Mama I'M Growin Up Now

Mama I’m growing Up Now
                                                               2-17-1985
Mama I’m growing up now, but will you help me for I don’t know how.
I want to know what it’s like to be a little older.
I want to know the feeling of being somewhat bolder.
I want to be able to live my dreams, I need to know if they have any meanings.
I have my fears that I do hide, I want to know how to bring them outside.
I want to know what it’s like to be living on my own.
Living in a house that I can call my own.
I’m not really worried of what is yet to be
For I am growing up now, I’ll take good care of me.
But if the first time I should fail I hope you understand,
For I am still yet learning and I need your helping hand.
I want to do the things that most kids just won’t do
For I myself am different, I want something new.
Mama I’m grown up now but without you I would’nt know how.
I’ve grown a little bolder and my worlds a little colder
Thank you mama for giving me not one but both your shoulders.
I’ve faced my fears, I’ve cried my tears
I’ve lived with pain for many years.
I’ve lived my dreams and found no meaning.
I lay alone in my bed at nigh
Thinking and wondering with an awful fright
I’m thinking of what is yet to be.
I wonder if I can raise the rest of me.

Ode To Joy Life Brings

Ode to Joy Life Brings.
                                              By: Kitty Jones
                                                11-24-1994

The pain the sorrow
I’ll get over tomorrow
Oh what joy life brings.
Here today
Gone tomorrow
In my life there is no sorrow.
I try to be insensitive
To all you’re wants and needs
And when you have an open wound
I try to make you bleed.
What is hope?
What is laughter?
What is happily ever after
The pain the sorrow
I’ll get over tomorrow
Oh what joy life brings.

Keeper of the Woods

Keeper Of The Woods
By: Kitty Jones
4-2-1993
He stands 7 ft. 8 or so we are told,
When they tell us the stories of long ago.
At night he roams through the woods with care,
Loving on every creature, all that is there.
People say he’s a big strong man,
Big broad chest, yet long thin hands.
They say when the night it clear
And the stars are shining so.
If you listen really close you can hear him talking to Doe’s.
They call this man the Keeper of The Woods.
Mans ways about life he never understood.
They spoke of him as being gentile and loving in all his ways.
Giving back the gift of life that God had given him every day.
His love was shared with everything around
From the birds in the air to the grass on the ground.
I was told a story of someone setting a fire,
The flames would not go out they just kept getting higher.
The fire burned 3 days and nights,
Killing everything, nothing left in sight.
They say at certain times of the year as you look across the land
You can see the figure of a 7ft 8 inch man.
And if you come back 3 days later you’ll be amazed at what you see.
A 7ft 8 inch man crying on his knees.
I don’t think that anybody really understood.
The simple loving blessed life of the Keeper of the Woods.

Bus Stop

BUS STOP

Wondrous images of a thousand faces,
All different colors all different races.
From a 90 year old man to a baby 3 days old. This old man has a look in his eyes much wisdom he must hold.
As I see him looking at the baby he seems to be thinking of the years
when he himself held someone and eased them from their fears.
You can pretty much tell the life of a man the look in his eyes, the texture of his hands.
I asked this man and he told me a story
About all of his riches and all of his glory.
A lot of money was something he said he never had
Money to him was nothing Yet, there was never a richer man.
The riches and glory the man spoke of was a breath taking young woman
With whom he fell in love.
He said her skin was as soft as the silkiness of the rose.
Beautiful blue-green eyes that could capture a rivers flow.
He said that she loved him with all of her heart a love that was strong till death made them part.
That’s when the tears began to roll down upon his cheeks.
A heartbroken man so strong in appearance with a breath he becomes weak.
Anniversaries he told me of he clung to 67.
He said he looked into her eyes and saw the gates of heaven.
I asked him where his family was for he spoke of them with pride.
What God has put together he said, no man will divide.
Then he looked at me and said, it really doesn’t matter.
The crack in his voice I could tell his life had just been shattered.
Now there was something peculiar about this man’s face.
Although he was crying in his tears there was grace.
I asked him for the secret to the love he seemed to have.
He said always keep an open heart and never go to bed mad.
Let it be known to the ones you love tell them every day.
Keep their memory in your heart and never ever stray.
It seemed we talked for hours on end, with a 90 year old man, I just became friends.
He told me true love words cannot express.
For through the actions of the heart is where it’s found best.

