Letter of Deception

you use me one time and you are addicted to me
you just can't get enough of me
if you can't have me then lay in pain on your bed or floor
just aching and wanting more
once isn't enough
you need me
i ruined your life
you have no job
no money
no family or friends
yet you still want me
i make you violent
i make you confused
depressed and suicidal
will your aching for me ever subside
you know you want me
you know you need me
i make your mother cry in worry
waiting for you to come home
but you don't because you can't leave me
she crys because you won't eat or sleep
she crys for your heartache and pain that you endure
everyday from me
but she loves you anyway
like the way you love me

A Mere Shadow

The world is a mere shadow
a shadow of things that will never be
a shadow of those things
that will never leave me
stuck in my brain and sure to stay
the world a mere shadow in ones self
so out of reach
wanting to be loved is all i need
but can someone love me just for me
can i let go of the unimportant
and let the sun shine through the shadows of darkness
that dwell inside myself
and shed light upon my broken heart
for i can only try

A Special Friend

a special friend
is who you are
kind and caring
warm and sharing
a special friend
is who you are
wearing a smiling face
open armed
and warm embrace
a special friend is
who you are
full of love and always in my heart
my sister my friend
is who you are

Come To Pass

Fear not my child
For it is time to come to pass
For thou art not alone
I am with thee
For thou hast not come to you out of hatred nor evil
But to give you peace of eternal life
Take thy hand and walk with thee to thy gates of thy kingdom
Ye shall suffer no more
And those of yours should mourne not your death
But celebrate your eternal life in which thou hast lived and given
And to know that thou shall watch over and guide them til their days of passing shall come
Take thy hand and come to pass
And ye shall suffer no more

Gone

you are in my thoughts
you are in my prayers
you are in my heart
you are everywhere
out of sight
but in my mind
i need to hold you
one last time
alone i am
except in thoughts
in a prayer
in my heart
you are everywhere

Death To You

In the shadows that lurk around
I see your face
The face of death is upon you
Run run away if you can
But death will seek and it shall find
Death is death
it is not blind
It sees your every move
It hears your every word
It is time
Death has found you
do not fear it is all around
The shadow of death
you it has found
