You and I

I find you at the gateway to life
the center of my world
patiently waiting for me to ripen

You make all the storms seem safer
your maturity grounds me
to that place where my age is nothing

The one piece of fruit you crave
you are my sunshine and my rain
you are the clouds full of mystery

You are all past, my history
and here in these days
I find life from you at my own gateway
forever gratefully

Standing out in a field alone, a little white flower named Daisy longed for someone to share her world.
One day a blue flower named Bachelor Button entered her world they became friends.
She knew by his name that he was not the propagating kind, but that didn’t stop their relationship she called him BB short for best bud.
The seasons of Spring & Summer they enjoyed the sun, laughed in the rain and held on fast in the Fall.
Winter came it was long and hard they were both covered in a blanket of snow, not knowing whether they would ever see each other again or even survive .The snow fell then came the ice, this went on for months.

The Sun shone brightly the first day of spring. A few days later warmth of the sun melted the snow, Daisy popped up .
I’ve been waiting days for you to come out, said BB, they both chanted hooray!
The snow was completely gone in a few days, the birds started building their nests , bugs were crawling around ,butterflies began to visit the two flowers. I wish there were more of us Daisy said, to BB.

They laughed as the sun and wind blew through their leaves. Then it started the sun and rain took turns until one morning the air & field was filled with the smell of flowers.
Daisy and BB looked at each other and asked what kind of flowers are these ? they’re not white like daisies they’re not blue like bachelor buttons. They did not know the birds and bugs carried the seeds from the two of them and the caterpillars buried them under the soil.
The seeds from the new flowers were then carried by the winds many miles away, they landed in fertilized gardens and flourished, although they faced danger everyday.
as they were called WEEDS ..
The Gardener pulls weeds out of the garden so they don’t choke the flowers, which cost a lot of money and require lots of maintenance.

However there was a Gardener who saw her friends spending hours weeding their garden , that they didn’t have enough time to admire and enjoy the labors of their love
So she set out to give a home to all the weeds ,she provided a place where they could fit in and multiply, they required no maintenance, rain provides their water .

The best part of all is their beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Ask my granddaughter-- What are those flowers in the garden ?
She will answer "WILDFLOWERS " their parents were Daisy and BB

Love Against Time

Why do I let my love for you control the way that I feel?
Something sentimental, that only time can heal.
Leading me one way and pulling me to the next.
I'm losing my patience.
Is this some type of test?

Our relationship, friendship,
whatever you want to call it.
Is spitting back at me, like a child's vomit.

Is it games that we're playing?
Because I have the cheat codes.
No more wondering or what if's,
I just have to know.

Cause we can no longer sit back
and let time pass us by.
It's either we take chances now,
or give it all to life.

The Ghost I Knew

Can I catch you
Can you stay?
Forests at wood
There we play
A gentle hand
That fixed the dress
Brushing tears back
Saving stress
I can not bare
The oaken wave
Only memories
Can I save
I miss your hair
And what it covered
More than a mind
God knows I loved her
The ghost I knew
She rests away
I can not catch you
You can not stay.

Side By Side

Oh it's a beautiful night!
The moon is full
And the stars are glowing
While the trees, with Earth's cool summer breeze
Start slowly blowing...

A campfire's flames are burning so bright
While a young couple holds each other tight
Warming their hearts, as these two lovers embrace
Traveling together, through time and space
Oh how tonight, with their love, they won't hide
Two lovers forever, Side By Side

Under the stars, both of them lay
They've been together, happy, all night and all day
Holding each other, a sweet caress
While green grass stains her pretty white dress
But no words, to each other, do they say
Happy just sitting Side By Side, knowing no other way

Gazing up at the stars
Breathing in the night
Them together with nature
A beautiful sight

All the years they've both struggled
And how they cried
Has led them here tonight
It matters not now
As they'll lie here forever, Side By Side

This was a simple stress reliever

Kiara Lebel

Why do you need to go
Why do you need to leave and let me go
Let us go
Tear us apart
All the fights and all the marks wasn't worth it?
You don't love me then you don't love us and you don't love yourself
I’m not crazy I’m just in love
I’m deeper than the average person and I realize what I can do
I might kill for you or even worse, myself
This is a problem for my health
You promised forever with no hesitation and left even quicker
Who am I to you? Nothing anymore
Because these girls are what you need
You crave attention that is not good enough for me, you crave it so much and don’t even realize how bad you really have it
But what gets me is that you're not lost without me
2 years and you're not lost without me
I should've known from the beginning when you left

I should've known......... I should've known.......

And I did know, I was just so blind
And now I’m dead inside and you don't care
So what do you have now, grace and glory?
Or embodiment and misery

I’m dead now......... I should've known.........

You never saw her dreams,
The way she wished it was cut clean
The nights she longed for truth,
And any sort of proof.

So she sits and has this debate,
Whether in the end she'll love or hate?
And as she thought and thought,
Her heart by pain was wrought.

Until arrived that faithful day,
Where she gained the courage to finally say,
"I missed your silly crazy plays
Even early as the months of may."

She thought perhaps she'd long again,
Instead the healing of a heart began.
Those words had set her free,
Left her willing to believe.

That even without that gentle kiss,
Or the sweetest touch she dearly missed.
Her life would once again be bliss.

