Aster 'Blue Autumn'

(This is a specific type of Aster with full name Aster 'Blue Autumn') Aster 'Blue Autumn,' summer wanes. The shining sky of dusk is drenched in splendor. Tremulously, I watch shadows that arrive all to soon-to purloin sun's last rays. Aster 'Blue Autumn,' how you thrive in fields amidst a throng of goldenrod! And always you forego the chill of nights that come to steal away the last of Summer's days. Aster 'Bue Autumn,' Virgo aches, and you're re-birthed from star dust that she cries- to bloom beneath blue skies until the fatal time when breath is snatched . . . Pensively I wait. Pledge of love and loyalty

This pledge that l,Ntando, make today serves
as my guideline that I shall follow
happily, ungrudgingly and tirelessly
for the sake of our love life.
Indeed l am well aware of the fact that
the beauty of this pledge does not only lie
in word alone but in action as well.

For that reason in every season
I shall show steadfast commitment
to the implementation of this pledge
with a great deal of astuteness.
I therefore commit myself to be your
devoted and delivering husband for
all the years l shall live with you
on this earth.

I shall treat you with the love and care
you deserve as my wife.
Indeed l shall treat you with
the distinction and dignity
that is befitting of the queen of my heart.
That body, that bone, that breath
shall be my mine to treasure,
for sure;
a dearness to promote and protect
for dear life…and love!
I shall stand by and with you in all the
situations of our life.
If the situation demands that we sail,
sail we shall together.
If the situation demands that we
climb,
climb we shall together.

I know very well what l am getting into:
I am getting into a marriage that is
overflowing with blessings.
This marriage- with our mutual
commitment-
will stand the test of time.
I know very well what I am getting into:
I am getting into a relationship that
brims over with a transforming power
of love.

This marriage-with our
mutual commitment –
will transform naivety into maturity
troubles into challenges
pretence into practice
pride into progress
bachelorship into companionship.
I pledge to be your steward and partner
for all times.

I shall value the consultations
and decisions that we make as
husband and wife.
As head of the family I shall do nothing

to derail our love train for anything else
least of all for personal and selfish reasons.
Now and forever

I am your lawful and loving husband…
This pledge that l, Nothando, make today serves
as my guideline that I shall follow
happily, ungrudgingly and tirelessly
for the sake of our love life.
Indeed I am well aware of the fact that
the beauty of this pledge does not only
lie in pronouncements but in practice
as well.

For this reason every season
I shall demonstrate untiring love
and loyalty to you;
a love and a loyalty that is a living
embodiment of our marriage vows.
I therefore commit myself to be your
honouring, supportive and loving wife
for all the years l shall live with you.
I shall treat you with the love and care
that you deserve as my husband.
Indeed I shall treat you with
the dignity and nobility that is befitting
of the king of my heart.
On my mind it is always fresh
that I am the flesh of your flesh.
Green or grown

I am the bone of your bone.
I know very well what I am getting into:
I am getting into a relationship that
elevates me into a kingdom of wifehood.
I shall endevour to put my family first
with all the rights, obligations
and privileges that come with wifehood.
I shall endevour to wipe off and ward off
loneliness and lostness from our relationship,
seeking nothing but your companionship;
banking on your stewardship,
sinking together any hardship.
Since you are mine
I shall not do anything else to undermine
our relationship for personal
or egotistical
reasons.
Now and forever
I am your lawful and loving wife…

Sweet Sparrow

A song of a sparrow in the springtime.

Birds chirp a lullaby at the peak of the morning sun.
Speedy is the dragonfly, wish I could catch just one.
Clovers fill the meadow and daisies are in bloom.
Brilliant as the rainbow heanen's scent perfumes.
I hear a sparrow singing sweet tunes of joy and glee.
Sing a song sweet sparrow, sing a song for me.

As springtime goldenrods glow.
I see a sweet sparrow perched upon a rose.
Elegant are the carnations,
and honeybees buzz me by,
God's mighty creations of tender springtime.
I hear a sparrow singing a joyful melody.
Sing a song sweet sparrow, whistle in the breeze.

Lilacs spread their fragrance.
Daffodils line the creek.
In the wind the lilies dance,
and crickets chirp at my feet.
I hear a sparrow singing such a sweet tune.
Sing a song sweet sparrow, lift the morning dew.

Sing a song the prince of love and let the music flow.
Drowning in sweet melodies I open my window.
Perched upon the cedar tree a mighty little bird.
Singing tunes of springtime for all to be heard.

Another Season

I heard the mist of autumn
as it whispered to the sun
'tis time to paint the summer
      another season has begun
Then the author of the universe
      like thunder here below
        announced to summer's ember
it's time for you to go
Set the trees ablaze with color
      another season has begun
and blend them with the heavens
      beneath the midnight sun
         Whatever be the reasons
      within each heart we know
        as like the mighty rivers
all life through time must flow
Then I heard the fading summer
as it whispered to the sun
        my yesterday's have passed away
      another season has begun.

Saturday Grace

I lie in chances
Cotton white
Relaxed in your fragrance
A scent
No rose could pleasure

After me
Laughter chases
With open arms
It looks
To embrace me

It’s always bad news that saves the day
The sadness that dawn’s upon your Saturday face
A sadder day’s grace

These songs are written
To never be spoken of
Whispers
Lie hidden
Above the trenches we’ve dug

Just like yesterdays disappear
I feel my departure
Is so very near
Secrets trespass
To only remain out in the open, clear

It’s always bad news that saves the day
The sadness that dawn’s upon your Saturday face
A sadder day’s grace

Alone A Tree In Mourning

A single bee
Alone a tree.
A single day in morning.
His slicker sly
Of catching eyes.
His sweeter side of aging.
Like sticky seeds,
These blossom beads.
The winter plants are dying.
A drunken bee
Flies lazily,
Brought down by nectar drinking.

Our springs are wet
With sweet forgets.
Our hearts forever bleeding.
Our summers heat,
These days retreat,
Our only summer setting.
Our summers die
In lullabies.
I wish I wont stop dreaming.
A passer by
I might ask why
Alone a tree in morning?

And possibly
He’d die to be
My only glimpse of fleeting.
Without a care
Our pulses dare
To reach the height of running.
A gentle sigh,
An open mind,
Holds within each waiting.

His ancient cry
Of reasons why.
His simple song of saving.
I'll never die
He'll say tonight
While other dawns are breaking.
A passer by,
I might ask why
Alone a tree in mourning?

Summer Time

Summer Time
and in the spring
the children sprout
growing up until they old
reminiscing on the past
(Summer Time)...
 So innocent and young
growing old and wise
telling true stories
to the children eyes
some young become old fools
just make sure its not you
Summer Time
and in the spring
the children sprout
growing up until they old
reminiscing on the past
(Summer Time)...

ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU

I was just trying to remember the past
trying to remember the good people
 and the bad people,
that i came across on my way,

i want you to know
that you are among the good people
that left a good trace in my life,

once again i just want to say thank you
for passing through my life,
is so short but is wonderful
i want you here forever.

Goodbye, Winter

"Goodbye, Winter" is a children's song, sung to the tune of "Frere Jacques".

Goodbye, winter,
Goodbye, winter.
Hello, spring,
Hello, spring.
Tulips in my backyard,
Tulips in my backyard,
Are blossoming,
Are blossoming!

Bonus activity: Take children outside for recess on an early spring day and sing this
song. Ask children how they know the seasons have changed and that spring has
arrived. Is the air warmer? The grass greener? Are flowers blooming? Are butterflies
flitting about?

The Monster Mash

< dancing to the hit song monster mash
frankenstein and werewolf got real smashed

                                illuminates party from it's start
                                Dracula and zombies
                                lurking for free bodies
poor old frankie's wife just fell apart

the bewitching dance came to its end
when bats flew in frenzy around den
                               on this all hallows eve
                               trickery was up sleeve

Whispering Leaves

Autumn brings leaves in multifarious hues,
Time's flow quickly readies us for winter's blow.
Fun days on our patios will soon turn to blues,
As it takes its leisure neath a blanket of snow.

The Sycamores have shed like some molting dog,
And each Crape Myrtle is dressed a yellowish red.
The huge Hackberry resembles an old upright log,
Now, too soon our days may be filled with dread.

The Hibiscuses are a gathering of pithy stalks,
Where once dinner plate size red flowers hung.
Now no cars come, stop and give strange gawks,
But things will be normal once spring has sprung.

Fallen leaves unmistakably are whispering to me,
Dancing at my feet they swirl along the ground.
As if they can't decide where they're supposed to be,
Each movement choreographed to whispering sound.

A Farmer's Eyes and a Sailor's Shadow

A thorough yield
On a farm field of far east
It took me time to realize
How far I am to my far east of coast

Call of my weather
Call of my winds
I sailed further and farther
To my naked coasts
Naive songs, Nimble rains
Nile of rivers, Nascent clouds

Reaching this far
I kissed my earth
Ground of my grief
Glory of my ghosts
Glad is those leaves
However scanty they are

Cast is my shadows
No longer they hide
My colors and my figures
They cast numbers on stars
Measure their light
Scope my winters
Scale my summers
Scanty my rains
Scuttle I wish my springs

Now let me see my greens
Their leveling heights
Their leafy gaze
Their spiderly gesture
Their primordial texture
Now let me be slow
In company of my greens

Old fashion summer

Here under these leaves
of the lush gardens and weeds
Grape vines crawl from post to post
that create a resting spot for most

And now the robin is
guarding her young chicks so fair
her nest is made of grasses and hair

Trickling streams of a watery theme
Where dragonflies hover and spread their wings
And the so clever songs the robin sings

For summer comes and brings the heat of the day
Where busy children are out to play
Oh treasure this, theses days that come to pass
Where one may sit and drink a glass

With lemonade and roller-skates
 be home before
dark ,or at least by eight

Laboring were the long nights of summer
Were perspiration was a part of slumber
And so we woke with sticky necks and sheets
because all we had was a fan to beat the heat

And reminisce theses days we remember
Its soon back to school
Were we could’t wait until late September

Defining Moments

Sun-kissed sand seeping warm softness through loose fingers
Gritty bits of sea worn shells clinging to sweaty palms
Endless stretches of churning salty skirts, swirling soft sand offerings
Timeless routine unless confined to an hour glass; then time defined and depleting
I will stay here, one more day, in this moment with you
Billowing wind toying with chimes dangling from a hook outside the window
Weather-worn strings attempt constant purchase on their prized pipes
Hollow tubes and smooth wood dance as if marionettes
Called to action without self-will; blown and battered sporadically to purpose of
sweet note
I will stay here, one more day, in this moment with you
Fragrant formed wax with wick in need of trimming
Sagging brittle edges from last burning yearn for more pliable state
Called to illumination and guardian of the very flame that diminishes
Beauty invoked by warm flickers as shadows dance; knowing that soon it will only
smolder
I will stay here, one more day, in this moment with you
Precious kisses on soft skin and caresses on tiny fingers
Confused pleas of tears and unformed words when communication is elusive
Nurtured as if a fragile rare flower, coaxing to bloom and thrive
Rooted and reaching for the sky; so soon to spread limbs, absorbing and obscuring
the sun
I will stay here, one more day, in this moment with you
Heady thoughts of desperate need, wanting skin and souls to touch and mingle
Uncharted and unrehearsed voyages across deep waters and over daunting cliffs
Strengthened or broken by attempts to fly; stretching wings in unison to keep aloft
Long sought destination reached, realizing now that the journey’s purpose was to
find you
I will stay here, one more day, in this moment with you

Giving In To The Gray

Overwhelmed with fear I whispered into the rain
Disarming defenses, Giving in to the gray
Tearing down all of my shelter within my hollowed decay
While this echoing silence gave every tear drop a name
They begin filling the voids with mundane hopes for a change
Heaven will save me from this hell and blue skies will reign
Lazily lay in green grass watching clouds drift away
It's all but a deflated dream now that the colors have changed
My thoughts have become restless noise of uncertainties rearranged
Damning all of my emotions, lies decorated with grace
Now I stand with a hardened heart in the sobering autumn rain
I'm disarmed and defenseless, Giving in to the gray

Elysium Dream of Love

I close my weary eyes
Holding onto the hope
Of not having to cope
Not a mintue longer
Without you by my side
Not expierencing
The warm look in your eyes
The tingling rush of your finger tips
That would grip my hair tight
To stop you from slipping into the night
Biting your bottom lip
As a pinch to yourself
To see if it was real
The dream of love we felt
And now that you are gone
I only wish to die
Your image fades from my mind
Sometimes I see it clear,
The sun is skillfully stroking it set in the sky
As my feet float down the road across the tuscan country side
I ever so gently sense the wildy grown wheat
Tickling these troubled lines engraved in the palm of my hand
I playfully pick one out of the land and pluck the grains
I look up and in the distance is where she waits
But there she remains peacefully strolling through the calming field
In a white cotton dress that tails off in the wind and
wearing a small confident smile that makes my yearning heart yield
Whispering in my ear that soon I will make it home
But my Life's journey must continue down this God paved road
I awake with the longing of her, But with so much to do
I need God's strength for one more day to get through

SCENT OF SUMMER MEMORIES

We've had a glorious season of summer
Love's warmth shinned on you and me
And everyday was a beauty bright
As far as the eyes could see

Flowers showed off their fragrant bloom
The sun's rays were like a symphony
Summer breeze set a vacation mood
And blew work's ambition to apathy

But now the leaves have begun to fall
And cooler nights are all in vogue
The consistency of summer's heat
Has all but fully gone rogue

So, one by one the flower blooms fade
Until only a lone rose petal remains
I breath in the scent of summer memories
Lingering in the moment of season's change

If I Could Only See One Color

If you could only choose one color what would it be ?

If I could only see one color
That would be such a bummer
I wouldn’t be able to see all the pretty colors of summer
Life would be so much duller without color
All the multi colors of summer
Life would just be discolored
Without color

A NEW SEASON

Its always like a new beginning for a new day,
with all that left in us as old memories still stay,
some may go by our ways, yet some may just live,
some comes new yet in every way a same way.
Lights up and beds down nothing is new yet,
but a new day, with just a memory of something new.
Broken are some dreams ,some are made new
its our season all around that we can see.
Nothing new nothing old life's just going on,
a season, a new season is for a new start.
New with and "s" changes another history
yet its always a new season in hand to see.

Summer Waterfall

Deep in the woods I hear an angel's lyrical call.
Tranquil and serene, a majestic summer waterfall.
Where the oaks and wildflowers shade the creek,
reflections fall to earth from rays of destiny,
refreshing my soul and setting my spirit free.
I smell the aroma of rain mixed with the paradise breeze.
Tranquil and serene, a natural wonder and rainbow of peace.
A cascading sparkling jewel,
above a wave rippling whirlpool.
Upon the wind rides the angel's lyrical call.
Tranquil and serene, a majestic summer waterfall.

See Monkey See

The new year has arrived
With a new format for the brain
Made promises to myself
Made with intentions to keep

All the ones of the past
Now gone with an old year
One now at rest
One I gave all my best

New patterns
New people
New thoughts
New harbor
New begin
New me

Now like the old saying
It's time to
"See Monkey See"

Summertime Re-Lyric

Summertime…and the livin’ is easy,
Flowers growin’ and the sun’s sittin’ high.
Your Daddy’s rich and your Momma’s so good lookin’;
So hush, pretty baby…you got no reason to cry.

One of these days, you’re gonna rise up smilin’.
Take a look around and think you’ve got it all.
You’ve got your Momma’s looks, all your Daddy’s money,
And all the boys in town are at your beck and call.

Summertime…and the livin’ is so easy,
Laughin’, singin’, havin’ so much fun.
No time to stop and think about your future
And what life will bring when your Summer’s done.

‘Cause Summertime, it don’t last forever.
Breezes cool and the leaves begin to fall;
And in your quiet moments, you sit and wonder
How you've come so far, but have no love at all.

Yes, Summertime…and the livin’ was so easy;
Ain’t it sad how fast the good times fly;
And now your Momma’s looks and all your Daddy’s money
Another sweet, warm Summer’s day they cannot buy.

Mirrorred Refrain-GOD GAVE US LOVE FREELY

Smell the spring aroma and
let it delight all your senses...
don't the softest roses bloom
on windless, sunniest days?

Let my slow fingers caress your lustrous hair,
feel the pleasant warmth of a lovely afternoon;
on windless, sunniest days...
don't the softest roses bloom?

Only the truest lovers can set the white moon ablaze,
as the passing stars shed more light on their faces;
don't the softest roses bloom
on windless, sunniest days?

God gave us love freely as the air we breath;
humans have turned it into lust and doom...
on windless, sunniest days
don't the softest roses bloom?

Entered in Jared Pickett's contest,"Mirrored Refrain"

Spring Love

My rich brown earth, teaming with life,
I lay my head upon your breast;
I listen to your beating heart--
Its quiet drumming bids me rest.
You lie here naked in the spring
Stripped bare by winter's cold;
But soon your grassy gown will grow
And daises lace your hair with gold.

