Circle of Gold

A sweet deep voice resonates across the empty air landing affection
Caresses the chin forming shapes off ladybugs melodies glide and swirl
Guiding soul heart ablaze inside each melody note I hide love supreme
Released in cosmic fireworks in the air we share mystical pearl juice honey

Under the cascading gems of bright colors we lay gasping excited
Through the smoky mist fingers touch I feel a burning heart flowing wild
One with your electric current smoldering glazed with a little nibble
Enameled glowing gems embraced in the deepest slumber awakens you

Entering a world stone buildings either sides magically birds chirping
Whistling joyous tunes walking a cobbled path to one beautiful maiden
Who turns a handle on the music box enchanting sweetest songbirds air
As she opens her mouth out comes the voice of an angel calling enchants

Dancing in the heavens of ones mind these eyes are lead astray catching fuel
First glance a shooting star joining hands together electrifying crown
On parallel world we turn the handle as this sparkle begins floating
Inside space fuming embers of magic dust blew open crystal portal

Star spangling dewdrops deeply spinning blindly knocked off ones feet in one glance
Sharing our vision a bell strikes raindrops in midnight dreams glass slipper falls
Falling all over you lost in regal aura kissed in amazing grace
Spectrum apex walking up steps temple of sacrifice circling moon dog

The Way

I'm often in conflict with childlike creatures They'd prefer to receive The Truth in a nicely decorated package embroidered with flattering designs presented sweetly to their ears Perhaps I'll be liked more that way... I'm always in search of The Way to be true to oneself in the face of judging souls They'd easily accept the appearance of things based on their own needs and wants discarding the ones which displease them a screening process that builds up to Hate... Perhaps I'll never be my True self as I wade the murky water of unknown territory shivers running through my core blinking under the cold emotionless stare slowly crushing under Expectations from all sides I may no longer Be Myself ......as in Life's Journey people only expects you to be the Image of their own needs

Water Phantom

Under a spray of cold water Sizzles upon impact on my passionate body Droplets of desire trickling down You are the water phantom Flame and water ignites a spark Building intense harmony through silent chaos Desire burning inside Sensations brewing in hot lava Your love letters licking my mind Every alphabet is a glinting beacon in my unlit chamber You are the conductor of my orchestra making melodies Together we make beautiful rhythms in giving and taking

Humanity

God makes perfect everything on earth
for humans and plants to coexist with each other
plants give humans the power to heal and the nutrients to survive
humans provide the CO2 and organic remains for plants to live

But we should be very afraid of the invisible blackholes
They suck everything good on its path - the ones you love, the things you love
The blackholes strengthen its gravity feeding on human desires
Consuming the hearts with an incurable poison - Greed

Twisted truths and sugar-coated lies eroding the souls
Inventing wars to grab ancestral lands and resources
Politicizing faith spreading wildfire infecting all
Rivers and oceans polluted by subconscious pride

For those who stands in the way, no innocents are spared
Swallowing in deep subliminal thoughts stirring in a pot of ink
A whirlpool circling downwards to the bottom end
If we don't let go of our greed, we will never find peace

Only when peace enters the mind and into our inner selves
Will we learn to let go of all material things
Be in the presence of nature to enjoy the gentle beckoning
of a breeze that caresses the faces from all walks of life

Precious Is Women

20 lines, 10 syllables in each line

Playful is the seed nurtured in freedom
Brave is the fresh bud learning to explore
Wise is the flower blooming exotic
Perfectly flawed in God's heavenly eyes
Salt etches destiny dipped in love's dew
Written in deep feminine fragrance ink
Fondly thinking fruit of selfless passion
In the nicest and most loving warm way
Butterflies begin the dance inside joy
Each and every pulse propagating life

Listening to the heart skipping flutters
Regal beauty before these eyes jewels
Emotions kiss you are the breeze above
Blowing upon these sails moving forward
I am singing second heartbeat as you
Sharing visions of our divine future
Raising hope beneath surface of darkness
Wonderful lady onto you light shines
Courage filtering through chaotic thoughts
Your instinct is the blanket giving warmth

Whisper

(A Collaborated Poem with Liam McDaid and myself)

I hear a whisper…

In my dream last night, you've found another woman to hold
In your lonely nights, she becomes your sanctuary and desire
Turning your head away from an eastern promise
The whisper soon becomes a deafening silence too much to bear

I hear a whisper...

From the raindrops falling on grey cold pavement
Wet on the side not covered by roofs
Dry on the side that lies below the roofs
There, on the dry side, sleeps a homeless elderly man
Lying on used cardboard boxes and covered by layers of them
Has he given up hope for his own society or has society abandoned him?

I hear a whisper…

From the coffee dripping into a pot
Smell of caffeine fills the air delighting the senses
Camouflaging the scent of loneliness
There, on the coffee table, sits a poorly dressed elderly woman
Taking loudly to an invisible friend and having two plates of breakfast
Has she given up hope for friends or has friends avoided her?

I hear a whisper…

From the keyboard typing sounds in an office
Heat produced by machines blends in
Together with human activities rising high in temperature
There, on the window side, a nervous working man keeps his head down
Yielding to all demands and pressure from the top
Has he surrendered hope to power or has power overwhelmed him?

I hear a whisper…

That 'Hope' is still laying at the bottom of Pandora's box
Collecting dust from the detriments of evil actions
Slowly rotting away among fallen light of heavens
The whisper soon becomes an echo dissipating into a black hole

African Warrior

His skin is coated in red ocher,
making it hard for his enemies
to notice him midst termite mounds.

He wears a headdress of cowrie shells
and ostrich feathers, for his battle
is a special day like weddings
and initiation.

His eyes remain as steady as the Sun,
reflecting greatness he sees lying
before him….
……………………………………………………………….
The lion's fur is wildly free in disarray
proudly displaying its untamed nature
to the approaching hunter under the hot sun

The lion yawns blissfully unaware
of the battle that's about to come
to an ordinary day like any other day
a lazy afternoon nap

Yet the lion's instinct is as sharp as a knife
picking up movements in the grass
with its tiny rounded eyes...
