Soul Mate

Lonely raindrop falls
Joining one upon the stone
Finding love as one

Flee Market Feelings

Come one come all,
A bargain calls!
The first who buys,
Will take this prize:

Freshly beating,
Non-retreating,
Hard and strong,
And never wrong!

Broke and mended,
Well defended,
Steady measure,
Immune to pleasure!

Skipping soundly,
Somewhat roundly,
Partially insane,
And can’t take pain!

Hurry, hurry!
Rush and scurry!
Oh do not fail,
This heart’s for sale…

Fallen In Love

How did I breathe before you were near?
Each lonely feeling made to disappear.
Listening to your voice is music so sweet.
Looking upon you my heart skips a beat.
Oh how this feeling changes my life.
Lost in this moment I know no pain or strife.
Our joy and promise I am certain of;
Victorious union written in stars above.
Everything I am, I give you my love.

Crush

Oh how the ticking clock still mocks my endless hesitation.
Would that I could slow the time and blind this fascination.
These words, this love I must speak of, my heart’s soft transformation.

Hurt Prowls Down This Loss

Heartbreak’s hollow hold has hardened.

Piercing past pools pain has pardoned.

Dying dreams drift on dire descents.

Lost in the loneliness, languid love’s lament.

The Terrible Dawn

Waking to soft morning light,
a lazy breeze sweeps in.
No traces left of last night,
only your scent on my skin,
and this cold day to begin.

Images flutter across my eyes,
your face too close to be clear.
The chorus of never ending sighs,
an hour ago you were here.

Morning shatters this hazy dream,
this fate we knew, I know.
A perfect pair so it would seem,

but then you go,
your imprint on my

pillow.