Through winter's long and snowy night,
I have hungered for your face,
To smell the sweet scent of your breath
And hold you close in my embrace.
Today we lie here, unashamed,
Within the Sun's resplendent view.
He spreads a blanket of his light
Upon two lovers, me and you.

In Bloom

Written July 29, 2013

The wind blows the rainbows down
Turns your frown upside down
Then spins it back around

The sun hides the moon
Underneath its coat in bloom
The flowers came late this June

The rain in a teardrop
Falls like dew from a leaf
When she looks at me

See that look upon her face
Used to take her to the stars
Now she's headed back from Mars

Now that Venus loves her more
Wouldn't throw her to the floor
Like before

Stuck

I'm like a lion
Tryin to be trained
to behave in a cage, but
I wasnt born to be tame
Full of stress and rage
 Im compressed and chained
Infected with depression
beCause I cant catch a break
Lifes taste is so tart
In pain from my scars
Stained by lame luck
Stuck behind apace car
I strive to write
But all I can type is the space bar
I'm Pervaded with doubt
About to freakout
Quick Someone bail me out
I would sniff my way out
but I got this cyst on my snout
From 6 years of this drought
Im sittin with this could of pout
Stickin to me like jam from a can
like melted candy in your hand
I'M a pantree full of Spam
 A Letter without the stamp
A debtor without a plan
Like chicken on a pan without any Pam,
Damn I'm starting to get pissed
I got to devise a plan, before I break my fist,
Punching this brick wall, I got the spit but no ball
got the wits with no squall, like a toliet with no stall
Slippin in a pit fall, Shiz just snow balls
I want to brawl, missed last call
My Stick shift just stalled,
This lawl has no intention at stopin at all
And I'm kicking myself in the balls
like old men walking up and down the halls
so i flop, just like a dust mop
Now i got knots in my food box
The size of king kongs rocks and
Every door has been locked
I try to soar but its all for not

Revised- Reflections On A Gift Of Watermelon Pickle...

That half grown chrysanthemums/
Stirring up like accuser's.
Life is compared with what two things ?
Which do you think is the richer more revealing comparison ?
Poets use many symbols/
Geese flying south can be a symbol,
Of that of approaching winter/
Heart's symbolize love,
In this brief expanse we call life,
One may want to cry out in a revolt ?
Other's simply take in a breathe of fresh air/
Ponder that many other's that don't even care ?
We all must become united in this great cause !
Not to use this concept loosely/
Yet to humbly ponder a thought,
What do you all think tells a more detailed story ?
The poem or the picture ?
Love can grow out of a billowing cry/
Perhaps a cut nor a mere stye in the eye ?
The seventies had embarked on this journey/
Not to mention that of Timothy Leary ?
This took us to a vast opened door !
To break on through to the other side/
Lest I emplore,
Still we have every bit of reason in which to grasp/
That lattice decor to that shine on the asp,
A sweet juice filled with fine honey nectar/
The future resources,
Allow the creative poet/
To begin to explore the valley of much more !
In gaining the proper word/
Fresh out of the Autumn air !

Oklahoma, August 2011

With August came hot breeze,
Temps above 110;
Heat, defoliated trees,
Been worse?
Don't know when.
The grass is dead,
No need to mow.
Air so dry,
The Rooster can't crow.
Today a darkened sky,
Splotches, like grey stain.
My recurring thoughts are why?
It does not rain.

COME HOME TO ME

I lie awake in my bed
Staring at the spring stars above my head
I can't take me to sleep
I've been feeling so nostalgic
I've been missing all your magic
and what they do to me

I let the autumn rain drench my body
It's no use admiring the raindrops on my feet
I've been missing your smile that is oh-so sweet

How many seasons must I have to wait
When will you come back to me, oh, I feel so sick
I feel like a small child waiting, dreaming, wishing
When will I see you again

Winter wind has me curling under your favorite quilt
You got me melting even with your scent
I've been listening to our kind of love song
This is the one we both used to sing along

Summer lights up the sky
It doesn't soothe me and i wonder why
I don't need a therapy
Just bring it back, the you and me

How many seasons must I have to wait
When will you come back to me, oh, I feel so sick
I feel like a small child waiting, dreaming, wishing
When will I see you again

How many seasons must I have to wait
Must I believe that what we have is fate
How many more monsoons have yet to pass
How many miles more before this would last

Come home to me, Come home to me
Don't think about it and just come home
Come home to me

Tonight

     Tonight,
People are going out to be with friends
people are going out to be alone

     Tonight,
Someone is going on their first date
someone is going on their last

    Tonight,
Someone is going to have a baby
someone is going to make one

     Tonight,
Someone will take their first drink
someone will take their last breath

     Tonight,
  One era will end
a new era will begin

     Tonight,

The One We Proclaim Through The Ages. ( Sung To What Child Is This?)

She hugs Him tight on this frigid night,
Vedi Dolorosa Mater.( Latin meaning: I saw the most sorrowful mother.)
Some shepherds shout as the sky about
becomes angels to honor His Father.
  CHORUS:
Sweet, sweet are his cheeks so meek
in whom rags enfold
and soon kings bring gold.
Sweet bliss reigns
as His Father deigns
for the One we proclaim through the ages.

The oxen snort as the world cavorts
they ignore all the hope He is bringing.
Yet even now, as the mule and cow
raise their eyes to the angels still singing.
CHORUS:
Kneel, kneel to this King and sing
of His precious love
sent from God above.
The world will know
in the swirling snow
of the One we proclaim through the ages.

Shades of Green

In the spring when the earth spills forth with color and the trees multiply shades of green,
nature is truly amazing.

I slowly watch the ever changing days.
New life begins it's mystery multiplying shades,
of green.
When heaven's grace washes it's refreshing rains
upon the earth,
no better time to dream,
sitting on my front porch swing,
in the early spring.
I listen to the waterfall and hear the angels whispering call,
in the early spring.
Truly amazing is all the trees,
multiplying shades of green.
I feel the refreshing sunshine upon my face,
when heaven spills forth it's grace,
upon the daisies now in bloom,
spreading their scent of sweet perfume,
in the early spring.
No better place to catch the view than on my front porch swing.
I listen to the sweet little tunes of the birds that sing,
and watch the flowers and trees in bloom,
multiply shades of green.

All About Her

I dont know much about her
but I heard she wasnt that talkative
She didnt like being alive
She was numb to all the pain she had to go through

I heard she didnt like anything that was green
She ate roman noodles everynight for supper
She always wore flannels and bellbottoms
Sometimes i seen her wear dresses and fancy tops
But lately shes been wearing band shirts

She wears converse shoes and uses an army bag for school
I know that she dosent like to communicate through talking... only through her peoms
or sometimes even her songs.

I see her drawing and painting all the time
She draws famous people
She would like to be famous and not so unknown
When she tries to speak to anyone they always walk away and leave her alone

When she gets home she goes upstairs to play her bass guitar
She hates chocolate cake but loves chocolate
Her family left her behind because she cant forget her past

Sometimes when shes alone she contemplates the meaning behind her life
Her favorite color is gray because her life is black and white
Everything she says is false according to the world

She is not so innocent
I understand that she dreams about the perfect life
When she opens her eyes they are pitch black

She is someone that is fake
She acts nothing like she should
She is very grungy and unclean

She knows of no safety
and of no time
Her life is smashed into pieces by the giant sun

She will always be a ghost
She knows of no god
She crawls around in the world of death
She remains forgotten

tHE gRAVE yARD Of LoVe

                                         Long love day's has past.
My mind felt with howling storms,
grasping to hold on to vanishing love.
Rape and abandon my weary soul
                                 transpires, poring with instant fires.
Oh this dark secret love does thy life
                                 destroy.
                                 Like amorous birds of pray,
                                 Once ways, and known devoured
Your beauty no more to befound
nor shall the sound of your voice.
Love to dust, love to ashes.
Our love has now gone to a private place.
                                        The grave yard of love.

All we want is to be famous, no matter what we are famous for, we will do it

Everyone seems happy
Everyone loves to entertain
Everyone wants to be famous
But will you make it in this world

Pick Me Pick Me yea
im the best shot youve got
pick me pick me yea
Im nothing but a snob

A little entertainment on tv
Where you watch your kids die
The commercial reads
Need more volunteers to get shot

Pick Me Pick Me yea
Im the best shot youve got
pick me pick me yea
please select me im hot

"It just goes to show
that all we care about
is getting famous
nomatter what we have to do
we will do it
just to get noticed"

Pick Me Pick Me yea
Im the best shot youve got
pick me pick me yea
im being someone im not

Die die die die with me
because im famous now
Die die die die with me
because i want to be noticed

Pick Me Pick Me yea
Im the best shot youve got
pick me pick me yea
everyone is hollow

Oh Walker's Will and Lander's Way

Oh walker’s will and lander’s way…
Did not we grow in love’s dismay?
while wandering by the garden path
that led us to “the grapes of Wrath”
but also by the Lake of Tow ....and woe
still... on we wandered … did farther go
to where the wake of Willing’s way
slammed us like the tides…to our final days
against the side of Trivial’s Pass
no easy going, unto the last

So Now! Away my love!... turn now away!
The sky is dark... tis end of day

no more to walk hand and hand
no circle to be broken
no promise in sands
of time...ticking time ...that has now stopped
the boom has struck... love's hammer dropped

Let us land …in this peaceful place
in this subjective joy… in an objective space

we journeyed long unto the bend
of bow and break...relent and lend
but even we must greet our circle's end

songs N signatures

day dreaming
beneath your ceiling
under your cracks of blue
on a cloudy Sunday
I was something
soothing you
Lying in the crescents
of a mystery
Am I spending
too much time with you

and we were a shoulder
alive and highly
candling the thoughts of two
oh, they say i was
spending too much
time with you
beneath your cracks of blue
day dreaming
in the streets of night
lights and colors
a shimmering absence
vacant promises

in these all night dreams
when day light seemed
to wonder and deem
until
the morning screamed
and i was crazy
how you crazed me
the jewels you gave me
drove me daisies
into hours hazel
crowded and hazy

and we were children
beyond a rhythm
waltzing in a melody
alive and highly
beneath the splinters
flowers rekindled
but they say i was
spending too much
time with you
day dreaming
in her cracks of blue

oh she loved you
she seldom left you
in the cracks of blue
across the avenue
it was nothing new
just day dreaming
souls were clinging

I Love Xmas

Xmas baubles sparkling glittery
I love Xmas don't you

Children's faces all a'glowing
I love Xmas don't you

This is the time when we all get together
Praying and hoping for snowy weather

Bells jingle jingle jangle
I love Xmas don't you

Lots of presents for us to open
I love Xmas don't you

This is the time when we all get together
Praying and hoping for snowy weather

Season's Gone

The generation’s pass now through your eyes
The spirit of what is gone now will arise
And in a better place free from lies

A gentle spring is all I could ask for
The softest rains and the mystical breeze
Our hair would blow in waves like the oceans
My backyard held adventures and mysteries

The speed and light went racing past obstacles
I can’t even see the past or my miseries
The summer hit me and fled while I watched it go on
Never knowing how we would be

And in my darkness I am still weeping
Consciously I’m constantly seeking
Remembering days brought back from the seasons
And feeling your spirit with me is healing

The chill in the air passed through me so willfully
My heart and stomach dropped down so distantly
The luscious grays kept me from blending into
A fall of emotions ranked with virility

The winter reveals loss for our loved ones
Its icy truth pushes strong while freezing the weak
Some can go again with a mind full of optimism
The rest will die alone with the meek

And in my darkness I am still weeping
Consciously I’m constantly seeking
Remembering days brought back from the seasons
And feeling your spirit with me is healing

More than weather, can be frightful or Unseasonal Christmas

Used to be the weather was frightful
People covered themselves from head to toe
Now, despite the fact it’s Christmas season
I see more sand, than I see snow
The temperatures keep on elevating
To the moon, they just seem to rise
Oh, where is the Christmas of yesterday
The rosy cheeks, windows fogged with ice

It’s just too warm now for Christmas
Too hot to shop, too hot to run around
Santa’s working at the pole in a speedo
That’s nothing, we wanna see come to town

Frosty, it seems we’re not gonna see him
Heat miser, now, has gotten his day
Can’t ole Jack Frost do something about this
And chase the warm weather away
No need to chop wood set for burning
The heated air replaces that in the hearth
I hope it gets cold and very soon, too
Because Christmas puts warmth in everyone’s heart

It’s just too warm now for Christmas
Too hot to shop, too hot to run around
Santa’s working at the pole in a speedo
That’s nothing, we wanna see come to town

Oh, when Christmas day finally gets here
Right now, I’ll tell ya, all I wanna see
Are people with scarves and gloves on their hands
And snow bringing life to all barren trees
I want the temps to chill me right to the bone
That’s when I’ll know it’s Christmas time
Who wants to look up and see a sleigh
With a fat man in a speedo, flying around

It’s just too warm now for Christmas
Too hot to shop, too hot to run around
Santa’s working at the pole in a speedo
That’s nothing, we wanna see come to town

Next to Neptune

next to neptune
am i calling too soon
yesterday i was
across from the moon
today it seems
i'm as pressed
as your faded blue jeans

little baby
don't sing so blue
my blue baby
night will come for you
days we'll martyr after
what was once
meant to be

fighting layers
liars lay
where lilacs stray
my baby
don't sing so blue
soon we'll come for you

there are times
that life seems so brute
and there are times
it seems you are singing
with your prayers on mute

but little baby
don't you sing so blue
better nights will come for you
brighter lights will soon
be a soothing to you

are you
so far way
neptune
i'm right next to you
yesterday i sat
across from the moon
today i breathe
the air of your room

"so close and so far from anything
I guess i'm right at home"

There is a wood inside my heart

Wind blows soft on my bare arms
I ride through deep green woods.
These simple pleasures all I love,
Air on my skin feel good.

The wind shakes leaves for sidelong sun
To make her pictures from.
So much,so rich the offerings
This is senses' realm.

Alone in woods, I plight my troth
To earth and gods thereof.
I sing my own sweet melodies,
To solitude and love.

Far from the maddening crowds of folk,
I hear earth's own true songs.
And then refreshed by woodland charms,
I feel at peace from wrongs

Inside my heart, there is a wood,
And there I shall now dwell.
And so I'll solve the mystery,
Of how we can live well .

Each wood has its particular birds
On tree tops in sunlight.
And each wood has its special song,
And each wood has its sights.

I shall accept the mysteries
Of who has made my wood;
And how we are all joined bodily,
All sharing this green blood.

Deep down we go into our hearts,
To find out who we are.
Just at the deepest,quietest parts
We find all beings there.

Grand Finale

The grand finale of nature is come;
the forests with color blaze.
Summer has chosen her brilliant gown
to wear through autumn's blue haze.
Some might say she has gone too far
wearing these gaudy shades;
ah, but summer knows icy winds soon blow--
all the color will quickly fade.

Go! Dress yourself, fair earth I love,
with scarlet, orange and gold;
soon puffed snow quilts will blanket your face,
summer's flowers lie dormant and cold.
I miss you those long winter nights,
your flirtatious, beautiful wiles;
one thought brightens blank, colorless hours:
I am happy you go out with style.

Dance the Blues

Sweetheart does our
love need a fresh start?
I long for wild
music that moves
in a riotous groove.

Dancing in the
moonlight, romancing,
as you sway with me.
Magic that's blue,
music truly behooves.

Jazz, real jazz that
lifts our tired, dried-up
souls to remembrance with style
as we nestle together.
Two hearts with too
much to gain, yet for a while.

 Motion is not
lost on the ocean
of long years out of touch.
Dance the blues,
find what time cannot rush.

Black Love

                 Black LOVE

             My head rested
on the pillow of her smooth skin.
She opened the curtains of her being,
My hands slip into indulgence while
they explored her expansive dark skin.
With half words she whispered moans,
 followed by screams of passion.
With her shadow I bounded, as she
swarmed waters of our endless longing passed.

T.I.M.E

Displacement
_______________  =  Velocity
    Time

An equation with little importance
A lesson taken in physics class
But, something the physics teacher said made deep thoughts emerge
He said: “TIME goes on and never stops”

Places are visited and memories are cherished
Pictures are taken and smiles are captured
Walls embrace stones of reminiscence
TIME passes by, wishes are made, and we are enraptured

Age secretly whips pieces of our memory
Eyes narrow to symbolize remembrance
Then, we believe those pieces are lost
And our good TIMES vanished

These are nothing but mere ploys
Played by our mind
For those memories are at the back of our heads
Ready to appear whenever you, dear reader, want

To me,
T ales tune temperate
I dioms idealize indigenous innuendos
M ajestic mnemonics mollify memoirs
E xistence ends, Eternity endures ecstasy

Remember, dear passenger, that you are the leader
Lead TIME to the pleasant manors
Show TIME the warmth of what is within itself
Reveal the secret of importance to every second in TIME…

“Time is like a river. You can not touch the same water twice, because the flow that has
passed will never pass again. Enjoy every moment in life…” –Anonymous

Isolation

They Say it Takes a lot To Taste This
The Clarity of Isolation
But I Feel the Quality of Peace
Is Lost in my Frustration

Seasons Turn Into One
And I Can Not Break Until It's Done
But There's No Hope For me on The Outside

So I'll Stay Isolated

I Stoped to Watch the Shadows Dance

I stopped to watch the shadows dance
  One silent autumn day,
The light embraced the sighing boughs,
  Scattering golds of May.

