Beautifully Blended

Lands of my mother color my skin bold. Pale and freckled.
my skin remembers the lush lands of old and i am swarmed with Irish blood.
Tanned and sun kissed, like my mothers people,
i am tainted by her strong Italian blood.
Soft as silk, i'm bred from her french roots. Creative and lush.
Skin like my mothers heritage, i am born of white blood.

Curls from my fathers past, native and strong, my ethnic shines through.
Indian, strong, and proud. Smokey and dark like the ancient people i fall from,
my gaze is forever lasting. Light and brown, i am rich with African blood.
Long, tall, and lean like my fathers homage, i am born or intricate lineage.

Queens from my past lives, bow before my roots, with depths that reach far into the earth. i am born of all and belong to none. Blended of several bloodlines and crafted from many cloths, i belong to all the legends of the world but is known by no names. Past lives that relate to the slaves of the Americas but known by kings rich with English blood, i belong to both sides but regarded by none. Feared by their Egyptian masters my forefathers bore the pain of the desert, but i am remembered as scholars in the scrolls of the tombs. I am blended with all the beauty of the world and blended with all the wrongs. I wear a mask of my fathers past, but am rich with my mothers ancestry.

I am Beautifully Blended.

Sister of Mine

We've walked the same rode oh' sister of mine
We've ridden the same street and ran the same path.
We've swam the same oceans and crossed the same bridges.
Sister oh' my sister, we were woven from the same cloth and
bore the same flags.

sister of mine oh sister of mine, we've strolled hand in hand through pleasure and pain. Born ourselves new to the world we've never truly known.
Our battles raged but our hands never strayed.. our passions and our pride guided us through.
True i am to you, oh sister of mine.
May your hand be as faithful as mine.
May your shoulder stand strong when all else for me falls weak.
My shoulder is long worn from your tender embrace, but all the same I encourage and search to have you take a rest.
Allow me, oh sister, to be your refreshing embrace, allow me to paint your world with color when all seems gray.
I only ask, oh sister of mine, that you forever hold my hand through our journey's, and return the love i have had for you.

sister oh my sister, may our conquests be great and let the trials turn to our triumphs as we blaze our trail true.
till the end ol' sister of mine, i will forever be here.

Lines

I am respected.
That's his explanation, his excuse and his reasoning.
He sits on a throne of these women he has claimed.
Tools of his self worship, he stacked them tall in his castle.
A tribute to his mastery of his manipulation and his lies.
He sits tall and proud on the women he as claimed.
They each are secret queens in his world he has made for them.
They each unaware of the lies he has spun to catch them,
their insecurities will be their downfall. They envy my power over his heart and he convinces them of my faults. They are aware of my presence
and relish in his denouncement of his commitment.
They are the true match in their eyes and they can cure his depression.
These secret lies he has spun for them enriches their lust for his heart.
They wish to be his cure to save him from his unhappiness and take their place on his right hand.

I am respected he says.
That is why i am his queen. I hold his heart and am high up above these subjects he has claimed. I am not a block in his throne but i lay high above on a pedestal.
They are easy and are quickly used and thrown away, but i am constant and true.
They let him use them and he reaps the befits of their low standards of themselves and because of these standards men like him exist. women who covet men who are taken allow men to take advantage of these opportunities. Wolves yes these men are, but sleepless they are not.

Hes says he's able to find the divide between the disrespected and the respected, lines he draws when these women allow him to get the better of them. When they allow him to trick them into these false worlds and trust his false lives. As if to ensure me I am safe from such things, because his love belongs to me. These lines he draws to separate the two kinds, i find hard to find in his explanation. And if such lines do exist, which do i truly reside on.

Let Me In

Let me in
Let me in so healing can happen.
for you and for me, let me in so that the world we're used to can end and a new one may begin.
Let me in so you may change my views on how being alone is better than the wholeness i feel when your near.
change my heart so that i may be open to the beauty in this world and so i can accept myself for letting my vulnerabilities show.

