Laying Here

Laying here ...
On the grass 
Its such a peaceful night 
Layin here ...
As I slowly inhale, exhale
Among the diamonds in the sky 
I soon begin to visualize
Your perfect face, 
your perfect smile
My mind quickly begins to rewind
To the days when you and I
were more than once upon a time. 

I have but one regret in life 
I let insecurities dictate how I walked the line
Hand in hand with ignorance and pride
So many feelings I held inside
The love of my life, I self denied

If only I had told u a long time ago 
Your name is written on my heart, 
Your silhouette imprinted within my soul
Maybe u would have never closed your door 
                  on me ....
             
              I cant get in..... 

He changed the lock
And now she holds the key. 

And here I am
Laying here ...

I Miss You

They say .... 
Do not  live in the past 
But it's so hard not to when it's where I seen you last.
I miss him so much, 
that friend of mine
If only, I could turn back the hands of time 
I would go back to the day that you and I first met 
Knowing that in the future I would miss you and change what I now regret. 
That moment I let you slip through my fingers 
Left with only memories of you that will forever linger.

True Blue Pledge

True Blue Pledge 

I pledge allegiance to the boyz in blue 
During the highs n lows 
I promise to always cheer for you
You win some u lose some is the way of the game 
Thru trial n' error I will love LA the same 
For I am a loyal dodger fan, 
I will always stand with pride
Throughout their journey 
I vow to sit shot gun the entire ride. 
I live, breath, & bleed that Dodger blue
Forever representing Los Angeles Dodgers, 
I am True Blue.

As you are day
I am night 
As I am night 
You are day 
When I was blind you 
were my sight 
In the hours of darkness
you were my guiding light 
Like the moon and the stars 
that shine so bright 
You navigated me home 
in the foggiest of nights.

The heavens have sent you
this I do not doubt 
As i tally my blessings
I take you into count
For you were the only one 
to help me surmount.  

No longer wanting to live 
a life of sedation 
As I walk the road to self revelation
I carry a heart full of love, 
respect and appreciation 
For the one whom helped me 
claim my throne of salvation.

Our Night At the Beach

Hand in hand 
walk along the beach 
Calming sounds of the ocean
feel that zephyr breeze
Secure n Content
Mind is at ease 

Cant stop smiling
never felt like this before 
In heavenly bliss 
as we lay upon the shore

The scent of his cologne
His gentle caress 
Sweet n tender kisses
Head rested against his chest

Good conversation
He stimulates my mind 
Could it be that my heart has 
finally consigned?

A moment in paradise 
It all seems so surreal 
Perfect moments like these,
are the ones that truly suffice

This may be the beginning 
of something beautifully real 
The union of two souls 
That were meant to congeal.

Online Friendship

Different skies 
Different sunlight
You wish me good morning
as I wish you good night 
We met in the middle of time
Where you shared your life
And I shared mine 

Different places
Different traditions
You have given me friendship 
With no restrictions
Same heart, same mind
Two souls instantly twined
And even though we can not 
sit face to face
In my heart you will hold 
a special place. 


Our souls may not be together 
But they are joined at heart
I believe finding you is bashert.

Internet Love

In some kind of moment  
There was a click of a button
And with a Facebook comment 
You noticed me and seen beauty 
You reached for me and I reached back
The feelings we felt, we felt them truly 
Physical touch is the one thing, in which we lack 
Somehow I know, "You are the one" 
But only time, knows what that really means. 

Daily conversations 
And FaceTime kisses 
Two hearts, both submissive 
There's nothing that I have ever wanted more.

After All These Years

He once was lost but he's been found
After all these years
Tell me , what made you come around?  
Let's talk awhile 
tell me what's on your mind 
It's been 15 years 
Was I really that hard to find? 

After all these years 
Here we are together 
me and you 
Sit beside me, Tell me 
how do you do? 
No sooner we begin to converse 
We walk down our roads
Shifted In reverse 
nostalgia takes place 
Tears flow down face 
That feeling of love and passion 
Time has not erased 
I could remember the way 
he would graze his hand
across my cheek 
cover me with kisses
 until my body became weak 
The dedicated love for my children and I 
His devotion to becoming a better man 
So that we could walk down the isle 
  
Those were the days 
with the brightest and bluest of skies 
Let's slow it down, for the present day
we must not compromise 
So let us not, travel too far
down memory lane
Let's quickly turn around 
Because we are older now
and life just isn't the same
It gladdens me to know 
That you have found love 
and made a family of your own 
I wish it were you and I 
But I must reap what I have sewn 

I was once lost, but I have been found 
After all these years 
He walks into my life 
As humbled as can be
Not one ounce of strife 
He needs to close our chapter 
For he's about to make 
someone his wife
Long lost loves 
Is what we will remain 
Now that we have seen each other
We will be able to attain 
The long needed closure

His smile, His laughter 
Fills my heart with such delight 
Trembling with passion 
Will you stay with me tonight? 
I want you, I need you
can't get you off my mind 
Hold me squeeze me
Press your body against mine 
His touch, His kisses
Sets my heart a blaze 
Lips of sugar 
can I have another taste? 
Eye contact is not displaced
As you slowly sweep the hair 
from across my face 
Around my body
your arms are laced 
Nothing is sweeter 
than your loving embrace.