The breeze was soft upon my cheeks
   As feathers to the touch;
It took my scarf in playful grasp
  Unmindful of my clutch.

And now, alive and yet so silent,
  To earth the colours float,
Now empty though with life so full--
  The sea without a boat.

I must move on, don't trust my heart,
  Must go before I break.
Life is just a shadow passing--
  Reflections on a lake.

I'll come tomorrow in the dawn;
  I must not stay tonight.
The sun has gone and so must I,
I'll come back with the light.

Must see September in the rain

September in the rain.

Must see September in the rain
I’m waiting for September in my pain
Let me watch those wild flowers blooming
As the circle turns again
Must see September in the rain.

Don’t know what’s coming up for me
Yet even if it turns to misery
I’ve got to heard those Spring birds praying
As they dance with destiny
Must see September in the rain

Oh lord, I’ve got to feel it
That Springs breath touch my skin
Caressing me with beauty
Let me feel it seeping in.

Lord, I’ve got to hear those creatures sing
Oh lift me, let me breath the joy of Spring
Let me hear those angels singing
As they call me back again
Must see September in the rain.

TAGORE

TAGORE ON

I just happened reading Rabindranath Tagore’ s poem called “The Gardener.”

The Gardener XL: An Unbelieving Smile

“……the dark rim of your eyes.
Then smile as archly as you like
						when I come again.”

I am a Wheel, my blood flows inward
Of its spokes.
I am a Star,
My blood dissolves
In its Middle.
The Middle is without Time.
Here is where I am born.
Here the Poet letting Go:
Pollen, Sac, Belly
To more giving
Yes—
The weeks go on
And I contemplate the Gardener
Basing on cumulative
Bending, drawing in
Giving Magnificence
Back to the Universe
Stranded between Reason and Awe.
Tagore brings the World
In as Word/song.
With Black and white
His work became tight
As the freest gift
In specially the Light.

free fall

My life's a blurry vision
At the pressure point
and I still can't make a decision
Caught a glimpse of my reflection
A good heart in jeopardy of detection
I look up but there's no pictures on the wall
I think I'm in free fall
I'm depressed, over stressed
in vital need of words spoken in jest
but never the less i'm only a guest
Got a dial tone but no one to call
I'm drifting into free fall
Minimum wage
will not allow me to act my age
Fending with rage
but I can't turn the page
I'm tired of fighting
My palms drip lightning
I'm not happy here
and the future still isn't clear
Have nightmares for no reason
Give light scares
during the blood shed season
I get knocked down and crawl
I'm trying to stand tall
But I'm in free fall

"paper weighs about the same as life in ink"

Autumn Giggles

Horizontal Vertigo --
amongst the wet raked leaves,
Gazing into gorgeous blue;
where clouds --
Are passing frogs or horses;
In a pair of grass-stained Levi’s.

A subtle wind --
Tickles all the colored leaves,
So drenched in spattered sunlight;
Still falling --
As she rakes the cooling leaves;
So brilliant --
Over happy giggles.

too far away

the past is just where you left it
begging for glimpse's of tomorrow
been watching the hours slither
life would eventually fade from you
why'd she go away from you

i miss the memories
i miss them dearly
oh where'd you go
so sadly you were once mine
a moment in hell
rewarded a glimpse in time
you were once mine
now you've gone too far away
come back to me, you
come back to me,

tomorrow's just what you make it
enjoy the showers
much as you enjoy the wine
take the head lice
remove it from your dungeons
you once understood me

when memoirs leave you behind
you knew you'd love his kind
I once knew you understood me
at least I thought you would
leave it, just leave it behind you
just leave it alone

i don't' wanna see another day
and i miss my memories
i caught a glimpse of hell and realized
you were once mine
Now you've gone too far away
Please come back to me
too far way way
just come back to me, you
must come back

"when your forgotten, memories move too far from you"

Into the Flame

Summer passed with the smell of sweet perfume
And Autumn broke the soft the cocoon.
To avoid the winter freeze, flying next to beautiful wings.
Why can't I have any of these things?
At least a Moth can pretend.

Oh the cold it makes you shiver.
Abandon gold and all the silver.
All around and all in one place,
Connect the patches on my face.
Could it be rugged is my only friend.

Fly, fly right into the flame.
Next season you'll be born again.
So fly, fly right into the flame.
Don't you worry it's to early you'll be back again
And all the world you thought you left behind
Is already in front of your distant eyes.

He said "You have heart kid remember that.
I never want to see you where I'm at.
This I hope you never know, believe because I told you so".
I wish that you could let it go; cry for me if you can.
Shedding a tear won't make you less a man.

We drank as laughed of better days,
All while holding cups in fists if rage.
We know that life's this way, but oh why can't it change.
In a lot of ways we took the blame, so far apart, yet the same.
So cry for me if you can.

Fly, fly right into the flame.
Next season you'll be born again.
So fly, fly right into the flame.
Don't you worry it's to early you'll be back again
And all the world you thought you left behind
Is already in front of your distant eyes.

Summer passed with the smell of sweet perfume.
The northern winds came all to soon.
I don't recall what was the case, but their wings they couldn't lend.
At least a Moth can still pretend.

I Live for the Chorus

Seasons come
Seasons go
Some prefer to stay numb
Some prefer nights that stay aglow

Not me
I like to be
The one who breathes
The tears
And cries the air we fear
I live for the chorus

I'm the one
Whose laugh runs
Through stillness
And breaks the stiffness

I wish to be surrounded
By ones who turn black to red
Our laughter mingles
Senses tingle

Our voices join
You and me
In harmonious glee
Raucous as the sea
We live for the chorus

TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS: A SANTA THAT WASN'T ME

On Christmas Eve I was trapped in snow,
my house resembled the ingloo of an Eskimo:
presents in silver boxes just laid there,
twelve Power Rangers,
eleven hair-curlers,
ten brown teddy bears,
nine Purina cans,
eight diet biscuit bags,
seven pairs of gloves,
six votive candles for my favorite Saint Anthonyyyy,
five boxes of crayons,
four make-up kits,
three large chocolate bars,
two pairs of wool gloves,
and one beard trimmer for a Santa that wasn't meeee!

The Tansy and the Tarragon

The tansy and the tarragon are sprouting in the lawn;
I can smell their pungent fragrance in the dewy after-dawn.
The crocus and the daffodils are prancing up the hill;
Their dresses all a-shimmer and their bodies never still.
The happy little bluebird is flitting all about
To find the perfect property to hang his shingle out.
The tulip swords are shining in the early morning sun,
And I thought I saw Br'er Rabbit havin' him some rhubarb fun.
It's spring and spring is glorious; brings the child right out of me.
Makes me want to dance at midnight 'neath the budding apple tree.

MYSTIC PARABLE

Stories dared not whispered, legend of great thinker.
Artificially created Atlantis, maze search for law-giver.

Hushed lips speak no evil, silly little monkey cliche.
Privy ancient knowledge, not clear as light and day.

So-called peace-loving demigods, closely followed in trace.
Sexually crazed fools, copying angels fallen from grace.

Pillars of Hercules within island, dynasty king frenzy awoke.
Powerful and remarkable, ready to enslave at single stroke.

Originally thought to be noble, conspicuous reveal greed.
In route to world domination, struck down by Specialbreed.

Later time earthquakes and floods, extraordinary violence.
Single dreadful day and night, massive lost of innocence.

Intervening super mighty one, so-called wrathful Zeus.
Manipulation of elements, water and lightning bolts let loose.

Grand golden wall palace, swept aside sea and sunk below.
Ironical measured payment, for employment of ruthless blow.

Swiming through labyrinth of wisdom, vie of the celest'.
Chancing risk of schism, mighty sequential vignette.

Perplexed pattern in hide, bloody seal of truth.
Illuminati repelled, for a time real minoot.

Message of twisted tongue, langual contrivance.
Masters' visions swoon, in journey through euphoric trance.

Loud whisper switch, silence left in wake.
Souls of denizens burned, in fiery scourching shake.

Prominent eclectic short order, alien wishbone act.
Convert of non-belief, fierce zealots' minds impact.

Lucid broken water reflection, visible-eye agleam.
Blind finding quarry, standing like obelisk beam.

Instinctive overriding, a slip into lucidity.
Telepathic mind connection, recede to infinity.

Exponential theory, base of schematics.
Common like maybe, superpower military tactics.

Voice of bleeding knowledge, fade to obscurity.
Mystic in strange land, fault found in masters of intricacy.

Undecipherable rhetoric, great monster on chase.
Featureless darkness, a threat to human race!

Black

Pitter-patter rain drops fall on me,
I hear a cute little bird chirp on the tree,
The winds pass by and they ruffle my hair,
I enjoy all this seated on my chair.

Is the sky blue or angry and dark?
Will the clouds fight and cause a spark?
Are the children out with paper boats?
Monsoon is here , the weather denotes.

Lush green is grass everywhere,
Children run and raincoats they wear,
I can feel and enjoy this lovely feeling,
Treasures of nature,I feeling like stealing.

How I wish I could see,
Alas! "Blind" is the word for me,
Colourfull world it must be I guess,
But Oh! Black is the only colour with which I am blessed.

CI VEDIAMO A CAPRI ( WE'LL MEET AGAIN IN CAPRI )

From my northern city full of rain...
I came to this splendid island of Capri,
and through the blue eyes of Emily,
that constantly remind me of that southern sky,
I saw the beautiful expression of a true smile,
a smile that drove this man insane!

" Ci vediamo a Capri, "
she said to mer sadly...
trembling and trying not to cry;
and though the April' breeze was so warm,
she shivered...reaching for my hand to hold!
Oh, Emily that wasn't a goodbye!

O island so full of fragrant, pretty roses...
waiting for those passionate lovers:
I must depart from you with sadness,
hoping that tomorrow I will be back!
Oh, sweet darling...oh, lovely Emily:
I won't be gone for long...from you and Capri!

" Ci vediamo a Capri, "
I told her with an emotion, so hurt and deep,
that brought me to tears...until I couldn't breath!
" Ci vediamo a Capri, "
I said aloud as I caressed her face so soft and young,
a face that I would remember in my Neapolitan song!

" Ci vediamo a Capri," I shouted over the calm sea!
" Ci vediamo a Capri," was my promise to Emily!

across from the moon

someone once said
everyone falls gracefully
i suppose you think
i didn't really mean it
sometimes i wonder
when it's all said and done
if we'll actually make it

cause right now i'm bleeding like a stolen sunrise
yea i'm on the eve of another fading summer

i know it seems unfair
but i'm not ready to leave you
i miss you already
and you're not even gone
i guess in reality
there's no better place to be alone
then to be home

I'm chasing another saturday evening
Cause right now i'm bleeding like a stolen sunrise
and even when i fall asleep
i can't close my eyes

who in the world
would take another mans
freedom to be
wishes come true
yet they fade with in you
no one really knows
what it means to truly
see the relevance

yea, you're bleeding like you really meant it
and i'm singing like i stole another sunrise
drifting awake, i just can't fall asleep
I'm too afraid to close my eye lids

"my dear sunday morning
I"m chasing you in all the spaces i'm not supposed to be"

Denver Nights II

I've been traveling
on the go
to where
no one knows
all the while
i'm alone
when did goodbye
become a song

here's something for you
and here's something
for you as well

all these passings
i do not know
i've been traveling
on the go
all the while
you're alone
goodbye
became a song

Small Town Big People

I look in the mirror and see the years gone
I can look beyond the glass out the window
To the yards of my childhood
I can smell the flowers and feel the grass ‘neath my feet.
I can hear the music blasting on the radio
Mama callin’ me for supper.

I yearn to go back to that danged town
I fought to get away and never look back,
I never wanted to live there again.
I guess there’s a piece of me
There in that little town.

The town is small and so are the events
You’re everyone’s business
You can get a break and can’t get away
You don’t even have a say
You go to and from and people protest
And those same people will still put you to the test

I yearn to go back to that danged town
I fought to get away and never look back,
I never wanted to live there again.
I guess there’s a piece of me
There in that little town.

I made it to the big town K.C,
Got myself a husband and a son and a place to live
Settled in and made a life, got a career
I swear I’ll never return to my best friend
Comfortable where I stand,
Happy where I am

I yearn to go back to that danged town
I fought to get away and never look back,
I never wanted to live there again.
I guess there’s a piece of me
There in that little town.

Well times are hard,
And people are ruthless in this cut throat time
Jobs are scarce and bills run high
You never know what you’ll hear at night
The people are small in this big town
Yeah people are small in this big town

I yearn to go back to that danged town
I fought to get away and never look back,
I never wanted to live there again.
I guess there’s a piece of me
There in that little town.

I guess the town is small
Just good ol’ boys and girls havin’ fun
Small place, small town, small world
People may talk and people may watch
But the biggest thing in that small town
Are the people after all.

I yearn to go back to that danged town
I fought to get away and never look back,
I never wanted to live there again.
I guess there’s a piece of me
There in that little town.

Sunlight

with song and dance
a sun ray bloom
of birth through clouds
sullen and bruised

a day of joy
celebration abound
nothing can stop
a love profound

won't you take my hand
and dance jubilee
a spirit in flight
uninhibited and free

all worries aside
complete joy revealed
as the wind takes us home
where warm sunbeams peer

I AWAKEN WITH THE NEW SUNRISE

As the dreary night slowly vanishes,
taking along the weary stars,
but the wakeful moon decides to stay...
I awaken with the new sunrise
admiring the glimmering sea
with colors resembling diamonds!

I breathlessly wonder
why God has created it
with a painter's hand,
and giving us that joy...
a devine joy as a reminder:
that all He has made is entirely His;
and in the same manner
we care for our bodies
with much preoccupation,
we must take care of all creation,
so that our children
can enjoy it indefinitely!

Among fields of jacandra and dandelions swaying,
I awaken with the new sunrise in sheer delight...
to face life as it was when nobody was there;
and we can imagine the thought running
through God's mind to put a human being there:
to watch and control the beautiful earth!

I awaken with the new sunrise,
to discover a small bird soaring...
going further and further up until
he has picked up the speed of an eagle;
I awaken with the new sunrise...rejoicing,
opening up my spirit to a song of praise!

If I'm still living, I owe it to my Lord,
and there aren't days I don't proclaim His word...
when I awaken with the new sunrise,
and I gladly watch the golden sun radiantly rise!

a new york warmth

On and on I don’t wanna go home
Just the lovely words of another sad song
Holding on, it’s too late to go home
Just the lonely words of another sad song

Every now and then
I don’t wanna turn left
Just the path I martyr
On the way to no where
Could you envision me
No longer sadly
These are the lovely words

As we go
On and on I don’t wanna go home
Just the lovely words of another sad song
And we sing
Holding on, it’s too late to go home
Just the lonely words of another sad song

Back and forth
Are the trials we cure
Would you hold me more
If you found me impure
And we’re holding on
Cause it’s too late to go home

As we go
On and on I don’t wanna go home
Just the lovely words of another sad song
And we sing
Holding on, it’s too late to go home
Just the lonely words of another sad song

On the park side of town
Silence is a muffled sound
No apologies
Like sea gulls
We are standing free
We’re holding on
Cause there’s no better place to be

So let it snow
Go here, there, and before
She asked me to leave
I kindly closed the door
Theses are the times
We wish not to endure
We look for warm meals
Band aids
A sore throat to absorb the cure
Lungs commenced to whispers
Profoundly within your ear
A little something
To keep your thoughts pure
I could ask for no more
Than sun lit days
That hover above the clouds
And shadow
The doubts we adore

A Road to Nowhere

A road to nowhere A picturesque scene of trees turning bare Fresh autumn scents filling the air And a young woman on a journey traveling from here to there With a slow, steady pace and tapping shoes She creates an east rhythm to hum along to Walking along, not a care in the world Living her life, and living it well The cool crisp air softly blowing at her knees Coming throughout the autumn trees For a moment it almost seems Things aren't really ever as bad as they tend to seem Soaking in the last bit of light with a peaceful flow She passes along the last few trees with golden leaves shinning abode The now setting sun begins to give off a warm orangey red glow Setting off her long blonde hair as it moves to and fro Then out of the gleaming sky Fighting her rising fear from deep with inside Her heartbeat quickens, as she tries keeping a steady stride Hairs prickling up upon her neck, a raven screeches as it swoops by The absence oh heat, so abrupt Leaves her with chills, so corrupt Touching her soul as if almost freezing up Upon her face lay a perfect cut A gush of wind cuts across her chest And her forehead quickly covers with little beads of sweat Just as she's starting to fear she can't go on She twirls and turns then starts to run She whirls around but falls to her knees Blood slowly dripping down from her cheek The raven appears with an open beak Ans lets out a bloodcurdling screech "Raven, Raven, oh please don't die!" She laughs And looks upon the bird with a menacing smile Then lets out a satisfying sigh "Just please don't die" She gracefully stands with blood-lust filled eyes Her tapping shoes carrying her off into the night Her Raven black hair rocking to and fro And off down the road to nowhere she goes

I Am A Jock

A bad play
On a deep and dark September
Gazing from these bleachers
To that ref who blew that call
On a freshly painted court in the middle of fall

I am A Jock
I am A Flock

I've got balls
A fortress deep and plenty
That none will discinagrate
For friendship brings me joy
It's laughter from my best friend Roy

I am A Jock
I am A Flock

Don't talk hate
For I've heard much before
It's resting in my head
And I'll try not to wake
So It doesn't make you cry
For if I never would of put on that cup
You've never heard awwwww shut up

I am A Jock
I am A Flock

I have my hooks
And my cup to protect me
I am such a world charmer
Hiding behind an ump
So another won't bump
I touch no one and he better not touch me

I am A Jock
I am A Flock

And a Jock feels no pain
And a flock seems to die

This is off spin
To Simon And Garfunkle's
I am A Rock LOL

Time

Clocks tick bells chime
willingly to tell the time

Seconds minutes hours days
Turn into weeks months then decades

Take time make time to look this way
in the middle of your busy day

I dont have time i hear you say
my time our time gone astray

Im tied to time is another cliche you say
when you just want to get away

Playtime leisure time daytime nightime
all this time that you are mine

As sure as nightime follows day
time is always ticking away

FALLEN STANDARD

 FALLEN STANDARD
The passeth days goeth this fast
The cometh days changeth this fast
Thou time of the seasons that sleep low
Thee changeth time, changeth behaviour
changeth man, give me back time.

