The Problems Solved

The Problem’s Solved

A baboon by his very nature
Urinates in only one spot
He leaves a scent
Right where he went
And that scent to him is hot
If he’s gone from Bulawayo
Fifty miles or more
He’ll return to Bulawayo
When his bladder he must pour
Now an enterprising chemist
In Bulawayo town
Thought maybe baboon urine
Would make her man stay around
Mixing baboon urine and soil
She forms a little cake
Sells it to other women
And boy the dough she makes
She tells Zimbabwe women
To rub it you know where
And once their man has smelled it
He will always come back there
Her stall’s at the city toilets
At the Bulawayo bus depot
An average day is thirty cakes
To women on the go
To women with man troubles
With husbands that tend to stray
She says with baboon urine
That tend will go away
Although the smell is pungent
Zimbabwe women swear
That once a man has dipped his rod
His rod will go just there
There is no scientific proof
These cakes will do the trick
And if you’d ask your Uncle Mike
He’d say “the lady’s sick”
But never one to interfere
If not personally involved
If the he and she both think it works
Then I guess the problem’s solved

I Do

Admist the rocky mountains
And the natural springs
Comes a better place I remembered things

under this lamp post is where
you first asked me to take
your hand in marriage

I remember you down on
one knee and the snow was
just starting to fall

You looked like a little lost puppy
looking for a way to speak I
took your hand and said yes

That was over twenty years ago
And to this date we still come back
to the Springs of Colorado and say I Do

The Sun

The sun, moon and the stars come together for us.
My family encompasses the universe through my eyes.
The sun is my first born.
The moon is the light that shines brightly from my lovers embrace.
The stars gather in a planetary alignment which is our love.
The sun rises and falls each day.
The moon casts a glow over the city at night.
The stars dance in the midnight sky.
The sun, moon and the stars come together for us.

Modern Moon Miss ...

A Mellow, Intoxicant – Moon-Shine
Out of This World – But Orbit’s in Line
Controls The Lunacy- Longing, Just Fine
Heard Howls At The Moon? … It Was Mine…

Not a Lunatic – But Lipse’ – Scientific … Sometime
Like a Space-Kitten, Who just wants to Climb
And Prowl 9 (?) Milky Way Planets, in One Lifetime… Not Nine
And Purr in Milky Moonlight… On My Spine

My Soul is all Aglow… You’re in My sight
And Even, My DarkSide… is Searching Mister… Right ?
I’m and Emotive, Aspiring, Silhouette-Shone, Light
Full … of Faith, Formulas and Moon Flint-Rocks, Bright

So, I’m Not Crazy… But I, Phase… A- R o u n d – Sense
… at Least, to Your Grounded, Male-Ego Logistics
yet, I’m Glad, You Still Try To Reach The Moon…
… but Maybe, I’ll Beam “You” Up Scotty !… Soon

… So, Brace Yourself… I Can Bring The Bravado
Pace Yourself… We, Got A Long Way To Grow
Race Yourself… Flash Your Flag… Fly and Follow
Raise Your Rocketship-Ride… Ready … Set … Go !

… ‘Cause Modern Moon Miss… Miss Ya’… You Know…

The Keeper

I was washed ashore with Mountains looking over me and I could hear roaring Seas.
The sand covered me and my toes curled with sand dollars by the dozens.
I saw dolphins gaming and fish were everywhere, I even met their distant cousins.
The Sun was shining down on me and the Moon was jealous but the clouds gave way.

And I looked up to see the Stars shining and they told me it’s a most perfect day.
Salted lips and these palms fanned, I knew right then I was meant to be.
I stood alone at the shore and blue skies fled taking notice of little old me.
I was touched and moved balancing these visions I began to breathe.

I thought I was by myself, but I wasn’t, not this time.
Looking up I say leave me alone, be gone I’m on my own.
Looking down I am amazed at how truly this is so sublime.
You are the keeper of my secrets and I am of all the unknown.

Shining down upon me you are always standing right there,
Here I shall share myself with you and then I will begin to care.

The Dream Portal

The Dream Portal
The Dream Portal
It was a fancy building very large several stories tall an old mansion
Very similar to something from my past perhaps a large wooden plantation
house where many slaves were quartered after the rich white folks died.
It could even have been a ranch house from the days of yesteryear when Long
John Silverman the Lonesome Stranger lived. The lady whom eye love was in a
costume dress and ewe found a matching hat like ladies use both purple dyed in
woolen splendor the facade of the structure of the place was painted puce and
purple peeling from abuse of years in westward weathered SUN shining from
the desert EAST. It was she descending spiral staircases
Admired at by the many puerile longings of the man who loves her still?
Resplendent in her glory long legs move slowly incased in purple dress where
soon she met the GHOST of friendship past a man she knew while he was yet
living looking for the day of funeral. He was searching for the memorial that most
men crave they want remembrances. This story is a true version though the
name of the ewe is kept a heart secret. This was ewe dream a portal if ewe will it
came to be told by me through longing olde.

The circus

The circus
The circus came to town and a man was at his window he began to frown not
wanting to turn now from his window not wanting wife to be a widow WHAT
WHAT WHAT extraordinary animals he began to form his plan to make the wife
and his best man departed from their company
THE ZOO THE ZOO THE ZOO he cried AHA AHA AHA he sighed
He phoned in haste his phone in hand he ran he ran he ran to town to find his
man and widow there
The tommy gun is in the trunk of the elephant he gleefully erected his own stuff
and once his plan came fruiting forth he planned his own demise of course
His worthwhile pride begin the speech to screech to screech to screech
Impediments of leaking gas of argon gone from holders hand
My woman and my best man turn on hours of my loneliness
Phone call one is to my ex she never guesses just who this is
She has so many bows and suits she has splendid shoes
Phone call two is tommy boy my best friend lies
He lays in justice on my life he lays in naked tresses near my wife
OH trounce the elephant with glee
Oh shoot the tommy snout at thee
My tommy boy is dead from lead coming from my shooting gun
My lady wife is fresher than the tommy gun leaded breaded death
Eye missed her.

Many Lights

There are many kinds of light in the world,
But my light outshines every one.
Even the full moon among the stars
Can only reflect me; I am the sun.
