Stronger
Thats what I keep telling myself ill become
Thats what ill be when I continue to love and you continue to run
Everyday I wake up and fight the struggles I have
Everytime I cry because it hurts
Every minute I think of you and know I never cross your mind
I tell myself... Ill be stronger
When everyone tears me down and I continue to fight and sometimes dont know why
I tell myself Ill be stronger.
When I deny to love because I dont want to set my heart up for failure
Ill be too strong. But itll be too late.

Meagan Cross Poem
The blue sky slowly turns gray,
The dark moon takes away the day,
Cold air explodes on my face,
Feeling such guilt, such loss of grace.
I failed myself, not only you.
I tried, I did all I could do.
You made me promise,
A promise I couldn't keep.
" Don't let me love you. Dont love me."
I'm falling.
So hard and so fast.
It kills me to know this too shall pass.
The one thing i've always wanted, The one thing,
I needed to last.
You took flight, took my heart, and ended me with smite.

Meagan Cross Poem
Sitting out in the rain,
The tears fall from my face.
The familiar pain sits, still, in place.
My hearts beating,
Yet slowly fading,
Once again you went from loving me,
to hating.
I can't see where I went wrong,
The numbness sets in,
Such a familiar song.
One day, I'll be strong.
I'll never come back,
That's a promise.
Might as well tell you the truth, At least I am honest.