The days of oldeth that standard
Was peak, time changereth, man died
Younger, you changereth, seasons gives ways.
We forgotten what makes us shout at night
The village square lost significance

Why thy squash? We uses square for churches
Oh, standard has fallen, Respect lost
Fallen standard, our locality grow with
love, our fathers grow with respect.
Believe, unity, strength and power.

We have given Our Own, to have their
Own, time take me back, where is respect
Let me have her.
African standard has fallen
We lost respect
African preferred the big market
Were is your small once that
Meet your needs?

African preferred the big towns
Were our village and our fathers
Grave grow grass
Africans were is you Respect
My father told me about?
Africans were is your strength?

The black colour of your nations
All are fallen, fallen to dust
African call back your children
Call her back she is far very far
Time healer of pain take me back
To build to a good standard.

African of the Atlantic
African of the equator
Africans of the desert
Cultured me in your race, black
Colour, strength of the empires

Fly Off the Handle

Flying up around recently of huge
fell snow in apiece
a crazy sigh seemly of snow
without course landing —
so easily flying-so enjoying
pulling by the gravity and wind
and come blaze or portion higher
from the roofs or trees . . .
and while the wind stopped
a clear and empty space
By effects it’s staying.
Oh, while by certain any come
back of the winter around
in sort or strongly strike —
again, flying the snow apiece
without of course landing —
again flying the snow was recent
fell over streets—over roofs
Over the many it trees, circuses.

A Cold Question

Alaska
Is what her parents named her
Cause when her parents named her they were baked
I think that
They must have had a premonition
Cause I'm sittin' round here wishing
Her excuses weren't half-baked

But when the air turns cold
I think I'll ask her once again

Alaska
Is what her parents called her
But who would want a daughter cold as ice?
And although
I've begged her to reconsider
I'm doubting she'll deliver
Cause the summer's not so nice

But when the air's no longer gold
I'll ask her once again

Snow is convenient
For sledding and skiing
For playing but not for keeping in your heart
Alaska, sincerely, I'm waning, I'm freezing
To sleep or to death

Before we even start
Before we even start
Before we even start
Resuscitate me, please restart my heart

Alaska
Has a problem with commitment
No kidding

But when the air turns cold
I think I'll ask her once again

As If You Are Nothing But Good

Little, little riverside stream
You water my dreams

Giving fresh flower in the Spring
All that new life your help brings
Flowing on through Summer
Carrying gold for our rings

Catching fallen leaves in Autumn
Many colors you now carry
Freeze you won't in the chill of Winter
Changing you of this I won't worry

Pieces Of Fall

Bark mulch and oak leaves Hear the call
scattered down and brown away
Dirt road's old farm house in a memory
shuttered and shut down

people who lived there It's not there
are lost in the rain and they
hunting and searching were not looking
what they can't regain

Standing in puddles It's not there
oak leaf blackened now and they
huddled and clinging just keep looking
to one remembered vow

Spring green and dancing It's not fair
Windsong wild days a pair
returning tomorrow of lost lovers
staying til Summer haze

PRETTY IS TOO INCREDIBLE

I remember seeing you walking downtown,
flashing such a revealing smile in early fall;
and I,attracted by your charm,
could not resist you at all..
because pretty is too incredible
to describe you and not to pray for a miracle!

I've walked in this noisy piano bar...
unawarely of you being there,
and he's touching you with his jealous hands,
giving me such unpleasant glances;
oh, he's making you the center
of his attention...noticing how I stare!

Pretty is too incredible to describe you otherwise,
'cause you deserve a guy who has a sweet voice,
and runs his fingers on your quivering skin so fair:
to make you feel sensations you never felt before...
turning you into a more passionate woman,
who desires the touch of a real man!

I wish you were really free,
so you'd be part of my wonderful destiny;
and with these emotions exploding inside,
there's no hope for me go wild...
having you on those nights, filled with bliss,
until you are in a flood of warm kisses!

Pretty is too incredible to describe you,
and that thought can't keep me apart
from your sad eyes that speak of hurt;
dream of me and I'll dream of you...
let's make believe we are this close,
and that an impossible love we never choose!

Buttercups

So many come blossoming,
verily so many merrily
so many! under the high-
spirited sun, opening
a host of yellow. Nine,
ten, three dozen blooms,
now hundreds casting off
the old lapsed minutes
the months of cold –
joking high-spirits
so sinuous on thinnest
green stems – this very
morning so many!

GOOD BYE SUMMER

GOOD BYE SUMMER

Good bye, summer, well, it's time to go,

Good bye, summer, well, it's time to go.

I hate to rush you, but you really must go

say Good bye, summer, good bye!

Well, it's the middle of September;

I’m just tired of you and your heat.

Oh, I hate to rush you, but you can’t

stay

Repeat Refrain

Now, autumn and winter,

Might hate it if you stay here too long,

One shake and we'll part, and you'd better

get going, although you served a purpose.

Final Refrain:

Good bye, summer, well, it's time to go,

Good bye, summer, well, it's time to go.

I hate to rush you, but you really must go

Good bye, summer, good bye!

Autumn Day

I heard them shouting from the other room
I watched as the bitterness starts to bloom
and I can't wait to finally leave soon
the TV screen told it was my last day.

These tears that I've cried won't stop the rain
but it will open away all this hidden pain.
I've already been told to kill myself on the inside,
because its about conforming in and the outside.

And I still watch the ceiling crumbling.
I can't seem to walk without tumbling.
I already can't wait to leave soon.
Its already said on the news it's my last day.

I leave it myself to believe
the muse I love is out to retrieve.
My heart before its last beat
to save me bore their mission is complete.

Save me, save me.

I see you on the other side of the street.
Calling my name, wanting to meet
so I don't have to leave soon
you're the muse that saved me on this autumn day.

A Diamond for Mom on Mother's Day

How many springs that bloomed and withered like flowers?
How many winters that came and melted in front of me?
How many summers that burnt my skin and dried the land?
How many autumns had covered the front door with leaves
that crackle, when you stepped-on, rushing to kiss me?

I’m a grown man
now, early-forties. Yet,

I still remember well what I wore on my first day of school;
It was not signature, nor a famous Armani brand; but
a hand made barong, sewn to fit me.
You slaved yourself over it, so that neighbors
won’t tease me, half-naked going to school.

I also remember when I held your worn hand in mine
to compliment you; and you looked straight into my eyes,
bluish---like the color of the sky over us. You smiled.
The warmth of your hands still lingers on my body,
mingles with the sweat of your blood that runs thru my veins.
At that moment of time I knew, my life’s filled with love.

To you, my beloved Mom
Happy Mother’s Day!

Here, I brought a basket of apples, your favorite
which I picked from our grove---at the back garden.
Let me cut this red one, for you, and I’ll show…
the star---the symbol of my past and my future. A great star.
Mom, only these I’ve for you, fruits of my hands, not diamond.

My precious son, red or green apple, Californian or not, is fine
with me. And, I don’t need diamond, for I already have one
since nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, the year when I saw
the cockcrow and dusk, finally, met that caught me, by surprise.

Timely Expressions (from My Secret Sin)

Time don’t smile
I accept with open arms
The hardships wished upon this child
Time won’t smile
Scars for souvenirs
Symptoms of a lonely mans mile
Time don’t smile
My senior year nearly lost
I promise it’s everything but false
Generosity of a kind mans heart
Sacrificed happiness remaining the cost
Two wrongs don’t make a right
Yet I put two negatives together
And on the other end of the equation I saw a light
No need to become sentimental
My misery is all but instrumental
After while hope will be widespread
I mean continental
Speak soft to me mother
Let your prayers reach my heart, ever so gentle
And out here it ain’t all bad
Mistaken guilt for love, what you call sad
Internal bleeding
Still on my soul eternity is feeding
It’s all in good deeds
A palm full of trust is all I’m needing
LSD, stress , a bit of Hennessey
Got me blessed with bad tendencies
Why does it seem disaster is so kin to me
White roses, Grave yard dozers, and spiritual imposers
Has my life at a sudden closure
Time won’t smile

Merry Christmas To You (not me)

Away from him,
Away from them.
I dread it
Like a rose without a stem.

There, I'm away
From all my sad tears,
Away from the cold,
And even farther from the fear.

Away from all the dark
Memories of cruelty.
When you're away from that,
It can be hard to be merry.

Still, trim the tree.
Put up those stubborn lights.
I'll wear my santa hat.
Still try to make the season bright.

Light up the place with smiles!
Don't be overwhelmed with gloom!
Decorate the house really pretty,
Just please don't blame me if I'm in my room.

My Heart

I can't find the words to console you
the right lyrics to take over and control you
but theres nothing that we can do
the good times will come and the bad times will pass
We're running in a race and were going way to fast
I don't want to let you in for the fear that you may win
My heart...............

Oh when my camera takes a snapshot
smile with every miniscule amount of happiness that I've got
Feet in the sand, walking hand in hand
dancing to the band I don't want to go on because at the crack of dawn
you may break
my heart.........

As the rain bombards my hair
wetness everywhere shake it out its okay
you'll keep me dry if I stay but if I stay
the fear is near that I may give you
My heart...............

Let me walk among the stars
Let me see what spring is like
On Venus, Jupiter and Saturn
In other words, hold my hand
In other words, Honey kiss me
now and then

Fill my heart with peace
Let me smile for ever more
You are all I long for
All I desire

In other words, please be loyal
In other words, I love you so
Please come here!

ballad of a wintered songster

Brandy and Crème soda
Autumn summons us
Shoulder to shoulder
We know not
If we’re getting older
We are self confident soldiers
I give you the best
Of my brandy and Crème soda

March
Early and on we shall
Through these days of despair
Autumn prevails
Ways to soften
Whom could offer such a touch
A warm letter in the mail
Growing adolescents
A young man
The consequences that follow
A growing male
The turmoil that soothes us
Is growing ale
The spice that tips ginger
Snaps a small town singer
“I love you”
It’s going to be a long winter
Shall we withstand
This duration as centered
Look to no one
For flaws
seem to dissolve our mentors
Passion is Rum
Whiskey endures
cold nights and un-sober palms
A rapist telling me
“I love your mom”
A young harlet calling
“dear love come home”
A shelter
From where doubt comes
The city’s filth
Why it loves only my lungs
I’m good, I’m fine
Expressions in a glass of wine
Through these words
A strangers poetry
You and I
have become intertwined
I’m lost, I’m alone
I feel as though
I’ve become undone
Run, run, away and fast
On to no where, as orphans
We were found at last

VERSES VIBRANT WITH LIFE

Read me verses
vibrant with life,
not sad epitaphs;
paint me my portrait
with a lustrous light...
be a Cavaraggio, or Rembrandt,
and my replicas sell in the market
for a price that suits any wallet.

I was given a name,
and with gilt I embellished it;
gladsome to glitter and giggle,
blooming as a rose bud caressed
by the wind's soft breath;
and its seed will be transported
far-away, to germinate by a godly temple,
and there I will meet a favorable, clement fate.

A tombstone is the place
for the soul's eternal rest,
my bones will lie within it...these brittle bones
once covered by flesh, but its spirit
will depart to ascend from the realm of mortals;
and sleep it will...until a mighty voice will awaken it,
there with the angels of Paradise I will write my praises,
and seeing the sorrow of the living, I will act upon their behalf.

Read me verses
vibrant with life;
epistles that the New Testament's
devoted scribes wrote.
Sing me odes of the glory to come, put aside
the longest elegy, don't trifle
with my final wish, everything else is trivial;
look into the Heavens, I will smile...

A LOST PASSION ONLY EVOKED BY FELICITY

Yesterday we held so close, sharing tenderness
Heaven was our refuge from an earth deprived of sweetness;
no gray and dark clouds in our sky so wide and blue...
when we sailed from a sea which welcomed the smiles of two.

Looking out from my window, no desire is deeper than mine,
but wishes are dreams not easily obtained by being sorry...considering this reality;
and it might take forever to see one realized in present time,
but my faint hope is kept alive by remembering a lost passion only evoked by felicity.

Tender love of yesterday, will you quickly return to these lips?
I long to smell those roses and see the thousands butterfly, so shy,
circling around us as we kissed watching the foamy waves roll by...
making us dream of the many treasures in those sunken ships.

Sunlight refuses to come in on a sunny day, although my garden blooms...
so sadness is the mood I'm caught in, and unable to escape it, I seem to dread:
imagining your revengeful phantom pacing the floor of these cold rooms;
and would you harm me for my unfaithfulness and rapture me in that world?

I haven't loved anyone the way I loved you, but temptation was stronger than honesty,
and losing all that I desired to complete that wonderful dream stolen by error,
everything fell apart..making me feel worse than a soldier stricken with terror;
can I still feel the joy of each sensation through a lost passion only revoked by felicity?

Midnight Lily

When we are all alone
when we don’t know where to go
we need to overcome
the feet that trample us to the ground

Some will persist to stay
others will fall for everything
if they don’t stand for anything

if you live for me
I’ll always live
and if u die for me
I’ll live everyday for you

Midnight lily; you are trampled underneath
as they watch and stare
waiting for a passion something to let you live
come and see what you have
come and see what you have is me

if you hold on now more will come
…they promise you
but if you always hold on
love can be true
leaf turns to leaf
live it when you can

We all fall into grief
 not all the same
lets be strong and rise again
show them whom you are
mortal

if you live for me
I’ll always live
and if u die for me
I’ll live everyday for you

Midnight lily; you are trampled underneath
as they watch and stare
waiting for a passion something to let you live
come and see what you have
come and see what you have is me

if you live for me
I’ll always live
and if u die for me
I’ll live everyday for you

Midnight lily; you are trampled underneath
as they watch and stare
waiting for a passion something to let you live
come and see what you have
come and see what you have is me

it seems to get harder
everyday
but happy can’t be happy
without sorrow

Ho Ho Ho

Go to sleep
Go to sleep
My little ones

Or Santa
Just won't come

For he knows when you are awake
For He knows when you are asleep

Close your weary eyes now
And I'll go take a little peek

Tap Tap Tap
Upon the roof

It's santa coming
For I hear reindeer's hoofs

Hush Hush now
Don't say a word

Better hurry
And fall fast to sleep
Or he just may leave you a big turd

Let sugar plums
Dance in those pertty little heads

As I made sure
Santa was nice and fead

Cookies and milk
With nothing else

Oh thank you my dear Lord
For this nice little cord

For they are fast to sleep
Now I can go back to bed
And count my own lost sheep

Thorns Redeemed

There are seasons of discontentment
In the bleeding bed of lies
Where thorns are now redeeming
Every rose that realised

There is a holy comfort
Outside the gates of purest light
Where every crime is fleeting
And stronger knowledge clouds the sky

Below are crying angels
Awash with scarlet prayers
Where their dying lyrics capture
Every rose that can still care

There is a fading reason
Enough of one to rise
Beyond the echoes of all knowledge
And through the horror of this night

There are seasons of forgiveness
In comfort of the signs
Where healed roses witness
That every moment is divine

Above completed cycles
Our awareness was too rare
But where wisdom has redeemed us
Every thorn now knows to care

Leaves of Gold

It idly sat in the sunlight;
A golden adornment for a barren yard,
From which Summer’s war left unmercifully.
As a god does salvage the earth, so did this lone tree,
Birthing from its branches treasures for the eyes to behold.
Yet much unlike an immortal entity,
Such life falters when the spoiled adornments descend to their graves,
And Winter’s pervading air steals an abundance of nature’s most priced artifacts.

