My Friend, Nina

We have gone a long ways together,
when you were still around.
I miss you more everyday then
people think. I have shared my
love of poetry with you, and I miss
your presence around my apartment
complex. When you would invite me over
for tea and biscuits. I know you will be
looking down on me from heaven.
I will miss you always and our times
together as friends.

We Cling To Life

The road is unsteady
for a long while.
Have faith and mercy
for your favorite
mission in life.
That is how we cling
to life for each other
in unity, we hold our
lives together for a day.
Coming together in every
spot with our heads proudly
held high in honor of our
speed and successes
to come slowly, but surely
in the years to come.

We Will Remember

We will remember
Natasha, this talented
actress is now gone
from us,
so let us remember
the person she was
and will see the light
in the arms of our
Lord. Saddness is
in our misty eyes
right now.

Bertha Bea

Bertha Bea
Barbara Bathwork
will not do her
homework
because she
wants to do nothing
but play all
day and not sleep
at night either.
So do not even
bother her for
eternity.

The Art School

This is a place
where you can express
your colors on paper or
make some beads
and string them together.
You can create images
without being too abstract
about it.
As cozy as a feel of a
home-like atmosphere
for artists and art lovers.
Just be there on time
so you do not get behind
like a slacker in a bind.

The Schizophrenic

That voice!
I hear something
but, what is it.
Its been telling me
things that I
do not want to
do because its
frightening me.
Yes mother, I will
try to pick up those
toys off the floor.
But where on earth
is she? Where are those
toys? They are gone.
My word, what is happening
to me and my imagination?

Unkind

Life is unkind but
sometimes we have to look
at ourselves and our own
faults and realize what we
are waiting for to prove a point
about why we are not pleased at
all; this day in time lets see yourself
and the good in everybody to
make you see ones point of view
about who is unkind.

Sunshine and Our Times

I am in the middle of a poem
or a song, both of them
bring joy to my life as well
when the tribute of all that fell
with the accordian playing on,
while the music goes with the song
I say, " lead me to a staircase
before I fall in love with the base
playing on and on and on. " The
sunshine and our times theme.

Divided Into One

Life-
Meaning
too often
is divided
by intervals
judge by color
or character
is way too
upsetting
so much that it
hurts inside.
Open up your
heart and take
a good look at
yourself in the
mirror. Who are
you besides your
given name?

Strawberries and Daisies

How romantic can you get
with regards to that Special
Someone? To lead them into
constant love letters as to
being your lover without the
pressures of everybody
starring at you while he's
starring into your eyes.
Why not be treated
with Strawberries and Daisies
for a change and have a Happy
Valentines Day.
