Rene Chabriere Poem
There is a wind , which sketched,
Without my knowledge, the message;
Autumn had lying words,
On my page.
It was by way of red leaves,
The bird of passage,
Twirling in space,
I followed it of my glance
And its woven loops,
On the canvas of the sky.
I just transcribed,
What the wings,
Supported on the wind,
Said to me.
-
(translated from french )
--
C'est un vent qui traçait,
A mon insu, le message ;
L'automne avait couché les mots,
Sur ma page.
C'étaient en guise de feuilles rousses,
L'oiseau de passage,
Virevoltant dans l'espace,
Je l'ai suivi de mon regard,
Et de ses boucles tissées,
Sur la toile du ciel .
J'ai seulement retranscrit,
Ce que les ailes,
Appuyées sur le vent,
M'avaient dit.

Rene Chabriere Poem
The sun plunged
In the space of silence,
The summer has been extended
In a slow wandering ...
The orb has been drunk,
Gradually, by fringes.
> We did not hear anything,
From the fall of the angel ...
The horizon has folded its wings around
Confusing the distants ...
Evening invades what remains of the day
In a jiffy.
Water reflections exchanges
The colors overrated,
With the sky full of oranges,
The trees are just silhouettes ...
The night the already marks yesterday
This is a timely opportunity,
Where piercing welcoming clouds
unfolds, shamelessly ,the moon ...
It will take an earth tour,
And plenty of patience,
For the solar triumph reappears
In its rebirth ,
As clarity rises
And progresses slowly
Until the most intense moment, at its solstice,
To the top of the firmament.
And the celestial body draws, now
All things , in gold drops ,
..... - And this is another day.
It drinks in his turn and evaporates it....
-
Toutes choses en gouttes d'or,

Rene Chabriere Poem
Fruits noirs
Sans qu’on y prenne garde,
Le ciel se tisse du grillage
Sombre des branches.
Elles s’étendent chaque année,
Et chaque année,
Grignotent un peu plus d’espace,
Au point de parfaire une voûte
Et d’arriver à se rejoindre,
En confisquant le peu de lumière,
Stagnante, sous les dernières
Feuilles de novembre,
La sève lentement rétractée.
Une pluie insistante, et froide,
Corrode la symphonie des ocres
En une bouillie sombre et gluante…
Les buissons moroses abritent
Aussi des fruits noirs,
A la densité lourde.
Ils pèsent de leur deuil,
Leur poids d’approche hivernale,
Et font oublier les envolées légères,
Des passereaux insouciants,
Qui se poursuivaient
Dans l’azur cristallin.
Ce sont des corbeaux ;
Et leur noir luisant,
Semble une menace anthracite,
Barrant quelque part,
De branche et branche
La lumière et la joie .
-
Without being beware,
The sky is woven with wire mesh
Of dark branches.
They extend every year
And every year
Eat away a little more space,
To the point of making a perfect arch
And arriving to join
Confiscating the little light
Stagnant under the last
Leaves of November
Sap slowly retracted.
An insistent rain and cold
Corrodes the symphony of ochres
In a dark and slimy mush ...
The gloomy bushes shelter
Also black fruits,
A with heavy density.
They weigh their mourning
The weight of winter approach
And make you forget the light flights,
Of careless sparrows,
Chasing each other
In the blue skies
They are crows;
And shiny black
Seems a anthracite threat
Barring somewhere
From branch to branch
Light and spirit of joy.

Rene Chabriere Poem
No one in this morning
The road is deserted,
It's too early under the gray sky,
The veins of my hands,
Salient hands on the wheel
The look Elevated
The white line scrolls,
The colored houses, fled,
Since the curves crossed,
Creeks glimpsed,
The white studs punctuate
the road, pedal to the floor,,
Not any possible gesture
Just those, tiny,
Extending the machine
According to the gray ribbon
Powered by the wheels
Swallowing the consistency,
of traffic signs,
blurred by speed,
The craft carried by his power,
Shares my drunkenness ...
Almost brought a strength,
Internal and autonomous
The motor flexibility
It shiny metal body,
Discreet comfort inside ...
And suddenly ,this is
At the end of the turn,
This dog,
As an immobile sphinx,
His unexpected question,
The deflected trajectory,
Gravel under the tires,
The crazy slide,
Nothing controls it
Falling universe
A jump above the parapet,
A single flight without return
Net stopped by an heavy shock
Cons below ...
A brief moment, I remember ,
The covering waves,
Ebbing, breaking,
Again and again,
Distributing its foam
On the rocks ...
No one in this morning
The road is still deserted
It's too early in the gray sky.
-
Personne en ce matin,
La route est déserte,
Trop tôt sous le ciel gris,
Les veines de mes mains,
Saillantes, mes mains sur le volant,
Le regard en plongée,
La ligne blanche qui défile,
Les maisons de couleur, enfuies,
Dès les courbes franchies,
Les criques entr'aperçues,
Les poteaux blancs rythment
le trajet, pédale au plancher,,
Plus de geste possible,
Que ceux, infimes,
Prolongeant la machine,
Suivant le ruban gris,
Propulsé sous les roues
Avalant la consistance,
des panneaux de signalisation,
floutés par la vitesse,
L'engin porté par sa puissance,
Partageant l'ivresse...
Presque porté d'une force,
Interne et autonome,
Moteur en souplesse,
Carosserie brillante,