Blossom

 I rise out of
this perpetual
secrete
dream season-
gifted with
quixotic acumen
osirus like
effortlessly ascending
thru
barren eternal
death smoke....
 on raw,
porcelain smoothe
night winds
with
the illusionary motionless
ness of
huming bird wings
dancing
naked and wild
beneath reasons
brilliant lunacy
to the
shadow magic song
of
universal infinity
translucent star beams
replace
skin and bones
restrictions-
now free of fear and
dogmatic convictions-
one with worm echo,
demons and witches-
life is a precious thing-
be careful how you
live it-

The promise of Spring

Summer ended too soon
Autumn leaves falls under the moon
Snowflakes chills the winter air
As spring flourishes with care

Raindrops will slowly pour and give the seeds
A new hope after the cold and lonely season
The sun will shine as if it has never been deprived
Of rising during the cold and lonely season

The bitterness of seeing the leaves
Cut-off from its mother branches
The sorrowful sight of trees
Uprooted from Mother Earth

Even if the flowers are already withered
For now it’s leaves are sleeping
A new branch will soon come out
And the tree will be soon alive again

Snow will soon vanish from your way
The leaves of hope won’t fall soon
Neither shall the trees be uprooted
That’s the promise of spring God will keep forever.

MADEMOISELLE MYSTEREE...

Lying there, with another
I sought the girl-of-my-early-summer-dream
I kissed her once, twice for gleam
Only to find, she’s not in my reality!

Ah! Mademoiselle Mysteree!
All heavens know that I’m her dreamer
I- who took her for all I saw:
A set of eyes
that sang, sweetly in silken-skies
With luscious-lips,
made for the moon- mild and mellow…
Her sacred breasts-
The curves, in charms for cheered-conquest
All hips and thighs,
each to explore my Ecstasy!

Sitting there, in my reverie
I crave her whisper all day long
(My night) simmered in shivery-song,
yawning for sips of her morning-glee
and to be blessed by Mademoiselle Mysterey!

Standing there, standing still…
Where I met her once in time past
I kiss her once, but never twice
Since she baptized me in her silence
Then, now despised me
just for believing her!

Fire Mother

Cold morning greets the weary eye clouds drape the horizon in gray
I turn around avoiding the sight I cannot stand with a dreary pale day
And then I feel it on the nape of my neck A hint of warmth kissing my skin
I turn around gazing out my window and see in the gray light the size of a pin
I try not to build on my hopes the thin ray of light might be gone in a tick
And then it happened the clouds parted way amazing ling quick

within a moment I was a washed in light blinding brilliant and glaring so bright
it was like the day had defeated the night leaving the world with breathtaking sight
The orb of energy colored the sky in outrages shadows and countless hues
the godly object painting its art from star to star the cosmos its muse

I moved with a pace to open the door I flung it open with a giddy delight
the clouds burned away by the waking of ra the life giving force of comfort and might
the rays that touched the flesh of my face washed in warmth a faint tingle
Colors above began to dissipate lose there sharpness leave then un mingle

now the sky retains the majestic color of the all welcoming blue
now nothing can stop the suns life and energy from making it through
the moments I spent outside my front door revitalized my heart filled my soul
I dare not stare into the great star the center so bright a positive hole

I stood there soaking up the nectar my skin absorbing the vital beams
Before this day I thought the world could only be this beautiful in our dreams
Iam not sure to this day how long I enjoyed it how long did I stay
I took the time to indulge in the feeling the blinding array

The golden orb that gives life a chance nourishes its children down below
refreshes my outlook changes the day shinning down for the rest to grow
to bathe in its glory heat on my skin sensations burn from my feet to my chin
summer is coming in its time the way it has always done the way its been

Shading my eyes from the fiery glare I take a last glance at the burning sphere
so filled up inside with light and warmth my lets out a rejoice full tear
Once again it will set in the sky but it doesn’t take long for it to appear
to give the life that we all so crave and to make our days a little more clear
a god to revere a star we hold dear every summer once every year it comes again
to greet us here banish the dark conquer our fear once again I will gaze and ill peer on the
celestial being
that owns the sky the liquid fire mother our sphere

With This Years' Passing

Be it health, finance, or be it age
We all are forced to look upon
Whatever before us now doth lay.

With a new year apporaching
It's birth just hours away
I wonder how many will find
Themselves alone or wrapped
In the arms of a loving companion
Both ready and eager to meet
Whatever is coming their way.

When the hour strikes midnight
And the New Year opens wide
If you are not with me, nor I with you
You can rest assured you will be in my thoughts
And I hope my memory will be there with you.

We all have our battles and our bridges too burn
But New Years' Eve should be special
For a new beginning is about to be born.

We won't live forever nature will see to that
We only have now the presence
And it should be filled with laughter and love.
Builded around a willing sprit
One able to share
One willing to care.

For there is really not many moments to waste
Life waits for noone as the hands of time move onward
Their life spans become shorter
Or so it does seem
As this New Years' strikes up the band
May it play a loud note
So our hearts can sing.

Spending Christmas All Alone

Spending Christmas all alone,
not even a ringing of the phone.
No knock on the door,
No one to share this with no more.
How can this be,
when last year she was with me.
What did I do,
to make this Christmas blue.
The tree is lit and the fire is hot,
the memories is all I got.
The hot coco is sweet,
the presents are wrapped very neat.
I am sitting here waiting for a call,
but what did I do, I can't recall.
Did I say something wrong,
or did I put something where it did not belong.
I wish you would come back to me,
thats what I want for christmas, you see.
No present can take your place,
no money can make our love erase.
Please come home and spend Christmas with me,
the door will be unlock and I'll be waiting by the tree.
If midnight comes and I hear no phone,
I will be spending Christmas all alone.

Rain

The harshness of winter has finally past.
Springtime is upon us finally at last.
No more dulldrums of winter to tax my brain, and the season I love the best
espically the rain.

I could sit and watch as the flowers and the trees flurish and bloom,
and I know that because of natures miracles all the colors will be out soon.

Finally I love to walk out ,and look up,and feel the rain trickle on my face,
take off my shoes and socks and jump from puddle to puddle all ove the place.

But at last all good things must come to an end. The sun is coming out and
gone is the rain, my friend.
As I sit on the porch with the sun glistening in my eyes, I cant help but wonder
how long before the next storm comes by.

Our men of good will
Only those who stand
On this tempered platform
When nothings left
Only man
O men of steel
O men of will
What can one do?
When all is gone
In which he is to pursue
Men of steel
Men of good will
Does silence
No longer cure
A curious mind
Your foot steps

All is mine

How Beautiful Is Our God

How beautiful is our God...
And I shall praise him greatly!
His presence has blessed me
and filled my life completely,

In Mt. Zion, he's to be praised...
in the beauty of his holiness.
He's more than worthy of praise,
 in his glory and righteousness.

The joy of the earth...
and beautiful is the situation...
To all of mankind... He's extended
mercy and salvation.

He is known in high places as a
 God of refuge and shelter.
I will shout of his praise...
 there's no reason to whisper.

He is our God, and forever
and ever, he shall reign.
He's is worthy of all praise...
that is due to his name!

He shall lead and guide me
 from birth until death.
And his praise shall continually
be on my breath.

Thanks be to God for
everything he has done!
And thanks to him
for sending Jesus... HIS son!

He gives everlasting water
that never shall run dry.
It is no secret how much
 he loves you and I!

American Pie

Sweet fruition twisting on a bent and laden branch

Tart yet heavy wet with Summer rain

Dry from working fields, entranced
accents chatter mutter murmer almost heed.

I stop to feel saliva wet the backside of my tongue
And wish the fruit were ready as my need
Alas, I pass,though I can taste
The memory of last years fruit so grand;
The tartness of the first still stops my hand.
Across the back pasture the smell of pie
Lifts the leaden weights from my dusty boots
I feel her see the difference in my step
Sharing joy I walk on air
See her at the open door

Tart yet heavy wet with Summer rain

Ripe, so sweetly ripe,it pains
This fruit as ready as my need
And waiting

Race With the Devil (from My Secret Sin)

Come on and race with this heavenly devil
Watch as hail reigns on that holy umbrella
You could never become a conductor of this level
I only race with the devil
I ain’t no sinner, but don’t judge me
Temptation drifts toward beginners
Only trials touch me
Alcohol and lustful trust all through your body
Like diarrhea gots a three year old rushing to the potty
Ghostly stats, bitter chit chats
Conquered maps bleeding on mats
Hustler magazines, lonely couples addicted to claps
Strapped in lubrication
So I can live to climax another day
White around my nostrils
Maybe I’ll live to quit another way
Witness my enemies coming ever so toward me
I’ll never live to see a better Hell
For death has assured me
This is only a prelude to a dream
Pastors and priest
Never hesitate to infiltrate my schemes
To get major means
Reality floats above my vanilla sky’s
My conscience tells me
Gods screaming aquapella or at least he tries
Life has no scene selection or fend protection
Choices of a simple election
Hardships are our special features
Heaven and hell have never been so neutral
So come on and race with this heavenly devil

Gray

Poor miserable mysterious color,
Not a dark, not a light, an in between.
Oh the complexity of gray in laundry.
This neutral hazy excuse for a color,
like the polluted version of white,
or the immature offspring of black.
Gloomy, uninspiring, gray surely must be
the fraternal twin of gleaming desirable silver.

In a gray room, gray senses linger in air like overcast,
damp enough to deepen your breath,
muggy enough to sting your eyes.
An old dead coat of thick gray dust
dresses a bookshelf of unused knowledge,
which plays house to a gray photograph,
…A gray girl without a smile.
Bulky furniture colors the room gray,
taking on a dead life of its own.
Gray clouds stretch whistles of wind through an old window,
the eerie draft sways the once white sheets,
stirring gray dust,
reminding us all, that time is forgotten.

Gray touches time.
As age
As wisdom, like an old man’s beard,
as power, like a dark stone pathway,
forcefully planning our footsteps,
obnoxious, as a gray seagull
stealing my sandwich crumbs, as well as my privacy on a sandy beach shore.
Damn the gray seagull!
Interrupting the black and white rigidity in my ignorant world of perfection,
forcing me to see things as they truly are.

My eyes gaze up my mountain of hopes,
till I see a gray stormy sky,
which casts out gray sounds like the surprise of thunder in a convertible with a
broken top,
playing Simon Says with chilling gray rain,
dripping gray water spots of smeared ink on my morning newspaper,
smudging the lies,
developed by gray minds of people unable to see past what they know,
more blind then the actual eyes of the blind,
but better off then those with gray hearts, who do not know who they are.

We are born opening our eyes to the white light of this world
and die closing them to black darkness…
We are not born with gray minds
but die with them,
as we cloud our abilities with gray standards and gray walls,
un-wanting to explore any unfamiliar gray area,
until we ourselves, unknowingly turn gray.
Even in death, we never break the blind borders that confine us.
Our perception remains gray,
Always attempting to look beneath the surface,
When really
We need to look at the same surface differently.
This world remembers us by what we did,
instead of who we were…
Sooner or later,
No one is ever known
And we all become…
nothing
but gray.

FLY OFF THE HANDLE

Flying the recently of fell
snow in apiece
A crazy sigh seemly without
Of course—
So easily flying–so enjoying
Puller by wind
And come hell or high water
From the roofs or trees
And while the wind stopped
A clear an empty space
By effects remain.
Or while by any come-back
The winter around
In sort or strongly strike—
Again, flying the snow
Apiece, without of course—
Again flying the snow potted
Fill over streets—over roofs
Over the trees…
And may be snow-less indeed
The terrain.

Last Sail Burning

There was a fire on the pirate ship
Two parrots flew out like a whip
Returning they squabbled on deck
Feathers flew around—a shot!

The moon came out and drifted
With clouds moving to and fro
Bottles crashed and songs rose
The party continued all night

It was every man for himself
At sunrise a plank extended
The walker, blindfolded, landed
Head first on the ice—plunk!

It was a pirate ship, stuck
Bed of ice was all around
Middle of the lake
Far from the tropics

Lost and off course
They now burned
Their last sail
No wind

—Stuck!

The Art of Resilience

And the old man murmured
“Try me at war”

Days came
They passed
Hours
They’d soundly
Blossom
Mankind
Regulated
Then Played
Possum

And the old man grinned crimsomly
“Gentlemen try me at war”

Seasons came
They passed
Fruits bared
Wholesome
At last
The markets
Flourished
And rashed
Again
The hunger
Settled
For gasp

With his eyes merely closed
The old man insisted
“Younglings your should try me at war”

Weather became warmth
Droughts made plentiful
Hardships plagued comfort
To become less sentimental
Oranges faded, green, colorful, then badge
Youth, who ever knew this old man might age
Sincerely written
And unconditional surrender amongst this page

As the old man rested, he lay
And to this day his tomb may say
“Gentlemen try me at war”

It's Easter

Woke up this morning, in my home all alone
Set up your picture, in the hall by the phone
I glanced at the kids faces, hanging there on the wall
Dropped to my knees and prayed, there in the hall

I looked out in the yard, through the kitchen window
Saw white and yellow tulips, blooming beside our broken home
And there on the table, set the empty Easter baskets
Oh! Now my heart is filled, with all of my regrets

Today the sun is shining down, on the yard so bright
The grass is all new, looking so fresh and green
Oh! darling It's Easter, It's Easter
Last night you packed and left, after our terrible fight
Oh! but darling, you have to know
That those words, I didn't mean
Darling It's Easter, It's Easter

Now I'm standing here knee deep, in this bed of flowers
As my eyes start to drop tears, down like April showers
Oh! darling I can't bare, being alone on this Easter day
My God please open your eyes, and turn around today

I know now, that I've been taking you for granted
But if you come back, I promise I'll be the man you wanted
For this is to be, one of the happiest days of the year
But darling you left because of me, and now I shed these tears

Today the sun is shinig down, on the yard so bright
The grass is all new, looking so fresh and green
Oh! darling It's Easter, It's Easter
Last night you packed and left, after our terrible fight
Oh! But darling, you have to know
That those words, I didn't mean
Darling It's Easter, It's Easter

Tussilago Farfara, Or Coltsfoot

In waste places beside the road
Coltsfoot grows in fertile till.
A smallish flower no higher than a toad
Its habitat seems to fit the bill.

Not expecting a flower in this land
Odd brown scales clasp its stalk.
Skunk cabbage neighbors in its sand
And makes a "feller" stop and gawk..

Leaves not unlike the hoof of a colt
Hence the name, Coltsfoot, you know.
The first flower in spring to bolt
And a weed that escapes my hoe.

By any name, it's still a weed.

