Missing His Grace Bishop Karas

I've known you for many years,
And I wished to know you more,
For death has closed many doors,
But death hasn't given me such fear.

I know it was hard,
But I just wish you were still back on earth,
I just want that comforting warmth,
But my feelings I will never discard.

I know you're in a better place,
Everytime I go to the monastery,
I feel so very weary,
You see I just want to see your face.

Since that day, I felt mad,
And didn't want to believe,
Just to run away and hide,
And in a different way, glad.

Really Hard

It's really hard when you lose
someone who's everything to you.
and you never thought
that you could lose that person.

When you lose your teta
but even though you didn't know her all that well
you still have those memories
but you feel that a piece of your heat is gone.

When you lose your friend
who was like a father to you
when you saw him almost every week
and still can't believe he's gone.

The only comfort that you have is
that they're in a better place
they're not suffering here on earh anymore
and they're with God now.

Love Like This!

I never felt love this way
Until I met You
I guess it was love at first sight
Even though I've never noticed.

At first I thought it was just admiring
But the more you were away
The more I realized
That I longed to see you again.

I hadn't seen you for years
But I didn't want to give up.
Then my friend gave me your number
And I was brave enough not to hang up.

You were cool and still remembered
The two days we spent together
But you were really nice about it
As if you cherished it.

You made me confess that I did like you
But it seemed you didn't mind
But I'm very afraid. WHY?
Cuz I don't want to get hurt again.

The Sheperd and His Sheep

I have gone astray
Like a lost sheep,
Seek your servant
For I do not forget your commadments.

Like a sheep
We get lost
And lose our way
From our Sheperd.

But thankfully He doesn't----
Let us stray very far
But He's always waiting
For you until you get bored and come back.

Just like a sheperd
He doesn't give up
Because He wants every sheep
For they all mean something to Him.

He, the Sheperd, is not a quiter
And won't rest, until---
He finds and gets them
All safe and sound.

He's Always Waiting

Don't you ever think
Why God made nature?
To remind us of Him
So we don't forget Him.

He made the sunset
To make sure it relaxes you
It reminds us that even when the sun goes down
It always comes back.

It also shows you that
Even though you sin
God will always try to get you back
He'll wait for us no matter what.

He tries to make you remember Him
How do you think rain came about
The rain was His tears
Because you're always too busy for Him.

When we have had a very rough day
He knows how that feels
He goes through it every day
For this reason He gave us a breeze.

It was His heavy breathing and sigh
For He wants you to know that---
He's there for you,
And we still don't pay attention to Him .

Sometimes we leave Him
And sometimes we come back
But He's always waiting for you
With His arms open wide.

Midnight Praise

I love these church tunes,
When I chant it, I feel as high as the moon.
I understand this meaning,
For my soul lacks the cleaning.

I have gone astray like a lost sheep,
I have gone in the deep,
With this beautiful praise,
I'm just in this certain phase.

Praising is like prayer,
Which has lots of layers.
Seek your servant,
It's great to chant it where it's fervant.

Hugs

A hug....
what does a hug mean to you?
To show that someone's there for you
And cares about you.

When you're down,
And you think nothing can make you feel great again.
Maybe, just maybe you'll feel a lot better
When you get a hug by someone you deeply love.

You may be thinking
There's a lot of different hugs.
And I bet it doesn't make sense
But when you get YOUR hug,
You will know what I mean.

There's that hug that makes you feel
That everything is going to go great,
And nothing worse can happen
Since ur best guy friend gave you
The best bear hug ever.

The Ocean

The deep blue calm ocean
oh how I admire you
how you're timid and peaceful
until you become a mighty wave.

When I'm on the beach
I feel the mighty wave
it feels like it's calling me
calling me to stay forever.

The blueness of the water
even though it's filthy
it's pure to me
when it's not windy in the city.

Judge Me Not?!

It isn't really fair
When people just don't care
When they judge us from the outside
I wish they would just run and hide.

Please look at me
And you will see
That I'm not the same
As they all claim.

I may look happy and glad
But I may be very sad
A lot of things happen in life
I'm struggling in a strife.

I may be smiling
But inside I may be crying
I'm like a leaky faucet
That never stops.

Sunset

The red orange peaceful sunset
it takes me back to the house
when I saw my very first
red red hot red orange sunset.

Oh how that hot red orange color effect
on the beach has a perfect reflection on the water
just watching makes you feel so relaxed
it just reminds you of the ocean.

I look at you at the beach
with the bright luminious fireworks
I fall asleep watching you go.
