Invisible Tears

We all cry 
Cry about life 
About love 
and about fame 
But when we finish 
All the tears will go dry 

Dry enough not to see them 
As if they were not there 
Dry enough to be invisible 
Dry enough to not mean anything at all 

When we hurt 
We cry 
When we are happy 
We cry 
But when we hurt too much 
You can't Cry 
All those tears are dry 

Dry enough not to see them 
as if they were not really there

Dont hurt someone so much 
that they cant cry 
because they wont feel anything 
to anyone, to anything 
their tears will be dry

I Cry

After weeks of hiding 
Hiding your feelings 
You have to wonder 
Would it ever hurt 
To cry?

So i gave in 
I layed in my bed 
And cried 
I cried so hard it hurt 

It hurt me that your not here 
I cried more 
When i realised you could be my saviour 
Without you here 
Im nothing 

So i gave in 
I layed in my bed 
And cried 
Reality sunk in 

Put on a brave face 
For your family and friends 
To hide the real pain you feel 
Until someone says 
Its ok to cry 

So tonight i will cry 
cry just like i did last night 
cry for hope and faith 
That one day, ill be fine.

Goodnight

Everythings not right 
Everythings changed 
nothings the same 
nobodys the same 
no one smiles the same 
since you left 

your gone 
and theres nothing we can do about it 
i wish i could turn back time 
to spend more time with you 
but would that change the hurt 
or would it make it worse?

Everyone is broken inside
its so hard to stay strong 
to hide all the pain we are feeling
nobody understands how we feel 
we've got nowhere to turn 
nowhere to run 

i want to be strong 
i dont want to be afraid 
afraid to know that 
someday we will be with you again 
knowing a peice of us is not here
is the hardest 

but i know 
your looking over us and keeping us safe 
until we meet again,

Angel

I used to be afraid 
Afraid of everything that came in my path 
I ran away from it all 
All the good and all the bad 
I was afraid of myself 
And who i was becoming 

I tried it all 
All that could be tried 
To stop me from being afraid 
To be as strong as i could 
To be who i was before 
The "angel" who could do it all 

I was afraid to have to explain myself to everyone 
Who i was becoming 
And how i wasnt that "angel" that could do it all 
I was becoming the one 
Who needed help and a shoulder to cry on 

I tried it all 
All that could be tried 
To stop me from being afraid 
To be as strong as i could
To be who i was before 
The "Angel" who could do it all 

I had trouble 
But as i tried 
It became easier and clearer to see 
That i was still that "angel" 
Just hidden behind Fear.