Son Rise (from Scenes from Above)

Wave goodbye Tomorrow
Die, drown another victim in yesterdays sorrow
This is goodbye tomorrow
No tides to borrow
So goodbye tomorrow
Yesterday gone, tomorrow not shown
Today just a repetition of a sinners definition
My hopes shattered
How do I cope with my tears and matter
Drooling of fantasy's when you had her
A poor mans paradise
Adversity and no cares about life
Living in hell and loving it
Pivoting through bail and shoving it
Shoulder blades cracked, collar bones crumbled
Older, outdated, fact is to remain humble
Cemetery lust
Post marriage life and fussing is a must
Burning eyelids
Is there even a such thing as baby's dying of SIDDS
Irresponsibility, parent-hood and no agility
Rapper and murderer's
Yall are cursed, so don't even refer to us
I'm blessed with stress, my life's a mess
But for me happiness is only a test
And when you see that sudden glow in my eyes
And the room flow's with goodbyes
It will all come as no surprise
That as I pray for tomorrow
I'll be taken before sunrise
And maybe I'll get to witness again his Son Rise

Picture Me At Ease (Angel of Sadness)

Picture me at ease
Think of me enjoying one last breeze
The characteristics in my personality
so hard to please
Saturday mornings it’s Ric D’s
Another mother
trying to feed her family from her knees
It’s all good in your eyesight
But you and I
were born to stand on the other side of right
And I can’t reach for heaven
For the statistics say I’m only five, seven
I just want you to picture me at ease
Think of me enjoying one last breeze
Fact is after the hugs, kisses, and unfortunate risk
Yes my dreams will shatter
The past is made
yet the future remains a broken pattern
My only token is plastic leather, “Plather”
I’ll be here, therefore and after
Someone to grasp you, embrace your tears
But picture me at ease
Just think of me enjoying one last breeze
And it’s the same depressing song
That keeps us stretching past the wrong
Smiles and guilt trips
cause we are only stressing to live long
Better yet it’s a blessing to rest at home
My can tin’s filled with nothing
My palms is blistered, my misery telling me to toughen
I’m living to die
So I don’t often bother with breathing
Nonsense is adolescents teething
But picture me at ease
Think of me enjoying one last breeze

Ring Around The Pumpkin

For the bounty of the earth
Come Ye thankful people come
For it is Autumn
And the leaves are coming down
Run run sweet John Barley Corn
Let's play ring around the pumpkin
As the harvest moon shines
On the jingle jangle scarecrow
For I'am just a little acorn
Bounded for another harvest home
As the wind shakes the barley
Like a slow Thanksgiving waltz
For our farmers sets the table
To a wondrous haymakers hoedown
For we bid ado to a Shokan's fairwell
And now thank we to all our God

Jaded Notion

Loss of life
Ten days ago
Self Absorbed
Out of control
Counting the day
Seeking eternity
In the shallow
Shores of thee

Well, Well your long gone
You don’t see
keep the free mind open
will you come around
It’s not so different
It’s all the same
Three shades of gray
The seasons they change

Cold and dreary
Six hours gone
Life Deprived
Now all alone
Finding solace
Perpetual Bliss
The Jaded
Notion of a memory

Well, Well your long gone
You don’t see
keep the free mind open
will you come around
It’s not so different
It’s all the same
Three shades of gray
The seasons they change

Legend

I've seen your sun's reflection
Shining down the way of my fairy tale
In my crystal ball's predictions
You're the legend bound to greet my day

And sometimes when I start to wonder
I suspend all the doubts like breezes
Even though all seasons end some day
Fairy tales do happen for reasons

Ancient clock never stops its heartbeat
As I gaze at the magic of the winter
Waiting for my knight's arrival
Gazing out of the universe's window

And sometimes when I start to wonder
I suspend all the doubts like breezes
Even though all seasons end some day
Fairy tales do happen for reasons

Oh, don't you know they happen for reasons?...

Unfortunately We Frown (My Secret Sin)

Don’t do often, But I want you to think of me smiling
Who but Hells cast wants to see me frowning
It may never come to be, but think of me smiling
I’m drowning and don’t I know how it’s sounding
Timely lifestyles consist of brutality and poverty
Closed caskets and heavenly sponsored robbery’s
Such a close call, how we escaped this insanity
All earthly things are but vanity
Everyday vision murky as hell
Sinners is prisoners in Gods cell, chirping for bail
Yet we fend for beauty, strength, and discretion
Bet this is only a partial confession
Take it as a hard lesson
It’s raining these precious earthly treasures
But we keep a pressing our loyalty in these textures
The weakest being the most wanting in wisdom
My every organ
Constantly pumping to keep life in this system
Given the game, Everyman should be quit
Severely stand and demand hypocrites
Speak so fiercely
Yet these angels could so easily pierce me
If we are made in his magnificence
Then how can we be of such little significance

My day’s awry
My days gone badly
Times I once had
The privilege
Of being only

And I just can’t sing
Oh the way I want to
And I keep my mark
Until these days fade dark

And I once was told
It takes you and I
To remain calm and behold

But it’s such a real world
That I can’t hold it
And it’s such a real world
Why don’t you listen
Find what’s been missing

Did you miss me
While I was away
Or am I writing
After my days delay

My days gone awry
Why don’t you listen
My days gone badly
Don’t you see
What you’re missing

VERY SICK OF THE FLU

I find hard to move around,
dragging my aching body,
unable to do even the simplest chores...
yes, I am very sick of flu:
it's something I can't undo!

I will not go to the hospital,
lie in a comfortable bed for hours,
coughing and sneezing waiting for a call...
while spreading this virus and infecting others.

I'm missing out on brisk walks
that keep my immune system healthy,
and no blues frustrate me more than loneliness...
come spring and let joy renew itself in this memory.

My remedy is Robitussin by far,
a miraculous cure for cold symptoms,
and since I can't go out, or drive my car...
I indulge myself in the creation lyrics.

It's my first day back to work,
I'm drinking coffee, and I shouldn't,
but these headaches won't go away...
unless I smell it, sip it and dream away.

Holidayz (Angel of Sadness)

November, December,
I couldn’t bear to remember
To joy and faith I say goodbye
Resurrect me, only when these holidays die
As my senior days become to fade
Wipe away the innocence of the games we played
I’m nearly an antique and as my life will come to pass
Only to be intrigued Sometimes I wonder with the children ask
November, December,
I couldn’t bear to remember
To joy and faith I say goodbye
Resurrect me, only when these holidays die
Against these cold tiles I rest my head
As bad dreams and nightmares test this bed
A Funeral for those whom bled
It no longer rains, it only sleets
It keeps me slipping from these tempered feet
Like disaster is constantly pressing repeat
So to these Novembers and Decembers,
I couldn’t bear to remember
To joy and faith I say goodbye
Resurrect me, only when these holidays die
Happy holidays
Dear misery, slap me if I follow the paved
Take these invisible gifts
Make them into relive-able myths
And one day, outside this life
I’ll divorce the devastation
Marry my dreams and finally hold my wife
But fantasies are peaceful times
So again I’ll leave you with a deceitful rhyme

Warmth In The Winter

When I see your face,
when I hear your voice,
when I say your name-
It brings me rejoice.
I can hear it in your voice,
when you say my name.
I can see it in your face
that you feel the same.
I can feel it in your hands
when their holding mine,
that right now you really like me
and that you'll love me in time.
I can tell by your talk
you don't want me for a friend,
and that when the time is right for you,
you will let me in.
And every year we can build
more memories to remember.
Every year you can be my warmth in the winter.

Salacious Poet, For A Bitter Muse

I have admired many, so often, and
wondered for whom they used to write
their muses; if not for their lovers, then
for whom? A poet like me who loved

them for great things. Ah, I know—
a different thought, a different
style, but not that much concerns
me, awhile, but the smile in you

that beamed like magenta moon and
lured strollers to kiss the twilight night,
until it dimmed away, so were you,
ditching the one you loved. Having

dazed in the stolen memoirs of
spring that was mine, I know now—
admiration, sometimes, if not always has
a bitter ending…in a poet’s lonely page!

Beautiful Darkness (My Secret Sin)

O beautiful darkness
How lovely is thee
O beautiful darkness
You can only be as lovely as me
O beautiful darkness
Even in a court of nobles
No man among you could match me
Light could only scratch
As I sit and await darkness to snatch me
Look for death and find it you shall
No man is your pal
For you can feel the jealousy as their spirits howl
So madly rash
Remain so sadly at the hash
Because you were so easily solicit
I had to become so much more explicit
Lord of paradise
A threat to all those whom care about life
For every man I rest and no man spareth
Suffer from an unforgiving wrath
Into thy hands this is what I demand
My soul, I commend, take it lord!
Let it not be lost
If it’s greed, I only ask
That these sins be faded with the frost
As this beautiful darkness is my eternal cost

Just a gray day

Pearl shrouds from the heavens
Riding fast
Storms are brewing a winter’s blast
Winds nipping at your back
Cutting through everything with a crack
Sleet on my widows tapping away
No site of the sun today
Natures reminding all
Of her order of things
More time to wait
Till the spring birds sing
Gloomy and dim
Behind a hidden limb
Shaking and bracing
A sparrow so grim
Cover up
Take a sip
Of a cup
Have some coffee or tea
Banish into a book
A romantic novel with plea
Feel the comfort inside
Where you sit and hide
From the day
Today
So gray

My Last Night (Angel of Sadness)

I rose, I stood
It was a feeling somewhat good
I laughed, I talked
My forearms even looked
As if they contracted shaded chalk
My body, my shadow seemed to no longer stalk
These were the events I would present
The morning of my last night
Strange enough, I even toasted to breakfast
The humor in drowning in this lake last
You and me, together we’re going to make past
If I let go, then this song dies
And we become nothing more, than a repetition of tries
Ain’t it beautiful?
The things we grow to hate
We reach for in our final grasp
So soothing so cool
These are the things thought about
Mourning my last night
I shook hands
As if it were a normal day
I accepted the conclusion of a troubled man
I participated in a few random acts of kindness
I even cursed the face of a phantom in pure blindness
The things I accomplished
The morning of my last night

GROWN-UP OF SNOW

GROWN-UP OF SNOW

The wintertime came vigorous, fall in torn
rivers, trees, hills by snow spacing white
boots let imprints stepped across trails
roofs in split white water crystal Villages
masses and sight snow shown as term
Thanksgiving thou Christmas ritual it eras –

Folks made balls and struck targets wherever
sculpt figured of statues’ chart in precious
skaters sped brash in snow-hill roads
Outlaw drunk water-crystal melts in grass.

Drivers saw naught at windshields, at feet
headlights up reach tiny space snow falling
roads, the heinous nights induce the minds
roads’ and transit-line sign up coating
Of snow, who can fallow it?
Up hit by shovel roads pull up thy eyes.

Deers south for grass foods lost up ground
coat-ice floors-snow became the terrain
And ice fishiest regions’ build-up.

Spring came lit, grants ripen the Villages
but, not bodies wanna steps by melting ice
while’ snow sight gone we knew the place
and each thing pass-off regress nature way
The rains hitting, and buds sprouting anew!

From time to time, now and again

Time will lapse leisurely as it runs
On nimble legs through worlds unknown.
The moon is whole, the wind will still and
You can hear the whispers that they speak.
And when the hour is near
You will see,
As they forward and enter the scene.
A feeling of fear seduced by the night
That lingers in the betweens.
Was once a foe but now a new
This foes actions have been.
Foresight thwarted by a potent dream
And what was wrong is now right.
As they draw near with faces misplaced
All feelings and thoughts subside.
When they leave you understand
And time returns to the world.
Although, without a lessoned learned
It may just leave once again.

Are You Ready For Christmas?

Are you ready for Christmas~have you lifted the tree
Are your lights through Christ shining bright~for everybody to see
				(everybody should see)

Your good deeds and your gifts of love~that you're presenting to Him
And they'll praise God above for His Son~the gift He's given to them

Are you ready for Christmas~will you surprise Him this year
With the harvest of love and faith~bidding others come near
				(bid all others come near)

To the banquet of Christ the King~don't let your candles grow dim
In the room of your heart prepared~because this day is for Him

Now are you ready for Christmas~carolling of His birth
Retelling Jesus' death to life~til He returns to this earth
				(He'll return to this earth)

With His angels and trump of God~forever we'll be with Him
So share this joy with the world like the shepherds of Bethlehem

LOSING WHAT'S NOT MINE

Escaping reality
seems the only way
to really feel free;
lying back on a soft meadow,
looking up to see
the scarlet moon
rushing against another shadow...
before the coming of dawn!

Losing what's not mine,
its very hard of letting go,
because it took more
that faith to get where I am...
and only be left with pride!

I took a forgotten dream,
and turned it into a vision:
to set the mood of passion...
to steadly touch, not just feel!

Losing what' not mine
makes me doubt the meaning
of those unconvincing words;
how did I fell for a lie so unforgiving,
too unpleasant to be remembered by time...
to which everything belongs?

Every star has gone to another sky,
and the pale moon won't leave;
how should I forget about Eve,
if I have no strength to cry?

Life As A Song (Angel of Sadness)

Library lounge, It’s a sad, sad song
The bar scene period is a sad, sad song
Smoke purifies the air, still nothing terrifies my stare
Every episode, the same played scene
The strangers we rubbed and laid between
The washed up bartender, playing his hand
Wife called three times, yet he’s staying to make a stand
Everything about this place is a sad, sad song
Each step we take, the making due with what’s left to bake
Burning crosses, turning to the open closest
After the bomb, no laughter to come
An early rapture for some
The flame that appears to be taking my soul
The mother who’s life revolves around another’s pole
Monroe, Louisiana, it’s a sad, sad story
The lives we lead, the heavy breathing
No response for the patients steadily leaving
Frankin Parish High School
The small town and communities, the empty liver pools
Nightmares that no longer bother you
Images that only seem cosper to you
Random flowers from strangers
Sadness that towers over angels
You life, my silent nights
Rain drops that trickle down my night stained windows
The shame that tickles my frown, no sins to close
The obsessions that claim our sanity
The morning dew that eats away at worn fabrics
Everything I just wrote nothing less of vanity
The guilt in my conscience, such a sad, sad song

the cold/the passing

troubles low in the summer end
anticipation of foreign winds
you pray hoping that it's not the end
hope and wish and pray again
fall is here as the winter speaks
a lone whisper to the falling leaves
build your fire for brief reprieve

your warmth soon withers far away
the sun rays are gone from yesterday
no more sounds of the games that children play
the silences of self you can't escape
all eat your hopes away

Winter's longer than you've stressed
troubles high and winds aggressed
the storms are coming winds abreast, the devil scorn
he means your death
the lands are barren,nothing left
our usual joys subject to theft

winter's here
winter's here
winter is here
show no fear

Shelter My Eyes (Angel of Sadness)

My heart don’t want to beat for me today
Arguments and bouts
We done drifted a good distance apart anyways
The measurement
Only teases as we wonder where the pleasure went
I’d hold my head, but she don’t want me here no more
I’m looking at heaven
But there is no happiness behind them doors
Momma say there’s a better man in change
I’m going to be the same
So there ain’t much this letter can change
I’m dying, bad thoughts seizing my brain
Smiles teasing my pain
And my heart is crying
How could I not want to think of those tender moments again
Childhood memories, I don’t even know where to begin
Foster homes and social workers
Lost my temper, but how could my vocals hurt her
I apologized; I even reached out and gripped your hand
Tipped you well
Hoping that it would make it easier for you to understand
Besides I died
Laid in my casket and sheltered my eyes
As my enemies cried
I took one from the heavens and died
Laid in my casket and sheltered my eyes
I swear my enemies cried
As if they cared that I died

Much More (My Secret Sin)

And I don’t want to miss you much more
Now you know what I want to keep in touch for
Cause I don’t want to miss you much more
You kept me from searching for something we each adore
Another knight leaving the fight in rusted armor
Closed your eyes and said bad luck was a charmer
Evil through mans vein
Supply most of the poverty and pain
Caught a tear drop
Asked “you know who” when the rain would stop
Plagued by unemployment
I do nothing for my own enjoyment
What if I was spoiled, would I write the same
Maybe I’m just a brat without a name
Couple of friends misplaced
Riding high, now their shame is lowercased
I’d say be mine
But I can see, you’re doing just fine
Going solo, playing water polo
Tracking wet feet in the dojo
Speak in violence
Got a fistful to try it in silence
Searching for something more to adore

The World's Only Capture (Angel of Sadness)

Only my saviors childs are the this worlds capture
We sinners live to see the rapture
It was something more than a catastrophe
My conscience steadily asking me
Is the plan still to live life severe and disaster free?
My dreams are exhausted, seems temptation has reached the sky’s
Sinners become saints, attempting to figure which prophecy lies
Veins constantly bleeding, I can feel my soul leaving
Yet I’m forever breathing
The curse of Kane
No flu shots cause I’m never sneezing
Seems my misery is ever pleasing
And with the mourning after
I wonder why these children are your lords only capture
Yet we sinners live to see the rapture
Label me sexiest, homophobic, homosexuals baring arms in marriage
A third of the world is gone
Bury baby Jesus with charms in his carriage
Execution of minors
I guess there’s nothing in this life finer
Dear child I watched your mother scrub the windows of that diner
Who am I to say that you are wrong?
But who are you to weigh that child and determine if he’ll live long
Mr. President consistently stepping over hurricane victims
Misery no longer worry’s my pain, I can see it’s only a sitcom
Do you remember nine/eleven
Simply because that September, down south was your only heaven
And as you galloped with the clouds
Alqueda stood on it’s soil, it’s dust and dirt proud
But then again I’m wrong to speak out
But I guess making home is what being weak is about
A woman’s right is abortion
Perhaps it’s wrong but it’s only a portion
The tragedy’s we smile to see
The happy times are where we suffered above tiles to be
Breathing on my last breath
Leading my last steps
Of coarse the worlds gone end
But it seems my saviors childs are the worlds only capture

Winter Season (My Secret Sin)

I've come so far
Grasping nothing more that memories of a fading star
In Search of a sanctuary other than a bar
A place where I can lay my head
Somewhere to I can rest my deepest thoughts
And shelter the molecules we shed
The troubles in this life of mine
The lover in this wife of time
Another christmas spent alone
Attempted suicide
But I'll never get to wake to a white dawn
Two stretches from a great moan
A few timely expressions from going home
Misery substituted for family time and childhood smiles
My only passion to carry on
How can I wipe your tears when no body loves me
So selfish, yet I'm only human
And it seems everyone looks above me
If I could look back it would all be past tense
Instead I sit here and swallow this glass of nonsense
I could only dream of egg nogg
Pushing through snow that covers my legs in the fog
Christopher Kringle
Spreading that warm feeling that tingles
That precious tune from bells that consistently jingle
Maybe it's all make believe
And maybe the cold winter nights won't take my sleeves

Legend

I've seen your sun's reflection
Shining down the way of my fairy tale
In my crystal ball's predictions
You're the legend bound to greet my day

And sometimes when I start to wonder
I suspend all the doubts like breezes
Even though all seasons end some day
Fairy tales do happen for reasons

Ancient clock never stops its heartbeat
As I gaze at the magic of the winter
Waiting for my knight's arrival
Gazing out of the universe's window

And sometimes when I start to wonder
I suspend all the doubts like breezes
Even though all seasons end some day
Fairy tales do happen for reasons

Oh, don't you know they happen for reasons?...

