Interview With The Color of Blue

Perhaps not everyone would agree, but after interviewing
The Color of Blue, I discovered a thing or two. For starters,
Mr. Blue owns and proudly wears a light blue shirt, but the
closest thing he wears to blue pants is his blue jeans.
Unlike Elvis, he would never wear a pair of blue swede shoes.

Many of Mr. Blue's fans never realized that he once owned a
house that was white with light blue trimmings. It was most
conservative, and there was absolutely nothing flashy about it.

During the interview, we sat on his lovely back porch facing
a very pristine lake. On a sunny afternoon with the infamous
Mr. Blue, what could possibly be more calming than the clear
blue sky? We even saw a few Blue Birds and Blue Jays fly by.

The only blue eggs I've ever seen were those painted for Easter.
Because Easter was approaching, Mr. Blue had lots of blue eggs.
When asked about Navy Blue, his reply was that Navy blue has
its own language, and it speaks to him of Stateliness.

Mr. Blue stated that we should always check the 'Blue Book'
before purchasing a vehicle. There was so much that we talked
about, but I'll close with two interesting themes about which he
was deeply moved. He liked bananas, blueberries, and nuts in his
breakfast cereal. I tell you, he nearly teared up when he said,
"Forget Blue States and Red States and give me United States".