Set a Drift a Snow Bliss

SET A DRIFT
                                                             By: Kitty Jones
                                                              11-19-13
Set adrift a snow bliss wounded and laying on the ground
An extreme love so painful, yet beautiful to be found.
Torn and broken I’m masterfully slain
my heart and emotions are in sensuous pain.
The touch of your hand upon my cheek burns me to my soul
Holding me with a master’s touch, your heart is never cold.
Painfully beautiful setting a bliss.
I’m lost in array within your kiss.
Kissing me with the tips of your lips and having your way with me
Turning me lose letting me go but never setting me free.
Set adrift a snow bliss wounded and laying on the ground
Searching for the pieces you’ve scattered all around
Shattered moments of ecstasy lost and gone forever
Never knowing where they went or if they’ll come back ever.
Leaving me here to die on my own every time you escape
Is it lust that brought us together or was it really fate.
I love your washboard stomach and your sweet masculine thighs.
I am looking at your body but I’m totally lost in your eyes
Set adrift a snow bliss wounded and laying on the ground
I’m searching for all the pieces that you’ve scattered all around.
My memory bliss is telling me I’ll never be your wife
Although it’s very painful I want to be part of your life.
My memory bliss of touching you is driving me insane.
My memory bliss of kissing you while dancing in the rain
In my heart I know there’s someone else that you are holding near.
For when you wrap your arms around me I can tell you have some fear
My body thrives to be with you, it throbs at just your scent.
Knowing I can never keep you the pain grows beyond intense.
Set adrift a snow bliss wounded and laying on the ground
I’m searching for all the pieces that you’ve scattered all around.
Set adrift a snow bliss inhaling you like a do
I wonder if that’s how she felt the day you said “I do”.
The moments together we’ve shared in life
I wonder have you done the same with your wife ?
There doesn’t seem to be enough time to diminish my pain for you.
It’s a miracle I’ve survived the loved you’ve put me through
Set adrift a snow bliss wounded and laying on the ground
I’m searching for all the pieces that you’ve scattered all around.

Meant To Be

I have yet to meet you we’ve only spoken on line
Yet I have a vision of you, you were meant to be mine.
I saw your face this morning within the clouds above.
It filled me with the warmest sensation I’m thinking it was love.
I’ve never felt this warmth before, I don’t know what to say
I have yet to meet you, I guess that’s why it’s strange.
So I analyzed the situation as I took a look around.
After extensive observation this is what I found
I have a vision of what I want in a love that’s all my own.
One that will sit in a rocking chair in the house that we call home.
A woman so tender and easy to love
It must have hurt when she fell from above.
A woman who loves with the heart of a child
One that is loving, strong but mild.
An intelligent woman who’s interest abound
From politics to puppies, she what I call well round.
Her nature is so gentile, yet can be firm at times
She’s positively strong headed truly a unique find.
Her eyes a beautiful hazel and sometimes emerald green
It depends on what mood she’s in, if you know what I mean.
A woman who is tender and her countenance is aglow.
She dreams the dreams of children, with love that over flows.
A woman who knows what she wants out of life
The courage to get it and the strength to fight.
Live and let live is how she was grown
Makes the best of what she calls home.
A full grown woman with childlike ways
Childhood memories that will never fade.
A woman if need be, is willing to change
One who loves me and will never stray.
The beauty of her heart just sets me on fire
For her heart beats for me, I’m her only desire.
She doesn’t ask for much out of life
Just be loving and faithful and be a good wife.
I desired a woman that I can have for the longest of time.
I’ll never take for granted the fact that she is mine.
We finally met in 2006
I remember that feeling when we had our first kiss
We’ve been together for 7 years now
I don’t know how I’ve done it, but you are still around
I want you to know I love you with every beat of my heart
A love that has been there from the very start.
I want you to know that you’re more than I could vision
Having you here with me was one of our best decisions.

