Reaching Out

I can hear your yearning
your life to be fulfilled
I see you searching here and there
emptiness to fulfill.

I wish I had the answer
No! and I don't believe I shall
I do however reach out in the hope
that I can reach you still.

The picture you will see above
Is a familiar state of mind.
I am always waiting
For what, I know not still.

Your yearning for time gone by
Will only keep you there
Raise your head and take a look
Life is passing by.

You and I will work it out
Of that I do believe
Never give up your dreams my friend
Too precious to evade.

Step right back into the now my friend
Live life to the full
Remember this is a beautiful ride
Enjoy it to the full.
