Out of the Picture

Questions are piling up,
we part ways in just a snap. 
Blame is on my head,
while I lay in this tiny bed.
Still keeping you a space,
as I focused you in my gaze.
But you just walked through,
whilst I restrain myself to pursue. 
Why the sudden change? 
Why the need to estrange? 
Where did the jokes went? 
Now I write to express lament. 
Maybe it's time to burn this bridge,

His Welcome

I saw him yet again today. 
When silence is overpowering, 
when the emptiness is overwhelming, 
when everyone's busy leaving me out, 
that's when his presence is caught. 
He stared at me blankly
as I pull myself towards the
heavy gravity of desperation. 
As I fabricate my acceptance, 
as I sail along their boat, 
unfortunately, 
the heavier it is to pull back. 
And upon the defeat with 
the throes of horror, 
the tears blurred my vision. 
That's when I saw him
walked our distance. 
And that's how his
darkness filled my 
soul and comfort.
