"no Wait...I Can Explain"

A girl
Leads an eager man to a cab beyond the door of drunken rants and soaked
sorrows.
His lucky day it seems....his lucky day.
A kiss she lends with no resistance distracts them from the headlights that
follow in the distance.
They arrive....

A man
Once oblivious to her ways watches as they stumble.
He knows now the answer of his questions....He had hoped them different.
Vengeance rules him.
He follows....

A couple.
Fumble with keys amid passion and desire.
The door opens and she leads to a bed secretly shared with another.
His lucky day!
"what was that sound?"

A cigarette
Burns slowly in the corner.
A man, a weapon, a hateful heart.
She reasons.
He tries to explain.
He fires.....

Not Yet.

Yesterday,a ghost of someone better haunting in the shadows that he hath
banished it to.
I will bring you back.
From death and darkness to the light I will resurrect you to former greatness with
a last hope at her hand.
Better man she loved so long ago...I am not dead.
Not yet.

Wounded child hath sent you in jealousy to live beneath selfish pride and
careless discontent of the perfect life...of the perfect lady.
I will bring you back.
To the surface to resurface faith in those who had given up.
To heal those hurt by his ways.
To break the silence.
Don't lose faith love...I am not dead.
Not yet.

Yesterday, I will bring you to life once more.
Kind and caring, truthful and committed.
Selfish child sent back...I have much to prove.
Much to make up.Much living left to do.
Don't forget Love...I am not dead.
Not...yet.

Color

Blackened heart, lone slave of a lost art.
Paint thy canvas a broken masterpiece of pain and shame to lay beside the
memory of such beauty in the gallery of what was.
Now worthless scribbles on the page of time.
Will you bring the color back to my life?
Paint a picture of a place and time unreached by grey..unstained by red.
Paint me a man unbroken and a girl that would love him still.

Blackened heart, a man no more he is what remains.
Parts of a former glory and lust for life faded under the grey of sorrow and the
indulgences that he uses to suppress it.
I need you.Bright with the scheme of love and happiness.
Inspiration to guide my hand up from my eyes to ...
Bare canvas...We could start from scratch.
We could add color back to the darkness.

Rose Blood

Red rose of thy heart's slow dying garden, she hath shown me the sharpest
thorn.
I lay now among weeds and flowers deciesed in the wake of Autumn.
A spring flower hath drawn her eye and I am left to bleed and decay.
How will you wash the blood from your hands sweet beautiful rose?
How do you forget a grat love with such ease?
For she hath swept me aside as dead leaves in summer.
Chances wasted...I loathe in silnce.
Soon enough I will break down.
Soon enough I will blow far away in the winds of the storm inside.
She will be left with nothing to know me by except for the stains forever in her
grasp.
You will never wash the blood away.
You will never wash your hands of me...
