Last Dance

The last time I saw you alive you hugged me tight and said my name as we danced. We only moved a few steps but it felt like the music played until the DJ said last call. Little did I know you were teaching me the new step, the step of letting go.
Never had I felt the expression of dance embodying my nerves with love from head to toe.
I watched over you as you tossed and turned to find comfort with your discomfort... With your pain!
I wished I could have shouldered your pain, I wish I could have bottled lighting so you can once again feel the purity of rain.
What is a spot light that doesn't dim?
An ANGEL!
A angel whom memories run through me like a white wall receiving invitation from a projector and its film.
My thoughts are lost within its thoughts leaving me vegetated.
I ain't much for letting go! As much as I love your new position I hate it.
I need your voice, I need to feel your warmth, I need to see your eyes piercing me, I need it.... I need it!
Slowly moving left to right as I lead you backwards I felt your breath sigh.
I swallowed that breath being breathed; I got you I got you!
The world lost focus as God placed our moment in HD.
I'm dancing my last dance for the memory of you and me.

How Do You Wanna Be Remembered

Has that question ever sneaked its way into the conscious of your third eye?
Have you ever took pause from your self and viewed yourself as a he was or she was?
Release that parachute from flight and ground your soul with the memories of others thoughts.
The limits down here are not as high as the sky.
We get one chance to imprint the fixture, the movement... The tone of a legacy left by indifferences that makes you you!
The day my handkerchief floats no longer and drifts to the ground, I envision the power outage of the world.
Darcel stood a monument that people just had to get a glance at.
Darcel spoke with his heart while even in defeat. A lyric can’t harmonize the music that D. Sharp stands for.
A silence of over joy for him applauded over the art of tap.
Heads rolling back accepting the embodiment of fruits picked from me.
Screams of loss jamming frequencies of those trying to pick and hold on to one of the many memories of me.
GOOD OR BAD
I call on the locksmith that is you and you and you to unchain what is me, myself, and I with a twist of your key.
God allowed me to plant it, to water it, and nurture it within a bunkered facility.
Some might say he aint this and he wasn't that but remember.
I say remember because at one point in your life I was perfect for you.
I aided you to or from a circumstance that gave u clean air to breathe.
Now aint that some shit!
That’s how I will be remembered!

Anytime

Can you see me?
Can you read the article that is my face, my mood?
I'm morning for the partial creator that has left me wounded. A artery cut has no path to death like the silhouette in the distance I no longer see.

Do I ever cross your mind, ANYTIME?

I don’t need gifts to shower me for the apologies and guilt immersed in you.
I shower daily to cleanse me of your stank as it is. But for once can I sulk in a tub of your commitment?
I am half of you.... Your blood flows through me like the distance that is measured by inches to feet.
I just wanna be next to you, do you wanna be next to me?

Do I ever cross your mind, ANYTIME?

I will always keep your picture in a frame to remind me of the strength that I hold.
The strength that allows me to hold fast to a decision acted upon and not told.
I miss you and I wanna miss the times that we have and haven't shared.
Events desperately asking to be compared.

Do I ever cross your mind, ANYTIME?

My dreams no longer linger at night. I find myself sleep walking and daydreaming to keep a relationship of the hope of us.
Tears will stop and that pipe dream will turn to rust.
Dad.....
Mom......
I’m just a kid.....

ANYTIME!

Listen

Baby can you put the time in to listen to what i have to say?
Can you do me this one solid and ill speak no more?
No longer will my life be defined by a schedule, no longer will your thoughts ventriloquism my tounge!
 Birds flock but EAGLES SOAR!
Five to many wishful chances..... Im done.

Listen

Im tired of starring, talking, and listening to these painted walls.
They constantly answer me back with agony, despair, and pain.
Im taking back who I am!
For you amongst my cheeks it shall neva eva again rain.

Listen

I gave you the motions of a able clock but you chose to acknowledge me once maybe twice at years glance.
 Broken!

Baby witness my stance....
 UNBREAKABLE!

Listen

My bags were packed when i fell for you and now my heart flies 1st class.

Here's a gift to deal with my birth...........

 My old mask!

Holler If You Here Me

I knew no other way to cry out and release this happening.
I didn't intend to hurt you, I didn't intend for fantasies to hold truths outside my house yearning!
Passion can’t lift itself from this notepad fast enough and express the light outlining the shadows of my zombies.
I am here but my mind is where my heart dreams to be.
I’m screaming at the top of my lungs so that each sound captures its on solo.
Do you hear me?
Standing in the sands of time the distance reels off mirages of us that could be while quick sand consumes the actuality of us.
Voids are unavoidable due to the strength of inanimate objects called LOVED OWED!
I can’t make your heart feel something it wont just as I cant make my soul pretend to feel.
Undress me naked and read the bold prints that define all of me as I am.
Ink tattooed deep in the canvas of my skin.
Damn holler if you here me because imma speak softly so I know you are listening.
This is a one chapter, one page, one word hard shell book.
Write your adventure with the second chapter, the second page..... The second word!
