Tender Thoughts of You

One glance at the
perfect profile
that embraces
every thought
of tenderness
i posess........

longs for the
moist firmness of
your passionate
kisses....

that bring my flesh
to an arroused
state of concesiousness
making me
aware
that love is
what i want from
you, not when
the time is right,
not in the heat
of night...
But,.... right at
this moment....
and then the
next.....

i want to know every
place on you that
whispers to you
from within...gently,
screaming to only
me... for there is no
other that can answer
to the music we hear.....
together.....

Love's Open Season

There, .......in the meadow......
........exposed,
trembles my heart....
wide-open for all the
hunters of love to
view....
....frozen, in place....
muscles tense....
trying to avoid the self-
perceived dangers even
a slight flinch
may bring........

This place was once
a garden of rejuvination
and needed space ....
that healed all wounds,
now......an unsureness fills
the misty air, revealing
scattered pieces of what it
is this heart has been
running
from.....

words, like bullets, shot
forth from the trusted
emotion, called love.....
piercing, burning, betraying
my heart of the comfort
that lured me once before
to this meadow ......

A trophy, for an insecure
hunter with no passion of
his hunt?...not .this heart , it shall
return when the timing
feels right...and the clover
does not taste
quite so
  bitter....

One Sided Love

through your eyes,
i search
for
reasons...
of words
that have
proven only
lies.....
pains of deceiving,
leaving bruises
on that of a
fragile
soul....
stripped of purpose,
of once known
previous
goals....

the veil of
darkness,
that you keep
clutched tight...
never letting
in
love's tender
light...
has left me
tired,
from this endless...
fight.
