Cake Jr Poem
I find myself staring into the wall again,
Blankly with no out,
I find myself alone,
Not in physical world,
but in bodily mind,
rectangles compose the wall in which I stare,
Organized in a fashionable manner,
And I begin drift away
I am in a world not so unlike our own,
But where I stand is not the same,
Truths have become Fictional,
Simple questions are now complex numbers,
Arranged in array of gibberish never before translated,
and the only way from where i stand is blocked,
A door labeled exit lies in front of me,
but it wont be that easy,
It seems a bridge has drawn itself between me and the way out,
Beneath the bridge is red hot liquid,
Above is a never ending space,
one would think the next step,
would be to cross the course lain in front of me,
But it wont be that easy,
This world is not like our own,
And every step taken forward,
is seemingly one step back,
I try for hours,
A thousand different ways,
A million different directions,
not One the correct answer
I've come to a conclusion,
There is no way to that door in which I stare,
And I wish that there could be,
But the simple answer is there is not,
Left with one last choice,
I decide to jump,
And as I fall,
I see rectangles,
Organized in a fashionable manner,
I am awake
But i am not free,
Not yet,
I am trapped,
In physical world,
And bodily mind,
and there is no way out.
