For You With No Love

Gray is the loveliest color
for YOU who misplaced your heart
along this man-made way,
for YOU without soul who crunch yourself
into the parameters They gave YOU–
and saw off what does not fit–
for YOU who bolted the really real
things to the floor (a kiss),
yet wonder why your smile is dysfunctional,
for YOU with blood that pumps weak,
life will be too long and sadly brief,
for bleak are things with no LOVE!

Love Is a Sickness of the Sweet Kind

Love is a sickness of the sweet kind
that undoes ratiocination,
that makes a kiss from a thing of flesh
into a thing of omnipotence,
that kills and gives breath concurrently,
that tinkers with the fine numbers of the heart
and makes it quick to fall...

but the world is shaky anyways.
So, if we must fall,
what beats in love?

A Not So Quick Rant On This Tedious Life

This tediousness of life and all
LIFE: that sinful lady
who gambols and whips her watery gown
and whispers those most secret secrets
whose cosmic kiss dances so infinitesimally close to the eardrum
but never encounter

How it all bores me
this whining, day-to-day existence of nihility
forever to hopelessly and helplessly wander this whispering life
a trivial splatter
an insignificant speck upon the all unimportant commix of man
impatiently awaiting both life and that deathly slumber

A yowling pang of pain that plagues the soul
brought on by some humanly mutual silent rebellion of the heart
some umbriferous desire to veer away
from that road of we to that moonlit path of I and alone
to endure the hail of individuality
and the impeding squall of worldly foreigner

An incessant haunting that shreds the heart
from that honeyed canticle sounding from the stars
which the heart is doomed to eternally hear but never fully be
a swaying, smirking, glossy-eyed, universal promise
that beckons the anima farther and further from animation
and the consciousness close to that miserable fault of misery

So...felicific facades must be withheld
to unceasingly veil the devil beneath each pearly wink
a mere life merely spent in maintenance of jocund fancy
how dolefully and darkly we all seek Heaven
better we learn to take Hell with a smile

My Blooming Orchid In the Dark

My honeyed lover, unpercieved
inclandestine
a golden whisper swept afield
vanished--in the breeze

Forever: i feel inside
of me, in a most profound part,
miles and miles
burrowed in my heart

You are and always be
my
blooming
orchid in the,dark

Dispossessed of Love

Oft my mind to your sweetness flies
For the sway of you is the life of mine
Serene smiles and your light coincide
To unbolt my spirit and distort my time

But my ears must unopen to your murmurous chime
Long I've been dispossessed of your touch divine
Yet I persist and pursue in such torturous rhymes
But now has flown when my heart must decline

And the hour speaks that my passions must resign
For long, ages ago did your love whisper good-bye
And from that deadly moment since I have denied
That it was my once lively soul that has lonely died

What Is It We Call Life

What is is we call life?
A mash of parapsychological events,
Some that vessel sweetness and soul,
Some that conjure misery and toll
For our most unmoonlit moments
Can be most silvery and resplendent to another
Life and Time as it seems
Are but humming moments
Who warble the song of a whizzing dream
