Doris Jamoner Poem
The world wants a torch
but I only wished to be a candlelight.
It gives dim light but will never scorch
Though it will never be a highlight
but it can be your hope tonight.
The world think highly of leader
but my eyes admire those who serve
Leaders may seems stronger
It is all because those who are willing to serve
Even if it will lead them to their grave
The world wants a raging water
But I only want to be in still
Does it even matter?
There is nothing more for me to fulfill
To become greater is what the world wants to instill.

Doris Jamoner Poem
I'm on my world, you are on your world.
How can we meet if we're apart?
Even if I stretch my arms I could never reach your hand.
I could see your face.
I could hear your voice.
I could only be with you in my dream.
I want to be with you,
to be my hope,
to be my strength and to be my friend.
When shall I see your face?
When shall I hear your voice?
When shall I be with you without dreaming?

Raging force inside
Like anger groaning in pain
Worms are hangry!

Doris Jamoner Poem
I know you are there
In light and darkness
Sunshine and rainfall
You are beside me
Just like an angel
I know it's you
Who holds my hand
When I fall down
When my soul crushed
I know why
You are here
Why you care
I know
You're my
Friend

Who once belonged to the ground
Now soaring with wings

Doris Jamoner Poem
Far away from home
Nowhere to go
Nowhere to be accepted
No sense of belonging
Sinful man maybe he is
A disgrace to his family
Deprived from his home
Shameful of what he is
People shook their head as they judge him
Murmuring and whispering words against him
Yes he might have done what they are saying but not all
But even so he needs to keep running away
Walking in the street with the scorching heat above and dirty road below
Hunger and survivability have cause him another mistake
He said to himself, “They must be right there is no hope for me to change.”
Remorse and regret are all he feels
For he thinks his family’s misery are all because of him
He wants to go home but is he worthy to do so?
Brace yourself runaway child and stand up from where you have fallen
Close your ears from whispers of hopeless word
Listen to your heart and let your will overpower the darkness that covers you
See and know that there are still people who are waiting for you to come back
Run and follow the light until you find your way back home
Where you will be loved unconditionally no matter what
For you have been forgiven and accepted since before you runaway.

Doris Jamoner Poem
People demand honesty from you yet refuse to accept it because they despise the truth.

Doris Jamoner Poem
It's been a while and it seems like a lifetime
My memories of you starts to fade from time to time
It's been a while since the last time you said goodbye
But I didn't notice years are passing by
Though time runs so fast
I am still stuck in the past
It's been a while that you weren't here
I always feel that I am out of nowhere
It's been a while since you let go of me
Oh Why did you let go of me?
I keep asking this to myself
but even this question can't be answered by myself.
It's been a while since I start wondering who to blame
Such an action is lame
It's been a while since my heart breaks
But still the pain is at peak
When are you coming back?
I know you are not coming back.
I know you will never see my smile
And hear me say, "Hey! It's been a while"

Doris Jamoner Poem
Journey of beyond what we can imagine
Outgrow the love of yesterday
Hopeful of what the future may bring
Never ending tale.
Journey of many years with the hope that we share together
Only in you I rather be, until black fades to gray
Season may change but our love will still remain the same.
Each step we take makes our dreams into reality
Place me in your heart like how you placed me in your arms
Hold my hand as our story starts until it ends with 2 words "Happy
Ending"

Doris Jamoner Poem
What's on your mind cat?
What are you thinking every time you are looking afar,
every time you wiggle your tail and every time you look straight to my eyes?
What's on your mind cat?
What are you dreaming every time you sleep from morning till afternoon,
every time you sleep on my lap
and every time you sneak into my room to sleep beside me on the bed?
What's on your mind cat?
What are you saying every time you meow with round eyes,
every time you meow with a demanding tone
and every time you purr and glide your head through my legs and hands.
What's on your mind cat?
What do you feel every time I cuddle you,
every time I carry you in my arms and every time I hug you tight?
What's on your mind cat?
What do you hear every time I call your name,
call you kitty or call you my baby?
Do you even hear me or you just pretending you don't because you don't care at all?
What's on your mind cat?
Sometimes you are warm but mostly you are cold towards me.
Sometimes you are like a sweet baby but mostly you're an independent adult.
My affection for you only works for a few minutes and eventually loses its effect.
I may not know what's on your mind cat. It must be a secret.
A secret that blossom into beauty that makes everyone unable to resist chasing you.
Cats are like women they might be complicated beings but they were also made to be adored and loved.
