I Was Brave To Ask You

I don’t know how to say this but ima be brave
The answer that’s in my mind I’m hoping you’ll say
So ima ask you without feeling afraid
Waiting for you to respond as I look upon your face
If it’s a no that’s all you have to say don’t be afraid
I was brave to ask you so please don’t feel dismayed
Still waiting for an answer patiently you see
As my eyes stare at you and yours stare at me
The silence keeps me waiting very anxiously
I can tell the answer by the echo of your heartbeat
I was brave to ask you and I’m waiting for you to answer me
In my mind I see a vision not a dream
Because maybe one day it might be you and me, don’t know what the future will be
I’m not sure what you think of me
Just waiting patiently to see if this vision will be a reality
When I look at you I see a very handsome young man
The woman that is talking to you in this poem, hopes you’ll understand
The words that she’s not mouthing but speaking, grammatically and properly
She wants to tell you she likes you but doesnt know if you like her
I don’t want you to answer I want you to whisper
So I can hear it clearly so my heart will feel better
Still waiting very anxiously for the answer you see
Wondering if you do or do not like me
Tell me the truth and I’ll accept it
Hey I was brave to ask you, I wanted the answer, and I waited patiently.

Missing You: Forever

I watch the waves in the water as the sun goes down
Dreaming about how your life is so peaceful
Wishing that I could've went with you, but you said no
Because you wanted my life to go on, to never stop
I still have flashbacks about the accident, it was all my fault
Should've never showed you the ring your eyes have caught
The way the car got out of control and spun into a ditch
I knew my life was gone
Until I flipped the car over to see if you were okay
My heart stopped beating inside me
I knew my life was gone
I hug your warm body feeling your embrace
Wanting you to come back so I can be whole
Dreaming about how your life is so peaceful
Wishing that I could've went with you, but you said no
Because you wanted my life to go on, to never stop
I knew my life was gone, I am missing you forever.

Friendship

If friendship was life,
Ill give you mine.
I love you more than you'll ever know,
Words cant explain it enough,
For that the love of this poem will show.
You're the biggest part of heaven in my life,
For you im so grateful to have,
In my life, as my bestfriend, and my heart and laughter,
Ill continue to show you love on my behalf.
If life was a mirror,
I would see you everyday.
Looking back at you, you looking back at me,
I cant stop staring at the sun that makes my day,
You make me smile you see.
Something told me to write this for you,
I cant say why.
Because my heart will beat this night away,
Knowing you're my life...

My One and Only Bestfriend

Oh bestfriend,
Why do I love you so dear?
I care/love you very much,
Losing my only bestfriend is what I fear.
Can't go a day without speaking to you,
Though I never do.
Our bond is just that strong,
Always know you have me and I have you.
I hate seeing/knowing you're sad,
Making me feel the same way.
Knowing that we can cheer each other up,
Our today's rain will dry up our tomorrow's tears and pain.
So let us be happy,
And not sad you see.
Because we are each other's bestfriend,
My one and only, and your one and only.
Smile for me,
And I'll smile for you.
I promise that I will never let the sun go down on us,
I Love You.
From this day on promise me,
That you'll be happy,
Please,
I can't lose you when you're sad,
Because our bond wins over us to make us glad.
I'll be happy, when you're happy,
Til the end,
Because you're my one and only bestfriend.

I Was Never the One

I was never the one,
For you I see.
What does she have that I don't,
Everything you want obviously.

What did I do,
For you not to love me?
You hurt me, I never hurt you,
Showing you never cared about me.

You said you're still in love with me,
Words like that I believed.
Seeing that you're in love with someone else,
Feeling like you lied to me.

That's ok because I feel like.....
I shouldn't be here.
Can't bear the pain you caused me,
Knowing that my love for you is never near.

But this is the end....
For that I know you left my side.
I can't do this anymore,
Feeling like committing suicide.

An Angelic Angel

I look up in the sky dreaming of something i saw once
Seeing the image of a pure but sacred soul
Just dreaming of this image makes me wanna love so much
Because it watches over me, it protects me, and makes me whole
I never knew how to live again until i dreamt of you
Knowing that a new beginning was what i longed for
I can see the wings you flare to fly in the heavens
Come rescue me from this dream so I can soar
To soar to a new beginning and a new life
I want to live my Angel, so please don't close the door
To the heavenly place where i wont shed a tear to cry
Knowing that a new beginning was what i longed for

Nature's Life

Memories of the clouds,
Drift away as the wind blows.
Laughter from the trees,
Cry out as the leaves rustle.
Dreams from the moon,
Come true as the stars shine.
Romance from the horizon,
Kisses the sun as it sets.

The red horizon of the sun,
Reminisce the love that I have.
For each and every beautiful day,
Life has promised me.
As I look up in the sky,
I see the growth of life.
It can have its way of shining,
And its way of raining.
