Nightmare

Rest is a requirement,
for all,
in order to have this,
sleep is a must,
after a day’s of hard work,
wherein sleep is a must,
for all,
to freshen up the next day,
though the mind goes to sleep,
and the body follows suit,
the subconscious mind awakens,
and in lie,
a number of dreams,
awaiting you,
the dream,
that always reigns in my mind,
is the death of my wife,
not once,
but more than a couple of times,
why does this dream,
often arise in my mind,
is the answer I seek,
is it because of the love we have towards one another,
or is it the compassion for each other,
or is it in relation of serving one another,
or is it a kind of warning,
a warning to take care in the future,
some people may call this as the sixth sense,
while I call this a nightmare,
as nightmares are really scary,
yes, nightmares are quite scary indeed,
if you do agree with me or not!!

Laughter Is Indeed the Best Medicine On Hand

A day’s of hard work,
and serious issues to handle,
though some hiccups may arise,
in order to erase these hiccups,
we need to have some fun,
and laughter is only the best medicine,
to cure on these hiccups hands on,
for this,
we may not travel afar,
just take a look at Indian politics,
quite laughable as it is,
wherein a number of issues,
had come to the forefront,
mostly related to the cap on cylinders,
and the FDI in retail,
wherein a number of politicians,
cast a number of political ambitions,
of becoming the National leader of our Motherland,
but have no concern for the citizens,
living in here,
wherein the bridge between the poor and the rich,
gets wider and wider,
it is not the pursuit of political ambitions,
which the citizens want in here,
it is the solutions to various problems,
which they want,
and as such there is no politician,
as fit enough for this purpose,
are they really fit enough,
is the question and as laughable as it is,
it is time for the younger generations,
to take the plunge into politics,
wherein they need to cast over their fear,
and political apprehensions,
and save their dear Motherland India,
from all troubles,
and to make their Motherland into a Paradise!!

A Rich Tribute

Mother Teresa been a historical,
and an important,
and a humble figure,
as she had dedicated her life for the poor and the needy indeed,
the best tribute one can give her is by quoting a single quote of her,
out of the many though,
the one mentioned below seems to be more precise,
in today’s world,
“Let us more and more insist on raising funds of love, of kindness, of understanding, of peace. Money will come if we seek first the Kingdom of God-the rest will be given”
Today,
in the rush of acquiring money,
many have forgotten this lovely aspect,
the aspect of love,
which is much greater than money,
and had crossed a number of boundaries,
from times immemorial,
today jealousy, selfishness, greed have taken over love,
wherein money is not that great,
than love itself,
as love is like a ‘Can’,
which can be filled from the top to the bottom,
unlike money,
which needs to be filled from the bottom instead,
love is greater than money indeed,
as we do love our Gods,
our wives,
the children,
whether they be ours,
or of others,
without distinguishing between their caste, creed, colour,
Love is indeed greater,
as we love the newborns born into this world,
our friends ,
wherein love can also help us to defeat our enemies too,
without love,
no one can progress on,
and neither the countries too,
Therefore love is greater than money indeed!!

'Quote and Author':-
“Let us more and more insist on raising funds of love, of kindness, of understanding, of peace. Money will come if we seek first the Kingdom of God-the rest will be given”- Author: 'Mother Teresa'

Merry Christmas To All

Though we all do celebrate birthdays,
the best birthday,
falls on the twenty fifth of December,
as on this day,
our Lord,
Jesus Christ had been born,
the day is considered indeed great,
as the Son of God,
had come into this world,
and had left us by forgiving our sins,
the day begins,
by people of all castes visiting various Churches,
and offering their prayers to the Lord in here,
on this day,
the day is celebrated with a lot of passion,
and fervour,
wherein we also get to wine and dance,
and be merry all the while,
the kids are quite happy,
as on this day,
they receive lovely gifts,
for been good kids,
from a very special man,
known as Santa Claus
by acting as a postman,
but differs in style and in his way,
by delivering the gifts in advance,
as he does know that,
there is no use in relying with the snail mail,
and the kids would indeed be sad,
if they don’t get their presents in time,
whereby he does not take the usual route,
but always takes the wrong one,
by entering through the chimneys
or through the fireholes,
how he does it,
we have no idea,
inspite of been fat,
his favourite are the cookies indeed,
wherein he seeks an easier way to get into the houses of the kids,
here’s a message,
he leaves for you all,
wishing you all a Merry Christmas!!