Rene Chabriere Poem

The window opens on our secret travels
Mist of saline uproar raids on the space
What keeps us awake and makes us sagacious
Under this afternoon luxuriously blended,
The addition and ebb, mineral materials
To leave the sea , invade us of yesterday:
The small square of ocher resists , without thoughts
But in colors, only expended
Without words, without wetness intruse of summer lands
Evasive shade of olive trees, in this unique moment,
Witnesses of thousand years, of Italy close to Sicily
A look, put in mythological world, and islands …
Still yet, under the wind jerks
Witness of our way, and our instant
Without risking me to invite eternity
Arranging on my canvas, colors inhabited ….

Rene Chabriere Poem
-
It was a love that spoke for itself,
as natural as a poem
which grows in a flower
at the end of its rod.
without ever having confessed it,
I have never conjugated the verb to love.
Life goes like this:
we don't know if she goes ahead
or slips through our fingers:
The most beautiful roses fade,
not their beauty,
but through death, which takes everything away.
Today I bury her,
but the words I intended say to her,
will never reach her heart.
Sleeping Beauty,
who knows , if ultimately
the kiss of my thought
will be able to turn times upside down
as well as a film played backwards,
giving the petals the radiance of their colors:
It's a love that speaks for itself,
as natural as a poem,
that you take to your grave.
-
(originally written in french... see below )
-

Rene Chabriere Poem
-
Soon
the moon is black,
she is in mourning of the evening
Over the garden’s stones
Shadows are getting longer
from tomorrow
The confusion of the sky
The seedling of comets
The pulse of the planets
Will do nothing with the future
Just the scent of roses
Newly hatched
Seized of fear
In the sweetness of things
Back already.

–( own translation from : "éclipse et deuil du soir )
-
Bientôt,
la lune est noire,
elle porte le deuil du soir
Sur les pierres du jardin
S’allongent les ombres
de demain
La confusion du ciel
Le semis des comètes
Le pouls des planètes
Ne fera rien de l’avenir
Que le parfum des roses
A peine écloses
Saisies de peur
Dans la douceur des choses
Déjà de retour.

Rene Chabriere Poem
I heard the voice of the well,
I approached the curb,
There was black sooty,
It was probably your call.
As a low message
From the depths,
The narrow circle of the shipwreck,
From your former splendor ...
I bent, but not for drinking,
There was at the bottom, a clear round,
Lost in all this black,
May be you'll hope
I come to you,
That, I lost balance,
And I'm drowning,
To make you free,
So I will take your place,
For real,
I'll watch the clouds go by,
Of the small round hole.
Occasionally, your image,
Will bent without regret,
To evoke my face,
Hidden under the glares.
You come down the bucket,
That will plunge below the surface,
I'll give this taste to the water,
As if it were from ice.
You will drink to my health,
Warming my soul,
With a little tea :
Waiting is not a drama.
You've waited years
That returns this day :
No one is damned ...
At each his own turn ...

Avec un peu de thé ;
Attendre n'est pas un drame .
Tu as patienté des années,
Que revienne le jour,
Personne n'est damné...
A chacun son tour …

Rene Chabriere Poem
earth
I connect the earth to the painting,
Footprints in the mud,
Marble dust scratched,
The soil is drawn up, vertically
It can not be accessed any longer,
And blocks the horizon.
A thick varnish protected, precariously,
The guts, from the burning of napalm.
Moulting human skin, curls here.
The only escape, perhaps,
To sink into the earth,
Connected to the original matrix.
To seek his reincarnation.
Such as green regrowth do,
On charred stumps.
