Glass

This fragile glass strongly stands
The glazier gave it life through breath
With simple tools and fiery ways
A work of art is now conceived

This work of art two purpose holds
Champagne inside, beauty is seen
Bubbles bursting at the brim
No end in sight, they keep arising

One child’s touch began this fall
Who’s outcome matched a giants strength
With no beauty nor purpose holds
This broken glass aches to be whole

Text

Slight vibrations quake my heart
I long to hear her silent tone
Intervals are my demise
Apoptosis in lovers cell?

Thoughts race towards self-destruction
Divers expect a fatal crash
No fulfillment, no peace of mind
Nymphos in catholic school

Emoticons con my emotions
Truth lays in these dotted eyes
Blue crashing waves pull me under
No more desire to fight this pool

Curb my cravings of fasting hunger
I delight through unspoken solitude
A heart that beats is one that lives
My heart waits to hear the tune

Palindrome

Lewd acts of which I cannot name

Sin once reviled me to this state

I act no more; to live is bliss

Indebted to a nameless God?

Dare I not change, yet hold a tenet?

Take my beating of common dog,

Burn the callous of evil ways

Deliver me from past life, to

Dwel in peace of Ungrateful Change

Dwel in peace of Ungrateful Change

Deliver me from past life, to

Burn the callous of evil ways

Take my beating of common dog,

Dare I not change, yet hold a tenet?

Indebted to a nameless God?

I act no more; to live is bliss

Sin once reviled me to this state

Lewd acts of which I cannot name

God?

It is our god that gives us life
He brings us comfort in times of pain
And even pride among our peers.
He does not ask, we freely give
Our time, our money, our sense of being
Shameless nights we share with him
Secrets of a life unseen
Words unspoken -Bold as ink
None can see my god and me
He seems so tough, hard to relate
But he has blessed me to create
From distance he is like all else.
When eyes peer deeper, as close as mine
His off white beauty calls aloud,
“Moleskinne”

Smoke

The burning embers tuned his fiddle
Hiding in a smoke of grey
Who’s tune was heard but quietly
Beckoned dancers in a cloud of smoke

The tune seemed lovely and the dance alluring
I find myself within their trance
My white washed silks have long since changed
Tarnished with the dancers kiss

She chokes me with her shallow love
Plaguing stench in my attire
As dreams pass by of fresh clean air,
Again I wake within her arms

Blossom

A blossom’s beauty hangs in glory

Trampled by the souls of men

Truth be seen, yet for a moment

This offering has come and past

Her velvet dress swayed motionless

To the dance that He began

Rhythm filled like dendrite drums

Chorus coupled; man and beast

In falling moments she lay in peace

Forgotten from the one she loves?

Cut

Whoever thought to use the free one

Thos damn razors, nicks and nacks.

It starts by shock, tears soon follow

I've always hated my shaky hands

Try to hide my imperfections

A piece of me dies today

Shoked by blood, this life so fragile

Why must I fight against my maker?

Lunch

The fourth bell had a horrid tone
Daily, I would choose to fast
Hiding in my bag of lies,
“No thanks man, I’m cutting weight”
Oh how I would just trade this love,
For plastic trays and meatball days
Soggy pizzas and stale chips
That is the life I desired
To be like them I hid myself
-This sack lunch is a joke

Peace

I descend, to find company solely in myself
The chilling water stings my skin, and yet, I dive
To murky waters, no words to hear
Waves crash above me, I’ve lost control
………Yet solace is this under toe

Choke

What will be done

When I can't breath

Gasping for this,

Forgotten Delight?
