My Son Moon and Star ~
Approaching the celebration of his Birth
cherishing the gift I received
within weeks of conception I knew
something amazing was in Creation ~
the Stars held a party
sending me with one of their own
Gazing at 3 shooting stars twinkling crossing the sky
It was magic It was destiny taking its flight.
In love with an October full moon
drawing and painting I liked
thinking of Vincent Van Gogh ~
caught in a loss of time
Hours going by as choosing my color
a wittness to three falling stars
A clear night sky sparkle's
A once Famous Star was sent
inspiring the tiny child inside ~
Never a doubt in my mind at all
child bearing was worth any pain received
yours will be in a pursuit of a dream ~
one to cherish and hold

Happy Birthday to my creative Son
you will exist in my heart forever~
1000 miles per hour scientists have calculated the Earth’s rotation
And 25000 miles in 24 hours according to their quotation
They say it is the distance from the sun qualifies their concession
But it is the facts that they failed to mention
The fact in the matter is, it is not gravity, the sun or the moon
So I thought I will break it down so you can see the big picture soon
And those scientific theories are fallible and can be popped like a balloon
Then you can stop watching the Discovery channel and watch a Disney cartoon
In order to deliver the facts I will change from monorhyme
This will give you the information in digestible nuggets in time
Here we go:
Fact: we know that love makes the world go round
Just enough to stop you flying off the ground
According to my calculations, there are 380000 people making love every second
Wait a minute, just in case I am beckoned
22800000 in a minute, 1368000000 in an hour and 32832000000 in a day.
That’s a lot of people indulging in naughty play
Therefore each person generates 3045808967 gigawatts of negative energy
Calculate it yourself and if I’m wrong I’ll change my name to Cenergy.
The negative energy is what repels us from the sun
This is not generated from the up and down of underwear of everyone
If we quit the Earth will stop spinning
And this may mean we’ll come out winning
For we won’t die or age in years
We’ll never be made redundant due to someone younger taking our careers
You can borrow money and go in debt
And never pay it off if you take it over a year I guarantee the bet.
For if we stop love, time will stand still
And to get it moving again would need the love pill
So from me and Captain Morgan, we say good night
Tomorrow how the earth got it’s crust we will write.
So say good night to this drunken plumber
And by the way, if we stop the sun will suck us in and that’s a bummer
Dear God, when the sun rises,
I can only wish for a better day.
I'm not looking for consolation prizes;
I know life can't go entirely my way.
I just want to love and be loved,
To have hope and a great faith.
Sometimes the choices in life are tough,
After sunrise creates a new day.

Like the sun in the morning,
Like the many blue skies.
Your smile is soft like a rose,
And love sings through your eyes.
Love sings through your eyes.
So many times,
Oh how I've tried to find a way to say "Thank You".
All my hopes, all my dreams,
All my plans, all my schemes,
All my life its you.
Like the sun in the morning,
Like the many blue skies,
Your smile was soft like a rose,
And love sang through your eyes,
Love sang through your eyes
“God bless us all when the door is shut behind us,
only then will we breathe our first breath,
from the long dream…”
Forging past the indisputable summit onto the
shelf of the perfect medium (ah, ‘tis noble here!)
he sits, contemplating his balance. He does not sweat.
The winds breath breaks upon his predestined neck,
bestowing the gift of lily white scent upon a lapel that’s
stiff, yet pliable – just stiff enough. A 72 degree sun
shines its neutrality, (fueling his desire for nothing at all,
just the concept of sun giving heat, like a heartbeat,
unnoticed in its certainty) upon his stagnant face.
He is wearing his favorite pants (soft, worn jeans with
a little give, but not enough so that he forgets to hold
in his stomach), and from the ample pocket, he takes
an apple. It is a Red Delicious. Not quite living up to its
name, but unassuming and secure in its redness – he eats.
It’s not the best apple he’s ever had, but its good enough.
The vultures, native to this coveted desert waste circle,
vying for the core of his Non-Delicious, yet edible fruit.
And as he Bites into the last white taste of just fine, a glint
of sunlight flashes briefly – like infinity within dreams,
off of the vultures black eyes. And all at once he knows –
everything is. The death birds orbit the terracotta desert
peek (red and inviting in its dry and unforgiving reality),
the bird turns away so fast after catching his eye,
he forgets that he’d ever seen its pulsing recognition.
The forgettable sunset mollifies him - sedates him,
pacifying his every forgettable non-movement.
It is then, when the last dripping light of day descends
behind the obvious rock mount; the definite edge
of darkness falls. Shadows creep slowly and quickly
across the terrestrial rock spine, (engulfing its redness
in its totality) leaving just the remnants of burgundy
skin between yellowing teeth, and a deafening black desert.
As the sound of raucous wings and ripping jeans dominates
the guttural desert - the vultures take their coveted prize.

