The Night

slowly suddenly and then without warning it crosses us and blankets our world it turns the stunning orb into a hollow sphere dull and dead and nothing is seen just bleak dark black its there its lasting the silence never to end

the day slows to a standstill and goes backward
the noises about come to a close
the shades begin to venture
the bleak blacks cross the clouds
the sky is blanketed and choked out
the sun has fled
the day has left
the night is here
the silence is everywhere

The Day

its silence then a slice of warm gaze comes over the ridge of our view the nights shades slowly change and become bloodstained and peachy the warmth grows and quickly engulfs the sky it streaking in every direction spreading its warmth with everyone a new day has come once more

Death

chills spike through my body - hands achy - body numb i reach for it its shiny slick and heavy i put it to my arm and pull towards me quickly red water comes from between the line in my arm i had just made the red comes more and more till it drips down my arm to my hand and off my finger tips i lay back and let the hot tears run down my face this is me

Time

does it exist was it natural or created possibly invented or a reaction its everywhere and nowhere it tracks us keeps us organized and aware its our most precious asset for without such precious knowledge as time where is when an what is then or now or soon? my most precious commodity my most valued treasure for this concept i can never get more of i am only set with a certain amount from new born till graveyard i shall make my prized fortune last and make the best use of it

To Easy

death the word is said to easily to be safe the letters fall out of my mouth as natural as saying my own name and yet i cant even speak at all sentences words letters get choked in my throat at the severity of my sadness it has destroyed me and built me back up this is me if this is true i wont be for long

Closing the Gap

We drew near one another and yet we couldn't be farther apart our youth prevents us from making drastic choices to close the distance but we feel or one another we care and know our partner the distance is to great to far for any interactions and yet it's just land that lay before us waiting for us to make those steps in each others direction for there is no such thing as time it doesn't exist clocks exist we have all the time in the world it will happen someday

Silhouettes Amongst Me

my feet punch the dull, rugged pavement as I slink down the cool quiet night with only the harsh stale lamp to highlight my way ahead. A presence is felt as the hairs on the back of my neck come to a stand my heart unconsciously increases in speed, my eyes dart from shadow to shadow as the darkness flies around me, mocking my every move. My pace quickens as I attempt to escape the nightmare, they are chasing me now snatching at me with there thick claws. I've been forced to a sprint. as they draw closer I can feel the cool of there pace against my back as I lurch forward out of there reach. Ahead is a never-ending blanket of silent blackness. I close my eyes and stop dead in my tracks as the darkness engulfs me. It swallows me whole, the suffering has ended.

The Reset Button

ever yearned for that second chance? ever wanted that redo that retry? i myself regret every second of every minute of every hour of every day for i have faltered one to many times and beg for that rewind button but it will never come my way we learn from our mistakes we cant fix them just reminisce on how much pain they caused us

The Silence Is Lulling

Numbness wraps itself around my beating internal organ, blood thickens to a high viscoscious pulp, lungs choke up, air becomes a luxury, I am brought to my knees with a sickening thud I fall to my side defeated I let out a last gasp for air the world turns upside down I see darkness I feel my thoughts quieting my body motionless on the cold, Grey pavement I admire its cracks running along itself and thank it for allowing it to me by resting place i feel the light within me dimming and all is silent at last
