The Complainer

They wake up emotionless every morning, guess who,
You don't speak to them until spoken to,
Your right, The Complainer Boo.

Their always right even when wrong, guess who,
that one across the table criticizing you,
your right ,The Complainer Boo.

Nothing pleases them at least for long, guess who,
boredom sets in and the world is wrong,
your right, The Complainer Boo.

Don't think you can change them it will never work,
Just consider your life has a little Quirk....

You Gave Me a Smile

You gave me a smile, a stranger, how nice,
I didn't even know you, I didn't have to joke or entice,
you gave me a smile, a stranger, how nice.

A smile, such a simple thing to do,
you reminded me of that too,
You gave me a smile, a stranger, how nice.

Your smile has affected me all day,
made me smile at him , instead of what I really wanted to say,
You gave me a smile, a stranger, how nice.....

Lonely and Afraid

I sit here lonely and afraid,
is this it.....is this the end....
is this all the progress in my life I've made.....

Suddenly a peace comes over me,
a calmness within my soul,
I'm no longer blind.....I can see.....

I'm no longer lonely or afraid,
a soothing breeze touches me;
if this is the end, this world will fade and a new will be made....

Deny No Beauty

Deny no beauty
its bliss cannot be denied
or your soul has lied...

A Fathers Smile

How great it is to see a smile of grace,
upon your face,
our daughters you do embrace.

Your smile goes so many miles,
I treasure it in all my memory files.

No words you need to say, that smile so sweet,
that smile so long ago, that swept me off my feet,
how neat it is now, a smile for our daughters so sweet....

Open Our Eyes Now

Searching for the truth
where does it hide its mirage
open our eyes now

Yes its there somewhere
hiding from those who search it
open our eyes now

The Betrayed Wife

I have to just start writing before the tension within me that is slowly growing develops
into another one of those rages deep within me just waiting to be released, all because of
him and his sluts and a ring he wears on the wrong finger and the lies he tells so very
well making a fool of me once again.