Let me in so i may bring out the colors in your person.
So that we may be a ribbon in the sky, decored with all the colors of this world and all the vibrance that lays on the other side for us.
Let me in so the breaths i take may be reviving with the life i feel when i belong to you.
Let it fill me with the passion and let it fill you with hope.

Yes hope that we dont have to be alone and face the world and the other worlds with the idea that loneliness is what is waiting for us.
Cause i been waiting for you and I know you been waiting for something to prove to you the difference between the past and what your future will hold.

The difference isnt me but the equation of us. The subject in total is that, with the addition of me, the us that can come out will in essence be the realness we both been dreaming of.

Let me in so i may be completed and you may be healed.
Let me in so we may prove to each other that there is still realness in this world.

Push and Pull Game

Push me farther even when i'm clinging.. and I shall not turn from you
push me deeper even when im climbing.. and I shall not turn from you
push my faster even when im creeping.. and I shall not turn from you

This push and pull thing we engage in, is this what we call love?
is our purest form of affection controlled by our secret feelings of hatred?
this love word we hold onto, is it being mistaken for only wanting each others attention to be held by ourselves rather than see us thrown into the arms of another?
would that be so bad to be lost in an embrace with someone who doesn't know the rules to our sacred push and pull game??
to start over, would that be so wrong?
the feeling that grows within my stomach irks at the idea of another hands on your flesh, yet the feeling of freedom with the mention of your embrace lifted from my heart, bears deep into my subconscious and i am overwhelmed with fear.
Is this fear based on this thing we call love, or is it because I know no other limits but the limits to our secret push and pulling?
Am i consumed by our regularity or should i say irregularity?
Am i addicted and for that matter are you addicted to the pain we inflict and the pain we harbor?
I am lost in this twisted idea of love and i shun the idea of ever losing it aswell.

Judge Me

Let us be judged by our past, but let it not be by you or me.
We who are so easy to become Bias are not able to just fully deem another's nature.
We who ourselves are to be judged in the end of times, are not fit to put labels on another and their makings.

Let us be judged farely, for I would rather be judged not by envious eyes or dictating tongues, but by holy eyes and angelic tongues.
Let my wrongs be sorted through by incurious spirits, so in this manner my mistakes and regrets won't become devilish so quickly to heavenly eyes.
May my mistakes have been seen before, and regrets be found as acts of human nature.
May my secrets implore their better nature and may all my pains succumb there as well.
Let their wholesome eyes cover my body in a glow bright and true, let it heal all my illness and complete my tired soul.

I am not of this human world yet my body takes this form, but my spirit still is free.
Judge me by this and not of these worldly acts.
Judge me by my soul and how true I have been.
Mistakes I have a plenty.
Enough to cover mountains and too many tears that filled up oceans.
I am not free from these worldly actions but my spirit is true.
My urge to become better to reach higher still lives on.
Judge me by this passion and let my passion set me free.

Slowly Dying

Searching to find something I can hold on to
something that will free me from the ways of the world i'm used to
something that will fix what is missing in me
Something that will make everything better

If i can reach it then i can say i've made it.
If i can just grab it, then i'd be happy.
If i can make whatever i've been looking for come into my life,
then i'll end my pain and really start living.

But i search for the unattanable
I cant search for things to make me happy,
Happiness needs to start inside and maybe that is why i am hurting.

I am to flawed for myself to become happy..
I am not able to handle the weight of my own pain,
so i wish for something else to prove to me my worth
I am not willing to give myself to myself and for that i am lost

Excuses..

Everyone in this world searches to find their meanings and their purpose.
While i wallow in self pity, people are living their lives and doing their work.
While I count my pains and explain my sins
I lose sight of my joys and my blessings.

If you don't love your life then your not living, your just slowly dying

Change

Disappointment comes far to easily
Depression consumes you far to simply
Hope follows you far to closely
Dreams come from you far to wildly

Pain changes you, its worth is to costly
Joy leaves you way to early
Greed pushes you and leaves you lonely
Hurt causes you to lose yourself way to madly

(Happiness is a point of view, change your perceptions.)
