Soldier Struggle

The days the nights didn’t mean a thing,
the good the bad and me in between,
the war the fights I took no sides,
I watched life fall to death.
the weak the strong I took no sides,
I fought both for and fought against.
The leaders the followers I neither love nor hate,
the winners the losers I play fair with nor cheat.
The rules the guide the game’s the same,
for men for soldiers who come and go,
I watched them fight dark and light.
For those for some who fought but for,
ended up with those with all who fight against.
For those for all who fought against,
all failed and knew what reason for.
For those for all who passed the test,
were neither last to do so nor the first.
So I learnt this war it meant,
this uniform I wear, this victory unclear,
the weapons the armor didn’t mean a thing,
the task the mission impossible it seemed,
the days the nights seemed waste of time,
a waste of time the months the years.
The oath I swore the pledge I made,
the battles I fought didn’t mean a thing,
I fought both for and fought against.

Friendship Unending

“Unending friendship,
though not transparent has been proved right,
through several tests and uncountable inference.
Just like a cloth pulled inside out having the blueprint,
yet hard to understand, but yet, friendship unending,
though not transparent proved right,
through several tests and uncountable inference…”

If Love Doesn'T

If love doesn't love anymore, I will love you.
If the sound of it makes you feel sad and blue,
if it brings sore memories that hurts real bad,
if it seems like a charade, and turns you off...
I'll find some other way some how to show I care,
if all ever fails you I won't, if love doesn't love you, I will...

Of Author

Draw me shaded with pencil,
or paint me with oil on canvas.
Then look at the picture,
and let others get the chance to when you’re done,
have even critics by for observation,
they won’t be of the same opinion.
Draw me shaded with pastel,
or paint me with watercolor on paper.

Hang In There

I know it's uneasy, but you've got to keep trying.
No matter how long you've been loosing,
maybe someday you'll be a winner.
So you've got to keep loving,
no matter how many times you've been heart broken,
maybe one day you'll find that person for you,
or maybe not,
but you can't give up, believing.

Or Just Good Enough

Take a close look at what you see,
are things perfect or just good enough?
Are you thinking of what I'm doing,
or doing what I might be thinking?
Am I what you've always wanted,
or are you my long last wish that's granted?

Are we supposed to be together,
then why are we separated from each other?
Take a good look at you and i,
are things perfect or just good enough?

Riddle, Riddle

Riddle, riddle was the turtle’s tale,
out of its shell with more riddles to tell.
Twinkle, twinkle like the stars twinkle,
the sky into laughter when they tickle.
Cuddle, cuddle as kangaroos cuddle,
their precious babies wrapped in a huddle,
riddle, riddle…

They Said

I see things clearer than i did before,
don’t even try,
someone already beat you to it,
you wanna damage more of what’s broken,
you’ve been warned.

He said to her it all seems pointless,
people aren’t true to themselves...

I mean it this time it’s over,
you had your chance but wasted it.

She said to him, people do make mistakes,
we’re only humans...

What Is Love Supposed To Be

Is it blind or can it see?
Is it real or is it fake?
Is it give and take or not?
Agape, mutual, plutonic, or what?
What is love supposed to be?
For a period or for the keeps?
For the rich poor or for all?
A relationship, an affair, agreement or what?
What is love supposed to be?

Believe What You Want

I’m always there even when you don’t know,
because when i say i am always is forever,
believe it or not,
do you really want people,
always having what they wish for,
see how well it turned out with the first two who did,
i still clean up the mess,
but you don’t hear me complaining,
and even when it seems to you,
that the world is ending,
i keep it rolling...