THE sun superbly smiles in the world
The faces of the people become impeccably bright
And the birds brood, sing softly enraptured,
Wet green grass glean with dew light,
Various flowers loutishly bloom bright and fresh
And the dull, dark night stars disappear,
A breeze cuts through the world without brash,
Hearts of people beat lightly the rhythm they endear
And their souls unburdened duly of dubious oppression,
Their formerly bowed backs now straitening,
Some jubilant wiping the sweat of emancipation
From their victorious visages, now blatantly beaming;
And the mountains seem to recede down to plains,
The burly, bullish bushes let sun rays penetrate,
The rivers flow on sun shined land, colorlessly sedate,
Seas now smell of edible, huge fish’
And thence, the long eagerly awaited tuneful liberation
Emerges from the sun-coated east horizon goldfish
Spreading luxuriantly to the west with expectation
I asked a scientist to make an olive's leaf,
So green with its juices,
Smelling spring and sweat from gatherers hands.
He answered that he couldn't.
I asked him to make the light of the sun,
Reflecting its warmth in morning's appearance.
To make a sun enslavor of the sea,
Of breathing trees and eyes,
The eyes of those who stare its dream.
He answered that he couldn't.
And when I asked to form the air of dawn,
So heroic, sympathy air on faces of those
Seeking the dew,
On mainsails following the wind,
He answered that he couldn't.
How could ever human hands, so shakily and small
Give birth to miracles, when their lines
Consist of a hidden mystery delved from ages unsure?
Where human says 'I can't',
Nature raises and rules among Glory and Triamph.
If people think that they live with power and safety,
In houses they built with tractors and iron muscles,
How could they live when road will be their only home?
When they will be forced to run to mountains
And lie down on stones and windfalls
How oh how could they live?
If people think that they eat because they cook
Aseptic food in their high-teck kitchens,
How could they eat when a slice of bread will be
All they have?
If people think that they can adjust their warmth
By pressing a single button,
How could they feel warm and enlighted
If the Sun won't raise, if darkness fills the air?
When people think that there is nothing they can't do,
Replete with egoism, relying on their hands and their brightness,
A huge laugh is coming from the sky.
Because they forget that when all is gone,
Floated down the stream,
Only God can stay still, unbreakable and wise,
Smiling at their ignorance that they own life.
And if they can't be satisfied with theirselves,
How could they embrace others
When time force them to be united?
Creatures excesses with passions and ambition
They want to change their roles and become
Gods in the place of the One.
Yet, their hands are so weak to carry world's weight
And their minds so human to judge fairly and amiably
The sins of us all.
And the people were fascinated by the
Lava touches water,
Water wraps its hands around the melting
earth, to choke it, smash it, crush it.
Reduce it to its powerless state.
Earth and water consume each other.
Water, flown apart, simply rises.
Earth must be quelled, drawn downward. Gravity does this.
And the people only see the
The people bring a lunch, make a day of it, camp out.
And soon, the people cook over the earth’s heat.
The sun would blister their backs, make them
fester, make them
cook like lobsters,
but the sun gave up.
And the people let their eyes blister away, just
at the inner earth,
Concerned only for the coming of the
And the elements mingled, found each other
in the earth, melting.
Then found each other again
as noxious vapors.
And the people sat devoutly as their
eyes, ears, and fingertips
Now. There is no more
Water has won its upward passage,
winding mistily towards a more celestial target.
The people sit. Still.
No eyes but burn marks, still singeing outwards.
No ears to speak of, no tongues to hear.
And the people believe.
The people still hear the
Summer is a lemonade
Summer breeze blowing the grass around
with a warm sun kissing my face
blue skies wrap and hug me
as I watch the butterflies race.
Summer gives me lazy days
coloured flowers and dancing trees
smell of charcoal and starry nights
brings back childhood memories.
Summer is an endless beach
sun cream, bikinis and beer
salty seaspray, fish and chips
postcards saying "wish you were here".
sunburnt shoulders and fun fares
laughter never seemed to fade
grab the ice and share around
yes Summer is a lemonade
