This Generation

Bombs are going off
Light turns into dark
No more happiness
not even a little spark

We live in a generation of sadness and darkness
a generation of naked women and clothed animals
Our minds starve for knowledge;Knowledge we failed to seek
Insanity is the new sane
A generation of teens who cut their skins all the way down to the vein

Human nature is at its highest peek
a generation where people only talk to you if you're rich, beautiful,or popular
Tears have become acid and poison to the skin
Children left dying on the streets of Gaza
a world full of sin

Let us be guided by the whispers of our conscience
come to truth and forget all the nonsense
And together let us grow our wings
Lets be free forget queens and kings

Mothers giving birth to girls, abandoning them
Orphans left homeless, all alone

In the end we are just a generation
the most horrible of them all

This is only the bwginning
bombs are going off.
