Rain-Desperate Times
Days and weeks of rain
has come down hard and fast
desperate times prevail

Daydreaming

Day Dreamer
She sits in the chair
looking out the window
but she is daydreaming
instead of seeing what is actually there

I Want To Sing To the Lord

I Want To Sing To The Lord

I want to sing, I want to sing,
I want to sing to my Lord right now

Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord
Thank you Lord for setting me free

I want to sing, I want to sing,
I want to sing to my Lord right now

Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord
Thank you Lord for dying for me
on that tree

I want to sing, I want to sing,
I want to sing to my Lord right now

Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord
Thank you Lord for rising again

I want to sing, I want to sing,
I want to sing to my Lord right now

Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord
Thank you Lord for preparing a place for me

I want to sing, I want to sing,
I want to sing to my Lord right now

Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord
Thank you Lord that you are coming
back for me

Tree Art-God's Design

Tree Art-God's Design

Many puffballs clusters cling to tree
making one want to take a picture
to capture the beauty of God's
handicraft of perfect design

Taking a Walk

Taking A Walk

I'm taking a walk to see what I can see
I see a light blue sky with rolling clouds
sun shining brightly

I'm taking a walk to see what I can see
I see trees with leaves of red, orange, yellow leaves
making the mountainside full of Fall colors

I'm taking a walk to see what I can see
I see apples of many shapes, colors, and sizes
sitting on grocery shelves

I'm taking a walk to see what I can see
I see pumpkins with happy, scary, funny, faces
carved or painted on them.

What do you see when you take a walk?
