Our pastor
When our Pastor speaks it’s always from the heart
To join us to Gods love and make us a living part
A part of a growing number that see a world at peace
Knowing all the hatred and confusion that must cease
He speaks as one of us and when his faith had gone astray
From this church I take his message and use it everyday
With his loving boldness and his passion to firmly teach
He instills in every heart up to God we need to reach
His sermons are without ritual and void of mans facade
And reads to us from a book that has come to us from God
Reaching up, reaching in and with compassion reaching out
This man will leave only good of this I have no doubt
I know that I will do my best with these words that have been spoken
And remember that Gods love mends all hearts that are broken
Our Pastor will remind us all and guide us to our source
So come to church hear the words and stay steadfast on your course

As we move through our daily life
Sometimes with heartache pain and strife
Along comes an angel with eyes of blue
Then you're convinced she was meant for you
As we wade through uncertainty, wonder, and fear
Thanking the Lord for someone so dear
That there can be such goodness beauty and love
Convincing me this is a gift from above
As God lifts me and heals me from my loss
There are unfound mysteries and bridges to cross
One of my crossings has led me to you
And to be by your side is all I want to do
We have both seen our share of sorrow and hurt
Then you find yourself in a place where they do nothing
but flirt
That's all gone now and I have firmly decided
By the Lords good hand I have surely been Blindsided

“Rest in my arms”
Sometimes it’s hard to put my heart into words
As you lift my spirit higher and I soar with the birds
You bring me to levels of unearthly love
Where time seems to stop from this gift from above
God joined our hearts and I can’t say why
But when he speaks through my words I know I can not lie
And I know in your fear it sometimes gets hard
But I will love you until you put down your guard
And when you do this you will see nothing but love
As you rest in my arms and fit me like a glove
I swell up with joy to just sit in your space
And know you have all of me with Gods precious grace
So surrender to me and let’s fly together
Knowing with me there is no stormy weather
The mysteries of the Universe seen simple and clear
So let go of your past, worries, and fear
So rest in my arms and know its forever
And only when God calls me is when we won’t be together
So now you know in my final plea
Rest in my arms and enjoy life with me

“A Christmas Poem For My Wife”
I love and support you until my days are no longer
I will be there with hope and love until we grow stronger
Let us not lose touch with the coming of Jesus and the season
Through all the pain and hurt I will love you until reason
When you put on this ring it was put there for life
And I thank the Lord over and over that He made you my wife
I will be there always even if you push me away
For I see through faith a bright and sunny day
Happy birthday to Jesus He is my life and my guide
Hoping some day in me you will truly confide
So Merry Christmas to you my wife, my Love, my friend
I will Love,Love,Love you until my days come to end

When God speaks
When God speaks no words are spoken
Bringing peace to our hearts that painfully stood broken
Moving in passion and resting in reason
This timeless love that breaths in every season
For what you know now you new before time began
Remembering our faith as a seed in every man
For you do not need to learn something that you already know
Rise up to your faith and let all darkness go
For science and faith are finally joining hands
Like a golden thread of love that runs through all the lands
For color, worship, and folklore have no place here
Returning to your future let our oneness come clear
So start your day with vigor and close it out with praise
And make God a knowing and see clear through all the haze

A glorious son rise
How can we find peace if we focus on stress?
Awaken those dormant forces and bring out your best
That fire and passion that sends us whirling through life
Even in hard times when pain cuts like a knife
You couldn’t call it faith if you didn’t have a choice
So choose gratitude and love and to the good Lord rejoice
Every teaching you go through seems unfair at the time
But when you look back on Gods plan it was there to make you shine
For the funnel of life will always lead to Him
As you surrender to this a new life will begin
And your choice to be either wealthy or wise
Choose the latter of the two and watch your lower self demise
All the good prophets who have died doing right
They have passed the torch to us to guide us through the night
So give thanks to Christ who has died in our need
And now we are free to love and he has risen indeed

“Feline Friends”
Three feline friends they differ yet are the same
With unconditional love that put mankind to shame
If you want a loyal friend you won’t find any to exceed
It doesn’t matter the color, size or exotic breed
Knowing your innermost feelings and always feeling your pain
It never ceases to amaze me the love these small hearts contain
Always by your side like God intended us to be
I can not begin to tell you the teachings they give to me
With humorous curiosity and natural in there way
I watch with awe and wonder at there simplest form of play
They look at us with love and tell us they are content
They fill our hearts with joy and seem to be heaven sent
My advice to all who are trying to make amends
Fill your life with gratitude and find some Feline Friends

“The Marriage Rose”
The marriage rose grows without any strain
It has seen joy in its blooms but also has seen pain
The beautiful bloom also has its thorn
And without hesitation a brand new bud is born
One bloom dies and another bloom grows
It’s a beautiful process and through eternity flows
Its pedals are soft and the fragrance is sweet
With the passion of time they fall calmly to our feet
Bewildered I give one to my new soul mate
The universe guides us to a new loving fate
Given through love that will never ever die
Love has its joy but will also make us cry
Now I only see blooms and the thorns are no more
With a love that blesses me right down to my core
And this is the question I most humbly pose
Will everyone see the beauty of a joyous Marriage Rose?

Where from Here
How would we find light by embracing the dark
All the hate and fear men seem to embark
We know this in our hearts but still raise our sword
Gods given a peaceful loving world that we should always move toward
The world we create is from a sick and broken mind
If our egos don’t soften it will be the end of mankind
Eons of hate passed down through the ages
Taught to our children given rise to unknown rages
If we look to God we can break the bonds of this fear
And finally live as one and joyfully see clear
For life is meant to work and this is Gods plan
For there has been love in our hearts since all life began
It’s not letting God in but it’s letting Him out
For he is part of us all and you can’t live in doubt
The pulse of the universe lives in every beating heart
This loving creation that we all are apart
So lets put all else aside and make peace our dream
And rise up to faith and become one with the unseen

The church
A church can have a good foundation but actually have no walls
For it breathes inside the hearts of man and lives when spirit calls
So look inside and see it there in every man that walks the earth
Planted like a seed in us when the good Lord gave us birth
God gives the choice to let it grow as a flower or a weed
And choose the former of the two and to his word take heed
Keep your ego in its place and have the courage to speak peace
If we did this as a whole the hatred would decrease
The church is there to remind us of things we already know
So if your lost in a crazy world get up that Sunday and go
