Haiku

Haiku may be hard,
But isn't it random words?,
Running out of syl-...

Dog sits on floor,
Hairy dog sits on floor,
Cat sleeps on floor...

I like drinking cola,
It makes me go very hyper,
It is very funny...

Cardigens and teeth,
Makes a granny very very sweet,
Thay always scare me...

The green bin with bag,
Sat lonely on the carpet,
In the English room...

Christmas

Christmas is a busy time,
Commercialized therefore I am skint,
Cant afford to feed myself,
So its soggy sandwiches and mints.

The big day is one week away,
Yet I seem not to be excited,
For I cant wait to see the back of this year,
New Years I'll be delighted.

So many great people have been lost,
So many great people have been found,
But the pain etched in my memories,
Are for the ones laid to rest in the ground.

So all alone I wait for Christmas,
No hat upon my head,
What cheer it is, spread through the year,
None for me, as my friends are all dead.

08.09.09

I got told today,
The sets had gone to pot,
Angry and upset all day,
In one set but I’m not.

Should have two’s all round,
And a 1a in French,
Now I stare to the ground,
Fists are tightly clenched.

Reminiscing on Thursday ,
When everything was right,
Trying to think of great things, Eh?
Dreaming about tomorrow so I say goodnight.

Broken Soilder

There lay the body,
Of a broken solider,
The explosion swiped him clean,
His slow breaths,
Breathing in the murky air,
All that was left,
Of that poor man,
Was body, leg and arm,
He had a wife and 2 kids,
But now no more,
I still hear his laugh,
Of jokes once betold,
No more laughs for awhile,
The D-Day had struck.

Music Box

I have a music box,
Plays tunes of heaven,
Specially made box,
Decorated with fairies from Devon.

In my music box,
Lives a ballerina,
she spins and twirls,
Dancing to the magical sound.

My box is my magic,
Where an angels cry,
Is no more heard,
Then silence in the dark.

Silence

The fields covered in silence,
Broken men hushed others,
No speaking was uttered,
War had finished.

Never again they said,
Never, Oh Never,
But just one person,
Broke the rules.

But don't forget,
We did the same to them,
Be proud of all soilders,
British, German or any.....

Pain

The pain is a rush
Every bit of it
My being fills with joy at the pain you bring
The sweet cold blade
The harsh words you speak...

When I tell you that you will leave me broken
I tell no lies
Everyone else has
So will you
So would I

How do you expect me to feel?
I’ve grown to love the pain of being left on my own
Why you ask
Because I’ve been built up and knocked down
So many times
That it is all that I know

I breathe pain
I loathe it
And I love it
You’ll leave
And I will forever be in
A solitude abyss.
