The Truth Is a Lie

Eyes look at you for an answer 
the wondering mind 
anticipating your responds 
how time flies 
the amount of pressure 
what do you do silence or speak 
they're waiting on you 
lying is an option but it never ends 
the truth is to hurtful 
somebody give me a shoulder my mind is about to boil 
over 
here i go my mouth opens the truth spills out 
mixed with lies 
emotions running on high 
the guilty conscience is overwhelming 
the fire within is intensifying finally 
a scream of relief 
silence is his name manipulating is her game