The Wonderful Lens

A number of tasks to handle,
and not even a space left to enjoy,
as the work needs to be completed,
as fast as it can be done,
in spite of the hard work,
we do daily,
we do need some respite,
and these could be done,
in a number of ways,
by walking,
or jogging
or by watching television,
or by watching films,
in the multiplexes,
those which lie in every nook and corner of the street,
but some derive pleasure,
through travelling,
others by travelling through the forests,
accompanied by a special companion,
some large and some small,
known as the camera,
taking a step at a time,
as silently as possible,
as to not to wake up the wild living in here,
by capturing the photos of these lovely creatures,
living in here,
some of the these wonderful creatures are seen,
roaming as freely as possible in the wild,
look how carefree they are,
but their ears are opened quite wide,
to heed for any danger,
heading their way,
it’s time for me to return home,
from the wild,
as it is time for me to deliver,
these photos to my manager,
as this has been my job,
for which I do get paid for,
to look after my family,
I do need to hurry,
as I do not travel by four wheelers,
or two wheelers,
as the pollution created by these,
could endanger the wild living in here,
I do travel far and wide,
with my bicycle,
for all the work I do,
and I do not mind this,
as my love for the wild,
exceeds boundaries forever!!

The Winner

The fight was tough and tight,
between Obama and Romney,
wherein Romney wanted to create a room,
which he did make,
by roaming the country,
but did not accommodate
as much of the voters,
he had desired for,
though Romney had lost,
the fight would even get tougher,
as it won’t be easy for Obama to sail through,
as rough weather,
as the sandy storm,
had been created already,
with a number of voters been divided hereby,
these voters cannot be underestimated,
as they are highly qualified,
and seek much knowledge,
by debating each and every matter,
with others
pertaining to politics,
revolving around their country,
the tussle between Obama & Romney will go on,
which would even be tougher,
and which would also decide the fate of Israel, Palestine, Syria and Iran,
would it be Obama or Romney,
who would win in the future,
remains to be seen,
as it is early times to tell,
as the fight between Obama and Romney ,
would indeed be casted wide,
and all over the world,
wherein Romney will try to create a bigger room,
as to accommodate,
as many of the voters as he can !!

Why Be Afraid of the Dark

As the darkness prevails around,
and as the sun sets in,
as the birds return to their nests,
as the moon creeps out,
as to shed out a little light,
that goes a long way,
in helping the young and the old,
to find their way,
which in turn,
gives a new look to the world around us,
as the plants, the leaves and trees look prettier,
than they were ever before,
with the help of stars of different shapes ,
and sizes,
shining bright,
as if calling out to the kids, the young and the old,
to come out and play,
telling us a little light helps in driving darkness out,
so don't be afraid of the dark,
as we are here to help you,
and to protect you,
so come out of your houses,
and enjoy,
the light,
that I shed!

Distance

As the daylight struck,
as I walked into the park,
with the sun glazing,
in the eyes,
I saw a pretty girl swinging on the swing,
With twinkling eyes,
And tiny ears,
as soon as our eyes met,
she stood up,
on her high heel sandals,
and began walking away from me,
from me,
Was she shy?
I wondered,
I looked at her again
and again,
still walking gracefully,
away from me,
away from me,
wondering whether she would return,
I waited and waited,
until the moon creped out,
in its full glow,
wondering would she return to the park again,
as the moon glowed ,
with all its might,
but she never, never returned,
Was it love?
Or was it romance,
I will never know,
It ever again!

Reminiscences

A time for rest,
a time for enjoyment,
in order to keep our mind at peace,
we venture out,
in search for something quite special indeed,
these are known as memories,
in order to keep these memories as lively as possible,
we tend to travel afar,
finding a number of ways to preserve these,
especially the good ones though,
but elaborating on a number of these would exceed the pages indeed,
so keeping in short,
the travel to the Himalayas,
is what I can think of,
the elegance and the beauty of the place ,
keeps on registering in my mind from time to time,
how I wish to spend my time in there,
but a voice calls me back,
for it’s not yet time to rest in here!!

Who

I waited and waited,
crossed the lakes the rivers, and the seas,
but met no one,
as I walked on,
I met an old man,
as he began talking to me curiously,
he seemed to be,
enriched with a bag,
of knowledge and experience,
I wondered whether his bag was heavy,
or light,
the thought just,
passed by me at that moment,
was that,
what are we,
in front of him,
we are nothing,
compared to him.
