My Angel

Is this who I really am?
Am I the girl you wished me to be?
Am I strong as u thought I would be?
Am I brave as should be?
Is this who I really am?
Reaching am I too high?
Living in a castle in the sky,
What if I were to fall,
What if I were to cry?
Then will I still be who you thought me to be,
Will your love by my tears wash away,
And leave me in endless stray?
Or will you catch me and show me how love should be?
Spread your wings my Angel for our love is forever free,
This is who I really am,
This is who I will always be,
Found myself in your arms and forever I’ll be
This is who I really am;
In love with thee

When Mean Eyes Cry

Bitter sweet tears roll down my face,
When he's gone without a trace.
Bitter sweet tears, oh how they taste,
Warm it feels against my face,
Still you're gone without a trace.
Oh river of sorrow,
Oh river of pain,
Made of thy bitter sweet rain,
Falling out of grace,
All through the seventh Heaven
And on to my face.
Oh how must it hurt to fall out of grace!
And yet you're gone without a trace.
Only a broken heart could shed these tears,
When love is gone and all what's left is fears.
I'm no poet but still i say,
When mean eyes cry the world turns grey.

To Know Who I Am

This is the way of the world; this is the way of life.
Don’t we all eventually die?
Haven’t we all someday lived?
This is the way of life.
Weren’t the rich someday poor,
Weren’t the poor someday rich.
Or haven’t you heard;
How this is the way of the world,
When there’s peace you know there will be war,
When there’s war there will be death.
Or haven’t you heard;
Violence only delivers what is the same,
Because that is the way of the world.
Illusions delude us,
Illusions betray us,
Our thoughts that once saved us,
No longer stand strong,
In the mists of civilization we are forgotten,
And in the way of the world we are lost.
This is the way of life.

The Bride of Darkness

I’m the black veiled pride,
I’m lost, confused, and blind,
Disdainful to all that has delight.
I’m the black widowed pride,
I’m the enemy of all sweet life,
Friends, family, lovers I have none,
'And to the Dark Prince I thee wed'
I’m the daughter of Hades on Earth,
I’m living under a curse,
I’m the reason it will all fall.
Fail, doubt, betray and you shall be mine,
Suffering, agony, and pain are all my sons,
Give in to them and then will shine the black Sun,
Humanity will suffer and all hope disappear,
Then my curse will break setting me free;
The white veiled pride will live no more,
And me and my Dark Prince will rule all.

Between What Is & What Was

Silent thoughts,
Dwelling in untamed dreams.
Winds of change howling,
In the depths of human-beings.
Whispers of souls repentant and sins forgiven

But of heaven's blessings they cannot utter.
Throughout the world that is ruins, they now discover
That the ruin in their hearts has got bigger
For that is life and what may shall come
For that is what is, carry on your faults undone

Ode To Innocence

Of heavens and glories past stories were told
Of heroes and knights fairy tales and dreams were made
With delight and pure passions strings of gold and silver were weaved
Into thoughts of beauty much too great
In enchanted palaces over pearl filled seas
We prayed to live out the glory of our dreams
Though we were once kids to whom the stories were told
We are now old and towards the same stories we grew cold
Blind to the fairies in the tales our eyes used to see
And to the beauty of grace we used to seize
We helplessly lay caught in the web of life as it takes place
Grieving we wonder when did our sweet innocence fade away?
But then with hope at night when lights are turned down low
We reminisce how we once were innocent a lifetime ago

Somewhere

Somewhere inside my soul,
There lies my faith in the world.
I try to believe in the empty,
But there’s nothing to see.
I try to live intellectually,
But in it there’s no logic to me.
I wish to see the world for what it is,
But I mistake it's beauty for the ugliness with in.
I feel like my sight has lost its way,
While looking for something To believe is true..

A Heart Felt Scream of Child's Broken Dream

I never thought I could scream,
yet I never thought I would dream.

In my life I've been struggling,
always fighting always hurting.

I solemnly swore I won't let them see me get hurt,
But with my heart on fire I always got burnt.

I had a vision I used to believe,
now all I am left with is tears and shattered dreams.

Then something was taken from me,
It was the ability to simply be me.

Threatened, with a gun held to my face,
Fearful as my family is gone with out a trace.
I ask myself, O' where thy promised grace.

In that vision I used to believe.
Then I realize it's all gone I can't help but to grieve,

What have you done loudly I say,
All I wanted was peace and a place to pray.

And now all I do is screaming
Cause I even lost the right of dreaming…

A little Tribute to all the suffering children out there..
God Bless and guide those who are in war may they find peace once again.

Empires of War

Empires rise,
Legions fall.
Men and women live through it all.
Empires fall,
Legions cross the sea.
Families with men they never again will see.
Empires no more,
Legions disappear.
War is done and people no longer live in fear.
