He Had Intercourse With a Chicken

His fur was soft and clean
 as he ran
 it was like a dream
 when he tripped and fell
 staight into hell
 then he started to scream

The Ballerina

The glossy pink ribbon shone from the stage light.
My feet ache from the pain i am to face everyday,
I feel as if to slowly collapse under the fatigue of my weak frame.
I must keep pushing if i am to be perfect.
My spirit is heavy and I am trying to carry my feet,
if I make a mistake everyone will see.
The music is getting louder and my heart is pounding.
My legs feel torn, the pain i can't bear.
My heart is so heavy i can barley carry it across the stage.
On with the show.

Grade 11 Heartbreak

When things were beautiful,
You said we'd last forever.
When things got rough,
You said you'd never leave.
When I got a little crazy,
You said I love you baby.
Now it seems, I'm standing alone.
New Loves make the heart go numb,
Although in my heart,
I know you're the one.
Deep inside there's a feeling ,
I know only you can give.
The only obstruction,
Can my broken heart forgive?
And if I never find another,
If there is no love for me,
Thank you for our time together,
And if you have time,
Think of me.
