Forgotten Nightmare

In the middle of the night,
I struggle with all my might,
but still, to awake in my nightmare,
inside a forgotten fair.
Where we rest on a hill,
everything is quiet and still.
But then demons chased me down,
until I stopped to find a clown.
Staring at me with an eyeless hole,
shooting a bullet right through my soul.
I saw an exit and started to slam,
but then right behind me I heard a bam.
Before I understood,
I saw a doll in hood,
and I started to faint,
then later on I think I heard saint.
I awoke with a surprise,
along with thousands of cries.
In front of me is the River of Styx,
where I heard it to be fixed.
I think I am going to die,
or maybe that’s a lie.
Because this is when I stop to scream,
since I remember this bad dream.