Fiona's Song

Slow my heart as autumn is coming
and I'm crossing the street just to meet you.
Your eyes never end in green and in glass,
and the ring on your finger is heavy and new.
The sky is just the right contrast of colors
to frame you under the still burning leaves
I'm hoping you're humming my favorite song
while under your breath my lost harmony frees

Souls locked and leaning like the trees scolding winter
with our arms intertwined and immersed
in the rhythm of the gait of our bundled up feet
still finishing one another's thoughts unrehearsed
When does the artist become her lost song?
You're feeling dark and I now feel it too,
but we'll sort out the details in the still brilliant air
and leave the remains for the winter to sort through

Your voice will always be steady to me
and I know that I'll find you if lost
The winter is known for it's soulless kidnapping
while deep in anxiety we crackle with frost
So let's relish this moment of purity breathing
Let's wish like the sky isn't raining with leaves
For one more fine moment the sunshine is shining
and it's there for the taking for the one who believes...

Casual Dreams (angel of sadness)

As this city sleeps
I give you open arms with more to keep
Now I'mma make you beg for mercy
As you would have me do
As the home crowd marinates and laughs at you
Even though the man is deaf I still say excuse me
I respect him as he was in place to abuse me
I laugh, I smile, in hopes that they won't
A gasp, a given child, whom copes when they don't
I've had this mark since birth
But it's so not a birth mark
I think it's a hurt spot, a dirt art
I feel like I died
Like I'm buried alive
The truth is I feel like I'm tired
Like I'm barely alive
Now my eyes are red
Heavy, Lively
Just a little past dead
A meal past bread
As this city sleeps
It dreams of a scene
A peaceful place in defeat

Weary (angel of sadness)

When my journey finally comes to an end
I’ll rest for an eternity
Ransom Elementary, my introduction to this scholastic life
Baskin Junior High any seduction kisses the plastic night
Crowville High School, the big green kennel
Franklin parish high school, Mangham high school
It was all seen and mental
Dark House Productions, my inner sights
The only darkness that kept me above the lights
When my journey ends, I’ll rest for an eternity
From C.D. and Mrs. Mary Smith
To my worst foster homes vary with this wish
My Closest Acquaintance, “June”
Carl was only suppose to sanction us to doom
Neal, Willie, the entire family of Eatons
Change my stars
But this misery I am forever keeping
When my journey ends, I’ll sleep for an eternity
Michael and Jamie, Aaron and Nicole
I swear, I’d want you all around forever, watch me grow old
From hustling to get back and forth to football
To working 3 and 4 jobs
Pushing my way through college to witness the soot fall
Pam, Jennifer, Eke, Ernest, Paul, and Chris
My birth mom, Miss Dianna Townes
It’s the memories we recall in this life we miss
To every I didn’t mention, you all know that
When my journey finally ends, I’ll rest for an eternity

CHILD OF CREATION

You were there
When I drew the first breath
And voiced the first sound of life
At my earliest arrival
The child I was to you

You were there
Suckling up my first meal
Greedily and innocently
On my mother’s breast
The little soul I was to you

You were there
Weaning and leaning on all my four
Rapturously babbling off
My first muted and mumbled words
The babe I was to you

You were there
Toddling playfully around
Fumbling wobbly at all
Within my cherubic sight and reach
The child I was to you

There you were
When puberty attended to me
And adolescence my host be
Alongside its juvenile entourage
Still a soul so little to you

You were there
At the ripening of manhood
When the spirit is aglow set
In the light of my full moon
The child still I remain to you

There, you are
At point of the diminishing returns
As the circles closes, and severed the silver cord
At the ripening rots and forms
The child of creation, I remain to you.________

Days of Oklahoma

It’s like Oklahoma
I owe you so much ma
Just like Oklahoma
I own your soul ma

To acknowledge
A survivor
On a strangers
Terrain
Is to move along
Minus the tears
And continue
The painting
In pain
The pictures
Then remains
But a mirror
Of things
To become
In vain

Because I own
Your soul ma
You will make it
No further
Than Oklahoma

But because
I owe you so much ma
I will grant
You safe passage
Toward your Oklahoma

SWELLING WITH PRIDE

This is a breezy and starry night,
with no strange sounds to induce its mystery;
lingering with sadness is the loneliest heart
opening the pages of an unfinished diary...
as I sit alone drinking my bitter wine,
but it should be sweet to make me feel fine!

Has anyone seen me swelling with pride,
wrapping my arms around her hips
and pressing on her soft and scented lips...
until my wild kisses would make my sweetheart fall:
wasting not a minute to convince her how I felt inside?
How could her jealousy have been the cause of imagination?
I couldn't help being noticed by ladies of indiscretion...
if I resembled an Adonis standing on a pedestal!

Should I find anyone to explain this rage with easiness?
Would anyone be willing to stand by me
and allow me to be the kind of lover I try to be,
or let me die without ever knowing the feeling of fullness?
I still wait by the doogwood tree
where that pretty star stood still...
giving us another reason to stay longer
by the glimmering waters of the river!

This is a peaceful and wonderful night
hearing the invisible crickets share their delight;
I lie beneath the shadows of tall trees,
and make my wish for more dreams:
hoping to never feel this cold,
being fully loved and understood...

Consumed by incomprehension,
somehow swelling with pride,
and yet I rest amid the dreams of incompletion;
my restless spirit has wings to soar high,
but it needs the strongest wind to lift it up...
and make it float 'till it can't stop!

For You All (My Secret Sin)

For those of you whom say
I have to much hate in this heart
I don’t hate you with this guilty fever
But I don’t love you either
I don’t hate you with this guilty fever
But I don’t love you either
And yet they tell me things change
But when you look back on it
It all seems strange
Promised to return as one to the manger
Tiptoeing over cement splits
Trying to avoid danger
Reality just dealt you a stiff blow
When evil is near
Christians feel a drift in flow
This is the humor in life
Without stress being detrimental
There’s a little hate in the center of all of us
Being semi-sentimental
My life is portrayed on a conspicuous display
Go ahead and kiss if you may
Shooting for heaven
No way we can miss if we pray
Then again I’m likely to on this day
I was as peaceful and innocent as an old man
Stroking his beard
Just as his time neared

Acoustic Rose

If whom ever should take me out before I make my statement
Then Smile, for I am no longer here

I once was your angel submerged in sadness
I am now your rose meager and darkened

I am a chapter written
A sought after answer smitten

I speak when no other will listen
Because I know when it ends I beg upon the skies to glide low

You may kneel amongst the stairway to ask for me
You may journey through fire bitten smut to summon thee

Here I lie
After my flesh hours devour

Whisper if you will
For I now find myself at peace with songs

Below this casket of true lies
As a rose of absence I lay

	Smiles equal tears
	Ur Black Rose

The Murmur of this Poem

I would like you to listen, attentively
To the murmur of this poem, but
Ahh, it’s gone now, as if nothing happened
‘Cos, honestly, it wasn’t today’s morn

But last night, yes last night, before sleep

A heart, so gentle and pure
Like of winter rose in pristine December sky
I still remember, I think it was love
Ahh yes, the love you’d wish for---the murmur

Of this poem, flattered to its unknown grave

tome of days

And I’ll sail forever
My ocean of mischief
A sea of comfort
My hymn of peace
Love comes with in the drift
My heart tears from the rift
Life my burden to hold
Above my shoulders in lift

And I’ll sail forever
The moments
that flatter our cheeks
A child, A fleet
Of inspiring smiles
Our happiness our triumph
The displeasure in vows
My judgment in trials
An episode relaxed
Racing for miles

Who’s to tell me
I cannot sail
Toward which wind wanders
I am but a sun lit rise
Growing ale
Most prisoners ask for freedom
Letters of ordinary tales
Photographs and mail
But I think
I will forever sail

I thank you for your comments
I acknowledge them, I walk on
In search of wonders
Stress free, a place to belong
Don’t you wish you were home
I’m writing for pictures
An image clear
Yet no one sees
Then again who am I to be
I’m only running with the sea

Malevolence (Karma for Demons) (Angel of Sadness)

She’s coming for me
The things that I have said
Shh! I’m already dead
She’s coming for me
I’m laid back
But I spit like a demon possessed dragon
An angel colored in darkness
Drunken from life and staggering
What’s behind this kids eyes
The homeless shadow he carries alone
The story behind the songs
No I do not speak in tongues
To live a casual life is not to seek to be hung
There is no forgiveness for cursing your living
Consequences circle my thoughts
Shaded purple is my appearance for resisting the law
I can make my words seem of innocence
Or I can make my words keen of relevance
Two murders in Genesis
She’s coming for me
I lay down; I’m troubled in my peace
I wake up to visions of my flesh deceased
She’s coming for me
The things I’ve to often said
My souls coughing, seems I’m already dead
She’s coming for me

Life of A Writer (My Secret Sin)

Tear by tear, year to year
Day by day
Memories they all fade away
Tear by tear
Voices in my ears
Words may lay
Promises are all there’s left to say
I may wade through volcanic vaults
My peers never picture me painted at a hault
Jaded memories are tainted, lost and caught
A chance given to blow it
A new set of balls, just living to grow it
I’ll never faulter or kneel down to cry at the alter
Through adversity
It seems my surroundings curse at me
And even if I feel an emotional down
I couldn’t bare it in front of you
So much commotion
Just to share something as blunt as the truth
The withered bed our readers have made for us
Through every line, Scritch, scratch, or mixed up batch
They forever adore us
As if their thank you letters or
“Congratulations you put together a good poem,”
Could bore us
What’s worse than being beaten by tabloids?
Extension cords
Checks with giant letters that say “VOID”
Of course baring the voice of being a lord
For never having more than we could afford
Beef and battles
Is better than fagots on relief and saddles
The ocean is open and blue
But nature won’t let you paddle
And perhaps, we’ll die
And for us our peers will forget to say goodbye
Never to be remembered
When we reach those golden gates
Just pray that we are a member

Once Again

Although the icy winds blew,
Against my windowpane~
I searched the skies above
For the warmth of summer’s rain

The risen moon was full of love
Hovering o’er, the white-capped seas…
Yet, a tranquil feeling from up above
Captivated me, within sweet serenity…

Icy winds, blow if you must
For soon, you will cease~
As I do believe and trust
Yes, I shall feel the summer’s rains…

Falling ever so sweetly~
Upon my face, once again…

Preserving the floor

Winter is a time
For magic spells
From the snow that fell
To preserve the loam
That’s been entombed
And to defend the earth’s bed
For some they dread
The lack of warmth
Wintertime is a time of rest
Folding out natures vest
For enriching our tulips
The color of mint juleps
Wintertime is for natures
Eliminations
For the meek and wounded
That pass
Leaving behind the strong and bold
It is told
Winter is a time
Of darkness
With a hue of silver
On a seasonal journey
Of change

End Story (angel of sadness)

Don't let me end this life
Teardrops furnish my dreams as I sleep at night
Stress keeps a writer pasting his life
Blessed to weep, wasting his night
Look only to suspended glory
This is my end story
Awakened buried in depts of sand
Several enemies carrying a manless hand
Who can account for these muderous loyalties
As curteous as poverty spoiling me
I know I'm a loser
Riding passenger side in a best friends cruiser
My reflection through this glass lense ever so tiny
For death smurks at me
Holds me in thy grips as he lurks to see
A greater figure, who won't fall past the liquor
You can forgive me for my sins
Or you can kiss you wife and catch another nut
Should you rehearse my every motion before life begins
Then I shouldn't be another one of your brother's mutts
Your holy savior
I'm not asking you to forgive my behavior
I'm falling by a ratio of useless placeabeo
Oxygen molecules to my head
Toxic as swallowing cubes of lead
Your tears sooth the tears we shed
As mine would only move the dead
So don't let me end this life

Along the Road (angel of sadness)

Across Texas , up through southern Cal
When you don’t think you could journey another mile
Up and down these man made tiles
You know the end’s not far now
Darkness now your guiding light, beneath these stars
You’ve come a long ways now
Too far to settle for an average bar, you can’t rest now
In between these rest stops
Along with your adrenaline, the temperature drops
Now your exhaustion dims the city lights
You look beaten and worn
May the next random stranger pity your life
As loneliness settles into your night
The radio seems to whisper tunes of Motley Crew
Rest may never place its grace upon you
Yes you find this truth, but you can’t rest now
As you whimper into a hotel lobby
So tired, so weak, so determined to seek
As you stumble upon a vacant desk
You’ve lost all hope
But you don’t want to show that you’re an awakened mess
If you’ve rang that bell once, you’ve rang it twice
As you turn to presume your departure
Through these swaying doors
On a pallet, amongst the skies, there she hides
Fallen from the steps, into her arm, this old man lies
Across Texas , up through southern Cal
When you don’t think you can journey another mile

Spring Interlude

A breath
Of fresh air
It’s there
Can you feel it?
Resting
Amongst the atmosphere
A breath
Of fresh air
I will still provide
The sadness in tunes
The gloominess
Of days to come
But as of now
I’ll give you
A breath
Of fresh air
Liveliness
Amongst the atmosphere
Can you feel it?
It’s there

God's magic

To this day the skies have shown
Canadian geese returning, from where they have flown
Vertical
Defenseless white, standing with sheer delight
You’ve weathered the winter’s harsh touch
yet, your limbs still clutch..
To their beauty and expression
It’s without question

You tower above the
copper fields that bend and bow
Natures planting her seeds to sow
Her planning hand brings on the rain
that flourishes across the scattered plains

And so too, the mooring bird that’s moans his song
Arousing spring to create its emerald lawn
Far and wide they sprout and blossom
bringing way to the lazy possums.

That hardy sparrow that weaves its nest
Gathers straw, with things once laid to rest
Hear them singing their lovers’ tone
Such eternal mates that come to prune

Bumblebees may come out to search
to find new nectar, where they perch
Jumping from blossom to bud
scaring away the water rudd

Nature’s intentions are very clear
thank the Lord, for spring is here !

THAT SONG OUR LIPS SING

Peaceful and bright night
full of wanderous stars
catch us kissing...
feeling so lost
in the whispering pine trees;
and there's no shame in giving
ourselves to heartfelt joys to stimulate
sensations in our warm souls!

That song our lips sing
comes from the endless love we feel;
faithful woman...steal this childish heart,
longing for dreams never
dared to be sought!
That song our lips sing
was born yesterday,right here...
when loneliness suddenly
turned into happiness;
when we vowed never to fear
the unhappy and envious
faces of others!

Peaceful and bright night
full of wanderous stars...
fulfill our needs and desires,
because only night was made for love,
for people who never have enough to give:
like that song our lips sing!

Don't Mourn Me (My Secret Sin)

Dear world do not mourn me
I’m under the earth and still this world will turn me
So dear world don’t mourn me
I put my soul in a rhyme
Accepting the fact
That I’ll never grow old with time
After Sunday
We should expect to see things a lot different on Monday
Should we spend less time living
And more time thinking of tomorrow
That for which I do not have the answer
Would you borrow another’s sorrow
Just so you could live another day in horror
Saw Mtv’s Cribs
It’s kind of funny how these celebrity’s live
I guess if you got the money, why not
If you’re saved, then why go where it’s hot
So dear world don’t mourn me
Under the earth and still it turns me
So dear world do not mourn me
As promised from my father
He’d release sperm, run out, and not even bother
It doesn’t really bother me
I just need someone to blame if case becomes robbery
Sleeping on couches
Tempted thoughts of stealing money from pouches
How can I love this world
When it so often makes me hurl
Better yet, how can I tell the world to keep hope
When I’m about to lose it
Wanted water, got saliva
But I thank got for letting me choose his spit
So dear world do not mourn me
I’m under the world and still this earth will turn me
So dear world do not mourn me

Tears and Smiles (Angel of Sadness)

I shall watch
And I shall laugh
I shall hold my last breath before I die
And released it with smiles of one last gasp!
Once again in this solemn place we meet
Perhaps I came to bring the battle to our feet
Carry on with these memories of time
Presents of eternity
Perhaps I've been away for way to long
But I'm here to present a scenery through rhymes
Just maybe I could substitute my misery
In exchange for the essience of suffering internal
A cast I miss so dearly
Now in my moments of less truimph my enemies fear me
So open to a blind side
I kind of figured
That white chariot would be a kind ride
These heavenly possessions become demonic
Seems my obession
Has been plagued with something worse than bubonic
A ball and chain pronounced as life
I suddenly recall
A pain that accounts for living twice
Who knows the means of how this came to be
Still it's plain to see
That somehow your presence remains in me
Will I live To see my children make similiar mistakes?
It's a mystery indeed, But somehow I can see myself
Getting away with a small portion of fate
Things will never change
Yet I'm blessed and still living
Angels forever seem strange
Who would've guessed that this life was given
Still my presence is only here to retrieve a promise
In which we each believe
But no sooner was it granted it was stripped from us
So forgive us for our sins
Spare us our grace
As we open our eyes to witness the END
I shall watch
And I shall laugh
I shall hold my last breath before I die,
And released it with smiles of one last gasp!

