Vanishing Daughters

The rains have come and gone Our heart is swollen with joy The time has come again To see them do their dance Some happy mothers here Some anxious suitors there Waiting … … … watching Bubbling the circled square Kum Kum Kum Kum Yee Yee Yee Yee Comes the song of drums Heralding their precious steps Shaking their beaded waists Dangling their bangle ankles Oh big bunch of beauties Fruits of healthy seedlings Ripen yet unpluck Dance dance dance Shake shake shake Ready for sheet to soil The stains of the night to see Of shame or pride to bear And so it goes like that…

Heart Breaker

See how little time it takes
To hate the one you love
The one of all, I cared so much

Tin and thick yet to come
Storm and wing still afar
Quick in time it fades away

Hit and run
Never pays
Good to know who you are
Bye-bye love and come no more.

Poetomania

Poets are but
Sick in sublimity
Of love
	Time & Events
	People & Places
	Ideas & Divinities
Without which
They lie prostrate
In portrait

Idleness

What hardship
Is joblessness?
Soul searching endlessly
Roving depth in height
Beasting and feasting
On treacherous quagmire

Crescendo

I love it, each time I get here
I mean the peak
Of the pinnacle
Topmost of the mountain
Highest in height
From where my ego
Like myself, stays on top
To savour the beauties of creation

I am a conqueror
Having gotten here
Having laboured hard
To keep pace and rhythm
Every step of the way
A feat many only but wish

Lifting along
Not one but two
To the crescendo
Of life and love

Tinas Tonic

Enticingly juicy
Melting on the burning
Lips of passion
Stretching tongues to lick
But soured drops long left over
Icings of deadly venoms
Ooh greedy zealots
Gulping to stupor
Concoctions for all such gluttons
