A Painting

A PAINTING.

Creating and recreating
Shapes of desire
A cunning way to rest
My tired brain, painting
Coloured to aspire
A curve to be hugged
A corner to be embraced.

Murmuring song of
 Past remembrance
Mind ravaged in situ.
Energising the hand
To ask for spirit’s favour
Setting up an arrangement
To trap myself aflame
Within a creative frame.

Silent Presence.

A silent presence
Gathering shelter
In verses stricken
Under logged curses
For serenity of moon.

There you fell asleep
Lulled by aftermath
In frozen tears
Shed by the rose
At advent of dawn
Dripping with dews.

What use of inviting fancies
Half buried under the sand
Depicted in pictorial reliefs
Discursive galleries
Of the ancient lands.

To seek consolations
In verbal episode
A smooth searched
Cannon
In liquid quilled verses.

Golden Temple.

Riding high on the limpid waves
Rising high on the shimmering presence
Blue waters of white marbled chequers
For the eternal hymns of wayward heart
The golden domes invoking a saffron path.

Novices of thoughts and sunshine abiding
The golden swarms of vibratory atoms
The hush of pilgrims on the circular pitch
Tearing apart structures of egoed ditch.

Give vent to destinations of beauty & liberty
The concerns of soul now past its restrictions
Illuminate a glance bereft of the inner tumult
Saluting the Guru’s presence in a silent rebirth.

Blank Page

BLANK PAGE.

Again I have to cross
A blank page for travel
A wide desert spread
Spaces to far away lands
Which seems even sterner
For the words to instruct
Vehicle of subtler thought
Movement for the select.

 Perhaps with a magic
Hand of chance
I will take plunge
Into the inkwell
My fingers wide spread
To write
To find hidden furies
Being born of some dread.

With my solitude
I will come alive
With devilish wide smile
To bail out
Into a liberation
An antiquity of versification.

Stubby Brown Pencil.

The stubby brown pencil
Will it make some marks?
On the white blank sheet spread
Where thoughts can be stored
To ponder over backwards
Amid avalanches of motives
Often habitually sliding
In moods of darker futility.

Finding solace in crumpled sheets
In foils of curtain hung around
The window that helps to preview
Some dimensions beyond the
Stagnant waters of the constants.

Green Hills

GREEN HILLS.

Green hills
Against the blue skies
Etched like a monument
Beyond the laws of desire
Water colours to touch
Green in impassioned fire.

Vast deserts embraced in heart
Sun drenched sandy pleasant of touch
Subduing cosmic storms overhead
In some imagined human crutch.

Perhaps like time and space
Two diversions merging
 Reality incomprehended by logic
But a new life comes in conjunction.

Failure

FAILURE.

Isolated tentative in rosy tower
Sublime detached observer of success
Making its own life and time
Swallowing in one long yawn all the glories
Keen scented existence and sanctified its rewards
Cut off from the masters & futilifying the slaves
Giving a disdain look to posterity and its pards
Ignoring punctuality with a haughty look
But the huge mountains with discordant chords
Under the mantles they take refuge huddling
And you like a mother carry a pail for orphans
Poor and disrepute banished against the drift
The filth the pathos the ordinary drowsiness
The blind beggar the woman in rags
The furtive individual who lives kicking away
From the encroaching collectivity of the age
Greater than success sublimer than wealth
Tender as futile love wended as the god divine
Accepting person as a person without duly
In betterment or development of the suppressed
Piecing and embalming the wounded tendrils
The one who dropped out of the marathon or left
Afraid outraged by greedy convinces of haughty
And the hispid who tried to set a trap.

Look that blind beggar huddled under the bridge
His guttered life a heart longing for paradise
But in hell it seeks its forgetfulness
Of life’s bitter dregs deep and canine
Under shadows of blown husk and the pathos
Enduring the wants and unrewarded labours
Discredited and shredded on the runnel heaps
By those of pampered living & easy of shrouds
Hearts will come to you and extend your arm
To pick a mutilated corpse a rose or a thorn.

The Universe

The Universe.

The universe came along
To inhabit my place the other day
To shape the forms in contours
With a subtle suggestion in tone.

Design chiselled by wild winds
Pulverising the static constants
Saved from strangled suffocations
Not a laborious description of all
But hint for renewed aspirations.

Pasting reflections on new moon
Multi colours added of expectations
In time growing shrub land in hue
Seedlings planted amid the high noon

Shamanic Dance.

Sing
With keynotes of watch winds
Sway
With plants of high plateau
Converse
With shamanic powers
Communicate
With spirits of skies
Confront
Hallucinatory destinations
Death, desires, disorientations.

Magical modes in spinning wheels
Recesses in stones, meditations
And the perfumes.
Quescha ! cocarna ! Quenchensa !
Gloss of intoxications in lunar brain
Opening gateway into recreated gain.

 Flute drums and cymbals
 Da, dadedum , durkum.

Linked that will join the unknown sources
Flights of eagles, crows crawled in forces
Softly engaged in flights of the condor bird
Converting sounds of spaces in muted verse.
