Love Hurts

Once again i am locked in the darkness of the night
The light of your love has vanished so suddenly
Leaving me alone in absolute solitude
In a state of lonliness, a state of depression

Why did you tell me you loved me, even though it wasn't true
You took me on a ride, and said we were through
I loved you before, and i love you still.
But, you don't feel the same way i do, and this isn't real.

How can you love someone, and you don't love yourself?
How can you love someone, and not trust them at all?
I gave you my heart, my soul, my love
But, apparently that wasn't enough to have you trust me.

I knew this was coming, the "us" would be no more.
Then why do i feel this way, like i lost a love?
So now i must say Farewell, for the "us" will never be again.
But remember i love you, and my heart shall always be yours.

Me

I don't have all the answers, i don't even have a clue
But, i'm not ignorant, i just know the truth
I am the silent one, I don't care what others think
I know what's on your mind, i know how you think

People misconstrue me, and they think i'm the fool
But, i'm the one they'd least expect, because i'm not as cool.
I can mingle with the crowds, charisma's my game
I can get inside your mind, and you all are the same

I can listen to others, they confide in me in every way
But, truth be known, I really don't care, but all the same I stay.
Your problems mean nothing to me
And I know you think that's mean

You may think me to be two-faced, a deciver in discise
But understand, i'm not the one ruinning lives.
You think me to have no morals, no values or principles.
But understand, all these I have, and my deeds are honorable

Deserted Angle

She was the angel who brought me to grace
She was the light that shown in my night
She was my heart that taught me to love
She was my rock that kept me steady

Now i have fallen back to hell; now that shes gone
the light has gone out; my life is so dark and cold
My heart she broken; my love she shattered
My rock she split; my mind is unsteady

My Love

My love for thee far exceeds any other
Deep within my soul, a deep passion flows forth
My love grows with each day that passes
My heart, my love, belongs to thee and thee alone

Thy warmth, thy love, thy smile
Hath warmed this cold heart of mine
Thy love I shall charish, thy heart I shall hold
Thy name I shall protest, thy honour I shall uphold

No words can describe how far my love for thee doth go
My love shall never waver, my loyalty shall never fail.
My heart shall always belong to thee
From now until eternity, this shall always be

Different

People fear what they dont understand
they judge those who are different, who decide to make a stand
Because we walk to a different beat
Because our religion is different, they dont see

We believe in similar things
We honor nature, we pray everyday
We accept you for who you are
Dont we deserve the same?
This barrier should be torn down, and i think i know where to start
Listen if you dare, venture into the unknown

Take my hand, i wont let you go
I will show you a world where dreams comes true
I will show you what it means to be one with all
If what you see scares you, push it aside

Join me if you will
Into the path of unknown
Show me your heart,
And i will show you your dreams

I Know

I know what you crave,
I see it in you eyes.
I know what your heart wants,
I hear it in your cries.

I know you want someone to hold,
To be with you night and day.
I know you want someone to love,
To stand beside you everyday.

I know your heart is breaking,
Although you do not let it show.
You conceal your emotions,
And you put on a show.

I know these things about you,
Your eyes tell your story.
I know these things about you,
So allow me to end your misery

Losing Loved Ones

The day we lose someone we love
Is the day we dread for all our life
The day we really learn how to love someone
Is the day they cease to exist

We charish our friends, our family
And we all love them dearly
But, the day we lose that person,
Is the day our world falls apart

So with a heavy heart, and a loving memory
We live on, and remember them every day
In our hearts and prayer, we remember them
and their loving ways
We shall grieve for what we have lost

But rejoice, for they are in a better place
So we now know that they hurt no more
And remember, that they are truely never gone
For they live in our hearts forever
And their memory shall live on.

The Barren

Across the pale lit sky
A blanket of stars did shine
Across the barren lands
A mighty myst did rise

A shadow was cast upon the both
Which made an eerie sight
And casted all event in mystery
And I left everything out of sight

They only thing that could be made out
Was a shrilling scream
Which traveled a distance, far and wide
And cross the darken stream

No one would ever speak
Of the sound they heard that night
No one would won think of it
For their hearts would fill with fight

Until one day, a voice rang out
Across the barren lands
It called to all those people
Who would come and stand

So listen to this tale I tell
And remember these fearful words
One day in the future
The time will come to fight

Seeing My Dreams

I stand upon the mountains
And gaze across the misty lands
I look down upon a single flower
Which grew in a bed of sand

I stand and look at he broad bright sky
Watching the clouds sail by
I stand, listening to all the sounds
That echo throughout the night

I stand alone, above a pool of water
As I gaze into the stream
I see my future, I see my past,
And I also see my dreams.
