You Are Everything I Wished For

You are everything I wished for,
I couldn’t ask for more,
You are so good to me,
and in return you will always have my loyalty,
I love how you can always make me smile,
its makes me want to stay for a while,
You give me unconditional love and honesty,

In my eyes you will always be handsome and strong,
no matter what people may say,
I know your love for me is pure and true,
You are my one and only,
I have a strong desire to be with you and only you,
I appreciate everything you do,
You’re love will never leave me feeling lonly,

You are the most amazing guy I have ever met,
and better yet,
I love the way you say "I love you" with out speaking,
I wouldn’t dare ask for anything more if i were givin the chance,
You are everything i wished for,
and much more.

My Dear Friend

i've thought about what you've said,
about how no one cares and how you wish you were dead,
i don't know where to start,
what i'm about to say comes from the heart,
you're the one person that keeps me strong,
when everything's gone wrong,
you pick me up when im down,
you make me smile when i frown,
yeah, we've been through heck and back,
do you remember my first asthma attack?
so you see my dear friend,
what you said was not true,
because i do care about you,
from begining to end.

I Love You Just the Way You Are

i love you just the way you are,
so you don't drive a flashy new car,
i'm not in love with your ride,
i'm madly in love with the handsome guy inside,
i love how you hold me with care,
and hug me like a bear,
there's no doubt,
that you think that i'm beautiful
inside and out,
and no matter what,
i will always love you no ifs, ands, or buts.

A Passion of Fire

sitting in front of the fireplace,
listening to the fire crackel and pop,
enjoying their romantic evening,
he loves the way she looks in the soft,
flickering glow of the fire,
mezmerized by her beauty
he gently strokes her face with his hand,
then lifts her chin with his finger
and gives her a kiss,
she gently rests her head on his chest
as he runs his fingers through her soft brown hair,
they hold eachother tight,
as they sit and drink hot chocolate in silence
for most of the night, finally she says,
"i wouldn't trade the love that i have for you for the world.",
he smiles and kisses her forehead,
takes a sip of hot chocolate and says,
"i wouldn't give the feeling of falling in love with you
and having that love returned for the world."

A Guy Like You

Baby you always make my day,
with your warm loving smile,
and when you embrace me with that big bear hug,
I can easily fall asleep knowing that it's my
loving heart and soul that wills you to stay,
my passion for you grows stronger each day,
you will always be handsome in my eyes,
you're my Romeo and I'm your Juliet,
together we will watch the sunset,
and watch the sun rise,
you are very special to me,
my love for you is unconditional and pure,
it's all true,
I appreciate everything you do for me,
I'm a very lucky girl,
to have love so unconditional and true,
from an amazing guy like you.

There Is No Stronger Love

I've learned that there is no obstacle
that i can't jump over,
I've learned to close my mouth and just listen,
I've learned how to be a good friend,
You've shown me that i can love unconditionally,
You teach me something new everyday
and you don't even know it,
we guide each other safely down the right path,
we trust each other,
we make an amazing team,
our hearts beat as one when we're
out there chasing our dream,
You mean so much to me,
you're all ears when i want to talk,
One look into those big beautiful brown eyes
and i always know what you're trying to say
even though you can't talk,
you're my inspiration,
my guardian angel,
my best friend,
The way i see it,
there is no stronger love
than the love between a woman and her horse.

The Good 'Ol Days

Do you remember a time when the most fun you had was with a huge cardboard box and your imagination?
The cardboard box became your space ship and you became an astronaut,
Running through the living room pretending to travel through space,
Run in your back yard pretending it was the moon and creating a whole new world.

Do you remember when little kids were so innocent and pure?
Now days first graders are exposed to things they shouldn't be exposed to until they are way older.

What happened to the good cartoons on t.v.?
you know like rocket power or the wild thorn berries,
the cartoons with the good morals,
But today there's shows on t.v. that consist of violence, drugs, sex, or stupid stuff.

What happened to the simple things in life?
There are more people that rely on material things so much they loose sight of the simple things and happiness.

What has happened to our government?
You can barley trust the protection & legal system any more.

Take a good look around you,
alot has changed with every year,
every generation,
What happened to the good 'ol days?
How they are missed by only so many people,
I hope someday soon the good 'ol days come back soon.

Amazing and Fun Night

underneath a starry Georgia sky,
friends huddle around the fire,
hanging out and telling stories as the flames grow higher,
and looking up at the midnight sky seeing every star,
the stars and the moon all seem so far,
an amazing and fun night,
ended just right

The Place Where I Go

It takes a long drive to get there,
out in the middle of no where,
out here you won't find the glow of neon lights,
just the stars and the moon shining ever so bright,
At night you won't hear the noise of busy city streets,
just the crickets chirping a lullaby that sounds so
sweet,
When you go for a walk you'll realize that your
not walking on conrete,
just dirt and gravel under your feet,
I just love the smell of freedom in the air,
and the fact that i have plenty of time to spare,
i come here quite often to escape the stress of the
everyday mess,
and no one will ever know the place where i go

A Boy and a Girl

he holds her tight

as they sit on the bed of the truck

looking up at the stars

without a care in the world

caught up in the moment

he gets up and turns the radio on

and they slow dance all night long

he said he loved her

she said she loved him

he said he meant it

her eyes started to water and she held him closer

they saw a shooting star

they made a wish

he asked if hers came true

she yes it has

you love me and mean it

she asked if his came true

he said yes

i know what it feels like to fall in love
