like a bird in the tree
that sings a sweet tune
and as I look at the moon
certain things I see
brings back the memories
of you and me
and how we used to be.

Moon, Stars, Clouds, Sun
Rising, Appearing, Forming
Bright, Peaceful

Clear glass
Reminds me of
My sacred past
Harmonious tunes
Devour the silence
In the room
Tick-tock
A grandfather's clock
Strikes at twelve
Heart aches
The morbid pain
Dwells inside my soul
A little crack
On the edge of perfection
Drives me to insanity
Where all hope
Soon slowly dies
Leaving me broken
Shattered pieces
Cut into the skin
Like razor blades
A clear mind
Opens a place
Of vivid dreams
Carefully handled
No more hate
Just lasting love
Flows free
Longing emotions
Dare to be released
From the sanctuary
A precious jewel is held
That is my heart.
