violence, but try.

We have teenage kids drinking and skipping.
Getting caught sipping and dipping.
Getting high off their minds,
Just to get the feeling of tripping.

This generation will make a change.
Make a happening. Make a promise to keep.
This generation needs a change.
The foul odor of violence fills the country and reeks.

What's wrong with the world father?
This generation needs to run away to you.
We need your love and cleanse from your water.
For this generation isn't what you choosed.

Through the Eyes of My Demise

When the ripples unfold, a story untold; far, far away.
In the brume of the cold, my humble abode: far, far away.

From a birds-eye view, I watch as they mooch,
Pirates they loot off my roots.

From the tip of the nuke to the low-lying truce,
Compacted the power abused.

I cry I cry, far away I cry
They flow with life but take no form.
Sugar honey coconut from a birds-eye view
My tears straighten from the bending of the storm.

At last I feel, the burns and the lies
Far, far away, through the eyes of my demise.

Mama I’m home.
