A poem from me to you

A cheat, a lie, a love so divine.
An escape from reality only so true,
I wrote this poem just for you.

A kiss that sparks, this is true bliss
from the heart. I think to fly when
problems arise, I spread my wings
to show a surprise.

My wings hold emotions so strong,
I forget how to act, understand I
feel under attack. You deserve the
the world, like an oyster and a pearl.

Can we start over? Give me a seed
to water our flower, it’s most precious
to me. Give me time to change and
you will see.

The sun and the moon

Let’s have an intellectual talk just me and you.
Under the sky until we see through.

Let’s talk the beginning of time, the sun and the moon,
don’t forget the stars, they’re important too.

Let’s laugh until we can’t breathe, cry until we can’t speak. Only you and I, until the end of time.

A walk on the beach, talking of places we’ll reach. Tell me things go on a tangent, preach.

Until we die, the sun and the moon will be in the sky. Both shining bright, like you and I.

Roses and Violets

Roses are red, violets are blue, pain in my sleep, sick like the flu. Double down on the love, can we have less hate? Everyone spread, everyone initiate.

Play the role of the sun, shine and influence everyone. Too much hate to come by, let’s sing a woodstock lullaby. If everyone took a second to stop and smell the fresh air, the negative hate wouldn’t be everywhere.

Look at the faces, the beautiful pigment, color everywhere on every ligament. Respect and peace is all society needs, to thrive and flourish not be bleak.

No more bombs, threats, or guns, take time to learn and love everyone. Violence spreads quicker than a wild fire, just a please and thank you is all I desire.

Smell the roses and execute the negative, smell the violets don’t be repetitive. Repressed feelings and emotions, let them out and let them flood like the ocean.