Patchez

PATCHEZ
                                                     By: Kitty Jones
                                                       11-12-13
I was not young when I found out about you
But there was no question about what I should do
I didn’t care if you were a boy or a girl
I just wanted you in my world.
I wanted to give you a life full of love
And teach you about your Father above.
I remember putting headphones all around my tummy
I wanted you to be a rap star, I know that’s kinda funny.
I was not young when I found out about you
But there was no question about what I should do
I remember the day you came into this world
You sent my heart and mind a whirl.
I remember the day you took your first walk
I couldn’t understand your words when you talked.
I remember the day that you turned one
I fed you spelt cake with honey, we had so much fun.
You worked with me in chicken houses picking up many eggs
You chased every chicken with those chubby little legs.
I was not young when I found out about you
But there was no question about what I should do
Together in life we have faced heart ache
Do you remember the day I curved that rake?
We’ve lived our lives just you and me
I guess that’s the way it was suppose too be.
We’ve been on so many trips together
I cherish those memories, I’ll hold them forever.
I was not young when I found out about you
But there was no question about what I should do
I look at you now and see a grown man
So big, so strong with gentile loving hands.
I look at you and treasure you’re face
Your chubby little cheeks I once held with grace.
I remember the days when I tickled your tummy.
Now days you’re always asking me for money.
Now tattoos and women are all that you know
But you rap with your heart, I can feel the flow
You’ve grown up so big and oh so tall
One day you won’t need me at all.
I was not young when I found out about you
But there was no question about what I should do
I love you my Patchez, and all you’ve become
I want you to know, you’re the bestes of sons.
Now whatever it is you do in life, I know you will succeed
For Momma is always fervently praying, upon my knees.

Lets Get Real

Lets’ Get Real
                                                              10-05-1998
When you open your eyes in the morning and the sun shines on your face
Have you ever thought of how this world got so full of hate?

s you notice the beauty of the morning sky and all the day may hold.
Have you measured your life and look to see
If you walk as you have been told?

A better generation we are supposed to be
But a better generation must be raised up from our seed.

We are children having children, with plans for a better way.
Our children will reap the harvest that we have sown today.

The only way to stop the fear that’s coming on our kids.
Is change the way we’re living
And walk as Jesus did.

But a Whisper Pt 1

But a Whisper From the Childs perspective
                                                              Part 1 of 2

In my minds’ eye this life that I see is my very own upon your knee.
While I was in heaven in the heart of God waiting to be born,
I was full of excitement anticipating I wanted a Mother to adore.

I wanted a Mother to hold me tight, safe within her arms.
Raise me good give me love and keep me safe from harm.

I wanted a mother, who’ll bounce me on her knee,
And give me sweet candy and kisses.
And when I’m away, on her mind I’ll stay, for it’s me she always misses.

A Mother to shape and mold me to be all I can be.
So when I’m older and out in the world I can make her proud of me.

A Mother to teach me of kool-aid and Jesus, baseball and football too.
A Mother that I can look at and say, I wanna be just like you.

I’ve had lots of time to think about what I want to be.
But I have the strangest feeling the worlds not ready for me.

So I must go back to the heart of God and stay for a little while,
But that’s ok for I have seen my dear sweet Mommas smile.

In my minds I you kissed me but a moment, A lifetime in a flash.
Although I knew you but a whisper, forever your memory will last.

Crimson Tears Part 1

Crimson Tears
                                                                Pt 1
                                                               3-10-1993
Hello, my name is Jehovah, better known as God the Father, Jesus the Christ and the Holy Spirit.
Listen closely to my words for even the demons fear it.
I cried a tear for you today, believe me thousands fell.
My heart was crying out to you while I was in the bowels of hell.
I was the one that was put to shame, they spit upon my face.
I took not only your sins but those of the human race.
I gave my life so you could be saved, so you’ll never know the sting of death,
hell and of the grave.
I’ve broken the chains of bondage I even set you free.
I have given you everything, all you’ve asked of me.
I’ve given you power to obtain all wealth, wisdom strength and excellent health.
I’ve given you all of your hearts desires. I’ve done this because there is none higher.
I cried a tear for you today, have you cried on for me?
Was that your flesh or your heart when you feel upon your knees.
They whipped my back, they smote my face.
It should have been you but I took your place.
I cried a tear for you today believing with my Father that you would be saved.
It’s because of you I was made life.
A spotless bride, I want to make you my wife.
I’ve given you someone unlike any other
with a love that is stronger than that of a brother.
I cried a tear for you today, although thousands fell
Our Father heard my tears for you, now in your heart I will dwell.
Now you are more than a conquer, you rank supreme.
I’ve given you a crown and made you a king.
A peculiar person of the human race, this you can know by the glow on your face.
I told you a story in the book of Matthew that many are called but chosen are few.
You cried a tear with me today, although thousands fell.
The one tear you did cry, won a soul from hell.
