Trumpet of God

There stands a great prince
with a sound both bright and dark
with high clarity

Majestic music
warm and rich that pleases God
a sound all will hear

Roar of great power
the volume and resonance
from thousands of miles

For we shall be changed
a scream heard by all sea shores
the dead shall arise

Wise shall hear the sound
many shall shine bright as stars
some will cry out loud

The transformation
sounds of perfect harmony
the trumpet of God

Dyaus' Rainbow Palette

Hues and crests from God

   Both a promise, and blessing-

       Only seen in spring.

Striking features true

  In minds of religious view-

        Punish the wicked.

Noah, only knew

   Covenant, words from his lips-

      Spoke to all beings.

All animals joined

With some of Noah's own kin-

      Is that not a sin?

My view subjective
   *Dyaus' palette effective-

     Poet's perspective.

 * Dyaus- A god of the sky

An aphorism about religion

Many of us search in religion a point of reference that is a spiritual course that direct all of our life. As if we were going on a road and on this we would find at a certain moment at an intersection therefore we do not know which is the right road but the only certainty that we have is that where we are now is not where we want to arrive so it be necessary that we choose one and we direct on this.

Jesus, you are God,

your resurrection
allows me to live through you,

I deserve your scorn,

How can we be saved?
-Confess our sin and believe,

Your breath enters into me
making my heart beat.

To Philadelphia, Revelation 3: 7-13

This is 'His' letter,
to the Philadelphians,
and the angel there:

"The words of the one,
who is both holy and true.
I know all your works.

I hold David's key
and I have opened a door
which no one can shut

Your might may be small,
yet you haven't denied me.
You have kept my word.

I will bend their knees,
those who lie about their faith,
the church of Satan.

The wicked will learn
that it is you who I love
while down at your feet.

Patient endurance
this is my word you have kept
so you will be spared

You won't stand trial
unlike those who dwell on earth
when I come again.

I am coming soon.
Hold fast to the crown you have,
so no one may seize

The one who conquers,
will become like a pillar
within God's temple.

I will write three names
The name of God. My own name.
New Jerusalem.

He who has an ear
let him hear the Spirit speak
unto the churches.

Crying Out - 1

Weighty sins grab me;
Crippling me from what I seek:
Close proximity.

On my own I fail,
without any scrap of worth.
I'm self defeating.

I scream out to you
with rage that strips my voice bare,
hoping that you hear.

There is no reply,
as if you abandoned me
to rot in my state.

Be swift to save me.
Be ready to lift me up.
Be quick to forgive.

I still feel the pain,
and hot anger tow-ard you,
though you are my health.

Replace my raw filth
that devastates every word,
keeping me from you.

Please don't hesitate
by delaying my rescue
because of my pride.

Your grace is life's breath.
Without it I suffocate
with it I'm sustained

Please answer my prayers
and forgive me of my sins.
Have me feel your love.

My shadows

I sit in darkness.
I feel that you won't provide,
as if you left me.

I call out to you
as I would ask my own dad,
but you don't respond.

You said of fathers:
"They don't spurn, but give good gifts."
but I feel left out.

There must be a fault.
Though, it lies with me, not you.
You, God, do not fail.

I don't understand
Help me to hear in silence
to see through shadows.

When I am in pain
have the spa-sms not distract
and heal me within.

Your love is steadfast
despite my failure to feel.
Please, Jesus, bless me.

Note on this haiku:
dharma: right way; To a monk saving one is dharma, to a scorpion act of stinging is dharma. They both are right. So monk laughs.

His legs tremble,
Standing: over the-mound of dust,
He does not see the past left behind
And strives to extinguish the brightly burning star Forgetting,
that nearby A blue island floats in tears.
And a lingering restlessness sweeps past him.
He parries the questions of the present Pricking him intermittently
Not seeing with the eyes
The glowing cinder under ashes
The tide is cheated by the foaming sea Which drowns it
And wandering in the forlorn cremation ground He is haunted by the shrieks Of his bedeviled soul
A formless shadow knocks at his dormant mind.
Nothing awakes but anguish Crushing the weary breath, He gasps and fumbles
With the rising crescendo of
the inner agony, Which pricks him
And is irredeemably absorbed in the body,
The wound remains green And on the lighted pyre not the body,
The bruised conscience burns.

Did He Mess Up A Nonconformist Haiku

Did He Mess Up? (A Nonconformist Haiku)

'Did God mess up? '

The first Zen teacher knocked my head

with a wise ruler, indicating

there is no God, there are no words in Zen.

'Did God mess up? ' I asked again.

The second Zen teacher pinched my arm,

advising me to drop the hyperactive mind

and meditate quietly.

'Did God mess up? ' I shouted.

The other Zen teachers and students

glared at me, shaking their heads,

saying I'm incorrigible,

a hopeless want-to-be theologian

not fated to taste Zen.

Yes, I couldn't understand.

Why so many children were buried alive

in that earthquake in 2008

and more pictures of surviving children

who have become orphans

whose arms or legs need to be amputated

in order to save them?

Is Zen telling me there is no God, no divine Source?

Is Zen telling me the Creator or deities were indifferent

or powerless to help? I keep asking...

In the middle of the night, two years ago in 2012,

after I have been asking that question

'Did God mess up? ' for more than 30 years,

a stream of Words came:

'I need to bite the bullet, once and for all

on a cosmic scale, to manifest

that quality of 'moral resolve',

those flames-forged courage, sacrifice and faith

in an invisible Source.

These crucial elements of a higher Godhood

cannot be created in My timeless realm.

My Spirit was suffering together with all those victims

and children. Like their conscientious ancestors,

they have contributed to the attainment of a higher Godhood.

They have not suffered in vain.'