When I'm Not Writing

By now, see.
You almost know me.

A shy type little man;
With pretty wife, as my avid fan.

I’ve 1, 2, 3 syllable count, rhymed name;
Thor, Nestor, or Ernesto; it’s the same.

More than a decade, never been home;
Before, I wandered by myself, and lived alone.

Alas, I found my other missing half;
Miraculously, I learned to share a laugh.

Now I write, from summer to fall;
Four magical seasons, I love them all.

I love you...three words thou, yet, it’s for y’all;
For relentlessly reading the pieces, of my soul---

Which, I offered to the Unseen;
To protect me, from wallowing in sin.

In return, he gave me a silver quill;
So that I won’t be tempted to praise evil.

Hey, if you don’t see me often,
Worry not, I’ll send you a kiss from heaven.

For I’m in the lord’s house, worshiping…
Hope you can come…and see me sing.

Oh yes, aside from working…
That’s what I do, when I’m not writing.

Wish, we’re together not just for today;
But, till last days end; so, I pray.

A new day

Awaken
For the day has begun
Drenched with kisses
From the sun
Filtering down from the heavens
Above
Glowing white
As the snow dove
Shining down like a majestic star
Shadowing down between the trees afar
Dancing and directing its warmth
To the floor
Where bees and birds search and bore
Natures in rhythm and moving sound
Winter departure has soften the ground
Bulbs are nurtured and raising above
The arrival of spring has given them a shove
Rivers are swollen and rushing with vigor
Brought on by the melting trigger
Creatures abound are eager to engender
Deer are munching new forage so tender
With such a new glorious time
It’s no wonder people are cheery
When the temperatures climb

Weary

A story changed
The past decides to rearrange
Writing days
A history estranged

Further gone
The novel sings a different song
To what belongs
And now the heart is wrong

The summers drain our weary minds
And every winter dies inside
And in the lies
We’ve nothing true to hide

A restless dream
The statues carved won’t let us breathe
When what we’ve seen
Is denied through darkest means

The falls will prey on all our love
And in the spring we’re stuck with the above
So much blood
All because the memories flood

The silent season

Lay apon the cold dark night
Broken branches and scattered stones
Feel the winter creeping into your bones
Wrapped in decayed leaves
Scented pine billowing
And retrieved
Over my shoulder I see the signs
For the weary take flight
For it shall soon be night
And when the new day has began
The black bird will scream
Piercing like a beam
In hasten the clouds did bring
The wind
Whirling at your side like a weapon
Arching all in its wake
Take cover now and feel no more pain
For when this is done you'll feel the rain
Washing away
Wearing away
For all to see, the damage that has fallen onto to thee
Wake from under this season
The onset of sunlight and reason
Bare branches on your window
Tapping ever so lightly
As I lay there still

THE ROAR OF A DEPARTING AIRPLANE

Like the dreams in your daily horoscope
that come alive within the pages of an astrology' book...
written by someone who reads into the distant stars:
the roar of a departing airplane, disappearing into clouds,
is your crude awakening to reality...
finding everything else, but me!

I booked my flight in a hurry last night,
everything we  secretly shared lost its sense of delight;
I shouldn't remember when the times
when I came to you and brought you roses!

Like all the words that sound too sweet,
I let them go inside me so true and deep;
another destination, another lonely city...
where I'll settle down and face a clueless destiny!
There I'll find more women easy to love,
making no demands, pretenting to give;
in their arms, with skin smelling of perfume,
I'll dream of you...when those roses bloom!

Nothing can keep me here,
even pity can't move me;
we started a passion full of flames,
forgetting about our tender ways!
Everything seemed everlasting...
never thinking of a sad ending!

The loud road of a departing airplane
shouts off the sound of this voice;
I ask for forgiveness with my tears,
but you can't be found anywhere!

Daytime Rain

What time of day it is I do not know
Except that like some fish doped out of the deep water
I've bobbed up bolly wise from stream of sleep
It is drumming hard here and I suppose everyhere
Dropping with insistent ardour upon our roof thatch and shed
And thro' sheaves slits open
To thunder and lightening
So,lets roll over on our back
And settle to the sleep of the innocent and free.

Through It All (My Secret Sin)

Through the sand,
Through the fog, I got your hand
Through the sand
And through the fog, I have your hand
I claim to be a man
Yet in reality, I pray you grasp my hand
Hit a bump and stumble
Rely on triumph to stand humble
Days before nights
Nights after days, I firmly crumble
Through the blood, we wade through mud
Paddle through love
And shiver up after warm hugs
Most poets write about fallen leaves
And disassembled trees
At times friendships resemble fees
A lot of us write, but I’m like, okay
Pass the tragedies, what more can I say
From the caskets to the empty baskets
Why, How come
Why so many ask it
Winter is shrugs, Summer is hugs
And I guess Autumn is lonely doves
Scream and shout
However, you are forgiven for the profanity
 That leaks toward your mouth
This person you see
Until the end is who I’mma be
Palm to palm
Be there for me until the storm is calmed
Deliver my pain and as it reigns
Grip my hand
Through the sand, through the fog
I got your hand

Short Story (Angel of Sadness)

I’ve put everything I have in a final attempt
A simple procedure, from which I seem to be exempt
I want to love, I want to touch, I so want to feel
But with my every emotion dwelling on the past
It seems I’ll be held until your serpent comes for his final meal
A few loved ones, A few friends
Above our sun, I ask for a glorious end
I guess I’m praying for hell, one last victorious sin
I often question myself, Is that all that matters
I’ll share with you, the smiles, the tears, oh the laughter
I’ve been running from everyone else’s testimony
Yet I find myself shaping my own
So cunning, severely less than lonely
No use in escaping, when it’s over, I’ll be gone
But no worries for death will be my final journey alone
Apathy forever slapping me
Yes I’m troubled, and I know every person has their issues
How can I be a better man
When I couldn’t forget, forgive, or care to miss you
And when this song is over
No longer will your tribulations belong on these shoulders
I’m shrugging them now, carry your problems yourself
Even when my darkness dims, I’ll forever adore what’s left
Because I am alive, tomorrow I’ll be gone
My own words, a short story of this individual’s life
At any moment, I feel you’re alone; I’ll give you this song
Because I am alive, and tomorrow we’ll be gone

Walls of Berlin (Angel of Sadness)

Will I grieve you, only if you grieve me
Said you couldn’t rest
So I lay in this casket with you
A bouquet in a basket, why risk the truth
Delusional I may be
A happy ending, a sympathetic conclusion
Is something we’d pay to see
Cross your arms and lay with me
The aspects it’s okay to be
You or me, whom shall we grieve
There are certain things I need from you
Like we feed
There are pertinent things I need you to do
As we grow to be adults
We simply do what needs to be done
Across from the morgue
Smiling faces soaked in with the sun
Outside these walls of Berlin
Suited individuals call for her sins
Will you grieve me, only if I grieve you
Through the many hours of this day
Tragic circumstances flower our May
In a declining sun set it reflects from my window pane
A metaphor of my life lived in feign
As if I demand that you be my friend
Take this childs hand to the end
Down those spiral steps
Admire the depths of a single breath
Your or me, whom shall we grieve?
A mother dropped her bags to comfort her daughter
On and on through the years she brought her
These missing links of murder
Kissing a stench never before heard of
Full of bars, cool as scars
Precious jewels of mars
Like I lost my tongue
I’ll start a thousand wars
For I will not be forgotten!!!

The Night Whisperer

I laid my heart
against the brightness of this board that is my
computer. I have

enough energy, time and
space to unlock the typos of my
aged mind. But again, I hear

the scraggy stilettos whoosh above my head,
pirouetting for a step that can juggle with my
sigh. Typing my next emotion, these skeeters--

torturers of my lushness would turn to each other
and talk (though I forbade them) that my typing is
slow and not been that easy. So, I put impatiently

the weightless hands of hour ‘tween us. And after, I
have collected their remains from cold floor, I realize
my wife’s watching me from a mystic island of sleep.

Merchant

Hold on to yourselves
It’s going to be a long one

I forgive you but I do not
Remember me
Or have you forgotten
I am the soul of Martha Carrier
I am the cold amongst un-forgiven barriers
If life were as smooth as fairytales
I’d lust with Arial

Young Goodman Brown
Trust is often dreamt upon
But never truly found
Marry me not
For Religion is often a foolish sound
I am the trust that never funds
The river that seas beyond and will never bond
I am the tissue that forever mends our scars visible
I am the light that shines only in hopes that my shadow may dim

I am, I am, Sam, I am not
Though my summers shall hoist the founding days
Oh I am
I am an artist amongst poets severely recognized
I am the misery, the matter that pours from within your eyes
I am the cake, the plate,
The smile which your child exhibits on common days
I am the Shakespeare within in lyrics
The only god to bring about tragedies to treasure
With out the theatre in play

The hollow that sleeps not to wish nor weep upon tomorrow
I am the founder of nothing
The whereabouts of that slave in Sounder
Who found more than nothing
Will you remind me when my days have finally dissolved?
Upon my graven lay I may receive but random applauds

I am the love you lost
The dove
Your lost savior
Stricken upon a cross
Get over yourself world
My cape
My suede
My vengeance
Receive my blade
Farewell love
All is well

The art of nature

Nature’s uses chromatic tones in her pallet scheme
She blends them well it seems
Rich browns to dust her grounds
Sapphire blue above in orb
Running clear where water is absorbed
Perhaps the hue of silver now and then
As the color of the house wren
Swirls of brunt amber brushed on limbs
Maybe some yellowish brown on the trims
Wonderful jade and olive green
The great makings of a garden scene
Yes nature knows what colors work best
That’s why she paints red on a robin’s breast
Then in autumn her colors are vivid and handsome
The surrounding feeling is high and gleesome
Crimson and orange peel
All her colors have great eye appeal
A dab of yellow and hint of light green
Make fall truly an artist dream
I say nature is a teacher of sorts
Because even in the ground she has colored quartz
Nature uses chromatic tones in her pallet scheme
And all of them are a earthy theme

Tomorrow (Angel of Sadness)

Don’t let me see tomorrow
Die; drown another victim of yesterdays sorrow
So please don’t let me see tomorrow
My lovely world
I cannot take much more of this horror
So I beg of you
Do not let me see tomorrow
To live is suicide
Happiness
Nothing more than another thorn true to my thigh
Controversy and senseless drama
Seems to never hurt me
I make it hell for any individual to verse me
Condense less as thunder
Your love our smile, my weakest point
Above my sadness
A child whom seekest what we don’t
And even if there is no heaven above me
Perhaps several days of grace will hug me
As my adversaries wash their faces in the disaster I see
Miles of redemption lace as death casually chases after me
Judge me
And you’re another gospel lain, slain in a white chariot
Even in the mist of darkness
Like a ghost she came plain as a stain
As your wife she’d bare it all begging for pleasure
Beneath her trials
Temptation buried a lustful treasure
Orgasms vary in a trustful measure

Finale, the (angel of sadness)

My destiny to be the only child breathing
From my journey, suffering is what every smiile is recieving
I don't know how to lose
I challenge any ill fate that rendevous my cruise
In an odd relevence to my descend
No god selling chants has innocence
Given to this world, I was born an orphan
How else could one explain this life's torn portion
My mother, a casualty of being raped
Social security so I guess there's no concern for abortion
As if the heavens might mourn my torture
We've got seasons to premere
For now my finale is near
Tears, signs of happiness, no other reason we're here
As for now, my finale is here
Seems I've been enduring cautious steps
My readers look for another line
But exhaustion wares on my breath
My decision at a young age to survive
My chances to prevail
Exempt from what ever hardships my doom precribes
Perhaps we are only men
Maybe we'll find peace in the end
We've got seasons to premere
For now my finale nears
Tears, signs of happines, no other reason we're here
As for now my finale is near

I Wish

I wish you didn't go away,
I wish you were here with me.

I wish I could see your smile again,
I wish I could be with you.

I wish you knew, what you mean to me,
I wish you knew, my thoughts of you.

I wish you knew, the tears I shed,
I wish you knew my pain.

I wish you understood, my reason for goodbye,
I wish you knew my love for you.

I wish you would remember the good times and tears,
I wish I could lock them all away.

I wish I could destroy these wishes,
I wish I could let you go and not remember you.

I wish you were known of GOD,
I wish you knew His love.

I wish you knew the difference between light and dark,
I wish you understood the reason were apart.

I wish to always hope and pray,
I wish that today, Jesus, your saviour will be!

Vernal

I rejoice the awaking of spring
How it enchants my ears
 To hear the birds sing
New beginnings
Sparrows picking up string
Building their nests
Here come more guests
Eating at my feeder
Poking at the cedar
Jade can be seen far and wide
Cheery moods that can’t be denied
Lawns so lush
Gallantly to a blush
To watch the blossoms burst
Into colors of soft pink
Overthrowing my eagerness
And blink
Warm sun drenching down
Tulips dancing proudly with there crowns
Open
Enveloping the borders so grand
I rejoice in the awaking of spring
And all the new life it brings

Favoured by the Winter

My chain of thought is cloaked in wisdom
As I breathe a world of ice
So shiny but without decision
Refracting light starts to entice

I let the flow consume me
I let my consciousness evolve
Far beyond my comprehension
My icy form starts to dissolve

Underneath the winter
I find the concrete earth
A shape misplaced by every season
The towering walls confuse my worth

I break into the statue
Of the thing that I’ve become
I see another empty dispute
There’s only one more statue that hides the sun

My anger turns to fire
I burn the towers of my pride
And as I settle what became me
I let the summer burn the things I hide

I wake into the winter
Cold without a cloak
But the ice presents me with its favour
This is the place where I find hope

Upon Darkness

When the wind blows
Trees, they whistle
Shadows, mysteriously flow
Fallen leaves bristle
Upon the darkness
As ghost we tiptoe

Upon these enchanted nights
I dream upon disasters
As beautiful as Titanic in the Atlantic lights
As common individuals
I am summoned to be what you refer to as secular
Still I find myself doing good deeds
Trying to unburden my karma
Remains of a poverty pushing father
Flirting with whomever’s open arms I may bother
Telling me
I no longer have the spark
I’m confused, I’m puzzled
I consider myself the heart of the ark

Catch the rain

These days must come
Late winter rains
Foggy misty plains
Cold droplets falling from afar
Puddles between the grass and tar
Dampness that reaches into your bones
Before me the moss covered stones
Their tale, their story
Brought from the quarry
Lazily creeping changes
In our space in time
But, in a lifetime-
 of nature
Quite smooth, changes
And now too, will come the strangers
that tucked themselves behind their shades
During those long gray days
Awaken from the daze
Ready to spout
For now the quiet will pass
As there voices will surpass
Their loud rumbling lawn mowers
and those ever so annoying leaf blowers
So we shall endure these soggy days
And raise

As I think Of It

My poem, as I think of it,
I am taken to solitude of happiness,
Where the bitter memory of yesteryears
Disappears, without traces.

I am delivered in spirits
From hell of anxieties to an exotic paradise
Of hope, where it is me and my poem
Alone for a moment.

There’s rhyming sonnet, and beautiful verses
Even a haiku, too, you’ll see as you gently peek
Thru my soul, fed by the reflection ripples of the sea
With placid water so warm and really blue. I sigh.

The magical seasons of pink summer night,
Of white winter noon,
Of golden fall day,
Of bright-green of early morn. I breathe.

Sweet caress from the rhyming sea
As I look deeper into my heart,
A poem, sweet as me as I whisper to you
My life, not of yesterday, but of today.

The Days We Live (angel of sadness)

As if there was a breeze behind closed doors
The blinds and curtains sway
Like it was time you were seeking
As you ran after your blinded wife with nothing to say
As you sit and you drive
An acquaintance of life sits at the nearest stop sign
Adoring the fact that you actually think you are alive
And these are the days we live
To whom do you fear
Which crush are you near
When your voice is the most unclear
When your truest anger becomes sincere
When dusk falls to silence
Yet you wonder who else is here
These are the reasons we strive
Remember the days of our lives
As lies became truthful cries
To accompany you through hell
This stranger abrutely tries
You only acknowledge that I mutely lied
It’s all past tense, fall and ask for hints
As briefly as my last comment
My only incomplete task to
Visualize life and palm it
Through a few calm fits
And before I say goodbye
I give you the days of my life