Which Way

June 21, 2013

We've been floating through the years
Just you and me my dear
Without a worry on our minds
Or a watch to keep the time

Which way will you go
Which way will you go
If you take the road less traveled
You're much less likely to unravel

Where have you gone
I can't seem to find you anywhere but here
Right by my side where you belong
Holding hands and singing songs

Of a time long gone
When the long forgotten speak
Their minds
And we let ours go in time

Which way will you go
Which way will you go
If you take the road less traveled
You're much less likely to unravel

How will you answer
My love
Will you trust in your beloved
Or look to the stars above

As the days roll by
I wonder why
Which will
Which will you try

                                            ~TIMELESS LOVE~

                                   ~ A LONG VERSE POEM IN RHYME~

Two strangers meet.
Just a chance encounter?

For both; love at first sight.
Passion, marriage, father and mother!

Time stood still on that special day.
Each one found the meaning of life!

Both were the missing halves of themselves!
A desired completeness; now husband and wife!

As they grew old.
Both are still in awe!

It’s as though.
They have somehow met before?!

That first view of each other.
Was an instant familiarity!

It was their destined fate!
Two separates again find singularity!

One would begin to speak.
The other finishes that thought!

There is so much in common.
Each is what their souls sought!

Holding on tight towards the end.
In old age both remember that special day.

It’s as if each searched for the other.
And something showed them the way!

Wrinkles and lines formed of years gone by.
Fade and one soon becomes a widow.

All seen now just the young beauty.
Everything else is but a shadow!

Was it a chance encounter?!
Never! It was meant to be!

Both engraved their initials.
In the heart of an apple tree!

It was not just two strangers.
On a free range out for a pluck.

They were lead there.
Unseen forces make ones luck!!

The image of that day.
Stayed in their minds, heart, and soul.

It was not just apples.
Each put into their lives bowl!

That memory stayed with both.
Until the sweet bitter end!

In reality it was a signal.
An afterlife message each would send!

One day a man is out for a stroll.
A woman is too.

Separately each sees the sign.
And instantly knew what to do!

“Free Range Apple Orchard.”
Is what the sign read.

“Why free range?”
Both loudly said!

“I’m sorry if I spoke out of turn.”
“It’s OK we were thinking alike!”

In response the farmer says.
“Free range answers the questions for your hike!”

“People roam and search.”
“For something and especially someone.”

“They know is waiting for them.”
“Please go out, pick together and have fun!”

They both look and leave.
“It’s a bit muddy; please take my hand.”

As palms touched it was electrifying!
In that moment each came to understand!

There is something so familiar.
What could it be?

The heavens opened up!
They found cover under a special tree!

They talk and share of lives.
Each one's soul; a mirrored glass!

A kiss then eagerly ensues.
Waiting for the rain to pass.

It was a whirlwind of passion.
Words spoken; and feelings from its touch!

They slowly break their embrace.
Locked eyes reflect what’s desired much.

They hold onto each other.
Then step back in amazement.

“Would you believe I saw the same thing?”
“Yes it was also carved onto my pavement!”

“Are you for real; as kids?”
“We grew up miles apart!”

“But those are our initials.”
“Engraved right here 100 years apart?!”

Could that really be us?!
They screamed and would shout!

“Let’s take a chance, please?”
“We owe it to ourselves to find out!”

"We may be those two born again.
"To find each other and love once more!"

"Death;then a new body!"
"We are looped in the soul-mates revolving door!"

“Mutual tears say you complete me.”
“I have found my heart's other glove.”

This my wish for you dear friends.
May we all be blessed with ... ~Timeless Love!~

That Glance...
As Bright as a purely shined on diamond.
As relieving a daily nap.
As true as the sky above our heads. ..
Just truly unforgettable.
 This glance bursts with uniqueness.
More valuable than a pearl...
The smile, warm and Attention catching.
Maybe not the Attention of a massive crowd.
 But a Girl.
Whose feelings cannot be described with words...
She may only hope and dream...
Hope to get a chance a bit of luck,
To see this gaze and this smile by her eyes again.
This girl, keeps this memory playing as
Wonderfully as birds tweeting,
As well as amazing fall of a Water fall,
 She has fallen, fallen hardly.
Though this smile and this
Gaze may only been seen by her once.
She hopes that somewhere this gaze and this
Smile views its self. .. And makes
Someone’s day... A good day

my last star

My love for you is great
My love for you is real
My love for you is a greater love
Than Romeo and Juliet

You’ve had my love for a year
You’ve had my heart for longer
You’ve had my days
You’ve had my nights

You’ve taken me away
To a place I never knew
A place where I want to be
A place where we’ll grow
Like flowers in spring

My love is for you
My love is real
My love will last
Until the stars aren’t seen....

first love

Everything Glance
takes you
Is the first love
the moon
 the sun
 the stars
 This planet earth
 who maintains feeding
and the poetry of Neruda nourish feeds
  Me For example

Their blue sea Quiet and angry
 The dry volcanoes
Part of the Glance
Of the first love In places
Love contains many drops
That has formed continents
Islands and are land of tombs
 Of my ancestors
 In interminable cemeteries
 in the world
My friends the universal poets

My father
My better friends the books
 The first letters
 The first one
To spelling of the word love
 Poems drops of rain
 The verses of the captain
 The first tears
The first shout of the new born
The cut navel in the belly Of the mother
 Nature the natural engenders
 In the Galapagos
The first passages of the humanity
 In this planet
The first step of human kind
 Looking for fire
Are the first passages of the definition?
 of love

All this I take me
I saw you’ for the first time
We watched each other
We felt in love.
